What an amazing experience!! Cristian was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He communicated with us every step of the way during our purchase. So three years ago we came down from Pennsylvania to pick up a new Renegade and had Craig Benner as our sales guy which was actually our second vehicle we purchased from him. They got new cars which is hard to find atm. whole process fast.Two weeks after purchasing my brand new car. I had to schedule my car to get fixed. The car was given to me without the media console updates needed, so the radio sometimes shuts off or stops working. I purchased additional warranty which covers me at every dodge dealership. However the wait for an appointment is long and vulnerable to get cancelled. Its two months now, they wont return my phone calls and my license plates have yet to arrive.I am now disappointed in their lack of care about customer care.

I have just had the worst experience with the used car manager ( Ehab )and the Finance officer for laying and playing with the numbers of the deal twice also applying with my social to a different car that I didn’t know that Existed they wasted my time for laying regarding this deal and tried to play with the warranty price saying that i got a good deal but however they tried to add months to my loan, this very unacceptable by any mean.Very upset customer.

We purchased my wifes dream car just a little over a week ago from Koons. We made a last minute decision to call and inquire about the car on a Saturday evening. We drove a little over 4 1/2 hours to view the car right before closing. We decided to buy it that night and the staff went out of their way afterhours to make it happen so we could take it home. Bode was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating from the first phone call to the next day followup. We got home around 2:30AM and Bode, our sales consultant sent us a text to check on us. This may not be the norm, but we were thoroughly pleased and impressed at how upfront and helpful our sales consultant was. Communication was awesome!We did have a misunderstanding with finance, but after some short followup communication, we were able to come to a reasonable compromise without issue.Thanks again for making our dream (on a whim) purchase memorable and fun!

Horrible experience, went in for some warranty work on my wheels and a button on my steering wheel. Came out with multiple scuffs on my door, constant emails and calls and there never seems to be a service advisor or a manager available. Till this day I’ve gotten no response for them to take responsibility, Ridiculous.

This was easily the most pleasant car buying experience Ive ever had. Daniel worked with me over the phone to resolve any issues and give me an offer on my new Ram 1500 better than the half dozen other dealers I had tried. As I was driving from over an hour away on a Friday afternoon, I wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. Daniel had everything ready. After a quick test drive, Tracy completed the paperwork in record time. I drove away in a little over an hour. Kudos to the Koons team!

Very shady practices going on at this dealership. I was 100 miles from home and had to stop driving to prevent my car from overheating. Was able to start and drive my car onto the tow truck that took it to Koons. Next day Koons Chrysler Service department tried to tell me my car wouldnt start, and needed $3000 in repairs (Tipm replacement) just to figure out what was actually wrong with the vehicle. I had it towed (started right up for the tow truck driver too) to my regular service garage. My usual service tech had no trouble starting it and confirmed that Koons was trying to make me pay way too much for a repair or even force me into trading my car in so I would buy one of their vehicles. I was stuck overnight far from home and they still tried to gouge me. Do not take your vehicle here if you are passing through Tysons and need help.

Ordered a factory build Jeep Wrangler with Craig at Koons, (6% below invoice price!). He was great to work with. We were on our way home from vacation when we picked up the Jeep, and he stayed later than scheduled so we didnt have to make another trip down to VA from PA. I took my car to the body shop to get some repairs 3months ago my car is still there. I never received any update on my car. Ervin Abalos is the worst service advisor to have every time I called to check on my vehicle he told me there working on the vehicle so I took the time out of my day to go check. An the vehicle was still in the same spot! I will not take my vehicle back to Tyson Koons. Worst Experience ever!!!!!!

I’ve always had good experiences at Jeep dealerships (both in KY and PA). This place is downright awful. I took my 2018 Jeep in earlier this year for an oil change and they quickly let me know over $800 in maintenance was needed. I agreed to a portion of their recommendations after doing some homework. Today, 8 months later I went in and they attempted to tell me an additional $800 in maintenance was needed and when looking at recommendations, it was the exact same services I had completed at the last visit. Why does a car with less than 20,000 miles need almost $1,000 in elective maintenance every 8 months. It just doesn’t. There is no attention to detail or care. Today I asked about any findings with the multipoint inspection as nothing was listed and they said “no it was fine”. Usually I get a report card showing vehicle health and the various areas of inspections and their findings (i.e. tread and wear of tires, brake pads, etc.). I received nothing. They add on services unless you specifically tell them no. It’s just a shady dealership and the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jeep dealership. I’m disappointed to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend and I would highly advise anyone going here to review what services and charges and then consider triple checking if they are actually needed.

Just picked a Jeep Wrangler that I factory ordered from Craig Benner at Koons in Tysons Corner. It was my best experience buying a vehicle. The price was what we agreed on at the time I ordered and no surprises when I picked it up. He was great to work with and it was worth the trip from NY to VA.

Take your business elsewhere!!! This has been the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Everything was fine when they wanted the sale... we purchased the vehicle with promises of things that they told us had to be fixed prior to us taking the vehicle. After having it for 2 weeks, they told us it was ready - we drove an hour and 45 minutes to go get it. Next day, after going over the vehicle only one of the shocks had been replaced (supposed to replace all of them) and the AC (one of the required fixes) was STILL not fixed. Tried to call back to the salesperson and his manager to let them know - absolutely no response, didnt care whatsoever. When I finally got ahold of them, they told me they would have to contact service and would get back with me and never did. It took me having to drive up there AGAIN and walking in there to demand it be fixed. One week later, told it was ready again, drove back up there AGAIN - Dashboard was NOT put back together properly, the fan in AC now has something wrong with it and its STILL not right. I am now almost 45 days in paying for a vehicle that I still dont have. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered my Charger Hellcat Redeye in March and received it last week. I am out of state buyer and Koons and Craig took great care of me. It was the best deal I could find but they didn’t stop there. The customer service was exceptional and it was evident they truly appreciated me and my business. I ordered a new Jeep through Koons and was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity and very competitive pricing. Craig Benner was very responsive and spent a lot of time with us going over the new vehicle upon picking up. We also had a small chip to the paint from the car being transferred on the truck which they immediately covered the cost to fix. Would recommend!

Of course there were more options but I chose my new Jeep. He gave me all details (even important things to know) and the carfax report as well. Why do you hire this people to deal with customers when they are not willing to do their job, first of all teach them to be welcoming, we were going up BUY we were not asking for any charity ., he didn’t even offer us to show us any another vehicles . I put one star because you can’t leave that space blank as it should be for their careless service.I guess will go with some other brand after this .

Poor Communication and accountability. I agreed to buy the truck on a Sunday and told them I needed this to be quick and easy because I had movers coming on Friday and had to clear out my storage unit on Thursday. I told them verbatim what to put on the purchase agreement. They said they would send the purchase agreement to my bank for financing first thing in the morning. I didn’t hear anything all day. So I called them, they didn’t send it yet. They finally sent it after 5pm. It was incorrect. I called my bank to verify I gave them the correct info. I did. So now it’s Tuesday morning and i called several times to no answer. I decided to drive 25 min up to the dealership to speak with someone. When I got up there, he said he had it ready and was going to email it. I got home before receiving the email. Still wrong. I didn’t get the correct purchase agreement until late afternoon on Wednesday. When I asked for compensation for me having to use my CRV to empty my storage unit taking me 3-4, 20 min trips. They said that they weren’t responsible and that it was a lack of communication on my part. Then when I went to pick the truck up, I was there for 2 hours waiting for them to get the thing ready. I’ve never had a worse experience with a car dealership.

I was very pleased with my salesperson, Hector Gao. He was very friendly, upfront and helpful when I came to Koons in Tysons Corner. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase. I was also pleased with the loan officer Leo (dont know his last name). He too was helpful and upfront regarding pricing and other possible offers I could take advantage of. I traded in my used car and was able to get a great used one within a couple of hours. Ashkan really sped the process up by letting me fill out the credit paperwork from home before coming in. Let me first start off by saying I rarely leave reviews like this. But I was incredibly surprised and impressed by the level of service that I got at Koons. My wife and I had just finished up dinner and we were looking at cars that entire day. We were close to Koons and I knew that they had a vehicle that I was interested in, it was an hour before they closed and I did not want to be “that guy” that comes in an hour before closing time expecting to make a purchase. I came in and stated from the get-go that I just wanted to look and I didn’t want you guys to stay late. They have the exact vehicle I wanted and they knew that I was interested. The whole process was fantastic from beginning to end, I did not feel rushed or pressured but the process moved swiftly and without issue. These guys went above and beyond and stayed late for me, even though I told them we can wait until tomorrow. Hussein Farzad was extremely professional and patient with me, even though it was late. Our salesman Elijah Bruce was the best I’ve ever dealt with. Honestly the whole experience from the time I walked in the door until the time I took delivery was fantastic. This was only possible due to good management and an awesome salesman who really knew the product. I would 100% buy from Koons again and recommend them in the future solely based on the service I was given at that late hour from both of those gentlemen.

I needed help getting my wheel locks off because I lost my wheel lock key and the service department was so nice and took it off and put other pieces within 5 minutes of me being there. So kind, so helpful and really helped when I was in a pinch!

(Never thought Id say that about buying a car) We walked in with a firm budget and already pretty much knowing what we wanted and I really appreciate that she took the time to listen to us and show us cars that fit all of our criteria. The was absolutely no upselling or showing us things that didnt match what we were looking for. Because I can not give this place zero stars in repairs. Overpriced and not sure if they know how to repair Jeep. FYI every diagnostic test will be billed separate and NOT applied to the repair. Push your Jeep somewhere else if you must. If you are charging overpriced fees the Jeep should be repaired correctly the first time.

Wonderful car buying experience! Signed up for an appointment to test drive a vehicle, soon as we arrived they were ready with key in hand. We decided to explore other vehicle options and Nicole was very patient and accommodating. During this time there was no pressure to purchase. It was pleasant to not have a salesperson just trying to make a sale, but instead helping us to find a vehicle we would like and keeping mindfulness of our budget. They also worked to make sure we got approved for the lowest financing and longer term option to help get the payments lower.

We were there on Saturday to purchase a truck. After three hours and we left them with a check for the full amount and the promise that they would deliver the truck to us on Monday after the bed liner was complete. It is now Thursday and our check has cleared the bank and they still will not give us the truck. They have told us one lie after the next. Will never buy another car from Koons anywhere

I have been looking for a truck for months. Ive always dreaded going to dealerships because of the pushy salesmen, or feeling Im an inconvenience when I wasnt sure what I wanted. My husbands coworker recommended we check out this one. Found a truck on their website so we decided to take the trip. We drove 3 hours and was not disappointed. Huge dealership with a vast selection. Was immediately greeted and taken care of. Not once felt pressured, employees very respectful and attentive. They even reached out after as a follow up to see how everything was with my new truck and if I needed anything else. Would definitely make the trip again in the future. Thank you for not making my truck purchase dreadful!

Great service from the dealership on my purchase. Craig Brenner the ordering manager walk me through the process and delivered what he said he would. I picked up the car and he even went out personally during this gas shortage to make sure I had a full tank to drive home with. Everything went smooth to pick up and in the end the manager came out gave me his card and said any problems please let me know. Good service fair price how much more you can ask for.

My partner and I had a great experience working with Danny and the Koons team on purchasing our 2021 Jeep Wrangler! I can’t say enough wonderful things!!When I started looking at getting a new jeep, I realized I was going to have to build to get exactly what I wanted. After doing to research on the forums, I was drawn to Koons Tyson Corner as having the best deals around. Once I contacted them, Craig emailed me back with basic information and this started the process.Craig answered every single question I had before placing my order. He was attentive, detailed, and very responsive! When I was ready, I placed the order. There was no pressure from Craig or the dealership and all the facts were laid out beforehand. Not only did I get emails, Craig often sent videos through email to explain things that were just easier to look at then talk about. Not just scripted videos, it was videos of Craig explaining MY paperwork.When the day came to pick up my jeep, the dealership was having some serious computer issues. It was a complete fluke and not a regular thing. Craig was patient and since I travelled from out of town to come to THIS dealership, we found a work around to make sure I was able to leave with my Jeep that day. Even when we were waiting on certain paperwork or issues to sort themselves out, Craig took the extra time to just go over my jeep with me and answer any and all questions I had.Tracy was the finance manager I worked with and not only did Craig and Tracy work to get me a better deal on my trade in than any other offer I received, Tracy called the bank to ensure a better interest rate as well. Interest rates are obviously dependent on your credit but I don’t think I could have found a better deal than at Koons!The entire process was smooth, perfectly explained, and exciting when the time came. We worked with Cristian Omar from Koons Tysons for our new car. We was still shopping around that day and didnt expect to really close a deal. Christian said hi to us the very first moment when we got in and his sincerity and professionalism were impressive. Since its a big purchase, we asked questions and compared different cars and he kept being very patient. He even went extra miles to facilitate the communication between his manager and us, and we had very pleasant experience that day and was happy with what we got. We also worked with the other staff for paperwork and registration in the office and they were all friendly and efficient. Overall, Koons Tysons offered the best car for us with the same price range after comparing with many dealers in NOVA. I wont spend time to write this if I am not a truly-satisfied customer.

I wrote this review over a month ago. They still have not gotten back to me about the navigation system they ordered that we prepaid for.Worst service of our life. We diagnosed our check engine light and it was a simple issue of replacing a thermostat. We called ahead, dropped it off Sunday for a Monday 7 am appointment, and didn’t hear back until Wednesday. It doesn’t sound like they honored the appointment at all. Then in the middle of the workday they said they needed the warranty information - which their office assured me they could pull from the Koons system when I called and asked specifically about that. They used that as a pretext to justify the delay in a a two hours job. It’s now been ten days without our car, and we have had to babysit Koons every step of the way, calling them multiple times a day after talking to the warranty, reminding them to contact them and provide invoices, having them blame us for not providing warranty info while we were at work which caused about a six hour wait, and the Koons rep said “Well, I called but they put me on hold for so long.” It’s still your job! Koons also insisted we need a coolant flush but that our warranty wouldn’t cover it even though it was necessary for the thermostat - then insisted we don’t need to call them and check, because nobody ever covers it (???). Of course, when we did get in touch our warranty confirmed it wasn’t necessary, so that’s an extra $250 out of pocket that we shouldn’t have allowed. Plus, our warranty said they got the invoice Tuesday morning of this week, even though Koons told me they filed the paperwork last week. We have been trying to pick up our car for three days and if I didn’t continuously contact both sides I think this would go on for three more. The worst part is we’ll have to take it back because their delay in ordering means the new navigation system isn’t here yet, but we literally need our car. And forget a loaner, certainly nobody offered. Disrespectful, lazy, and dishonest service.

I did a factory order for my jeep and everything was smooth. Low pressure, Low price. Just picked the options I wanted and was kept up to date on the process. On the day I picked it up, it was all very smooth with no hiccups. I worked with Craig Benner. I flew in from Michigan to VA and drove it home.

Samantha was amazing every step of the way! We bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator for her a few months back and the process was seamless. Samantha would run out and take videos of countless gladiators for us and even more texts/phone calls since we were in CT and couldn’t come down just to browse the let. We had such a great experience that when I decided to order my 2021 Wrangler there was no question in my mind that I wanted to work with her again. She kept me up to date every step of the way and put up with my endless inquiries with a smile. I would 100% come back to work with her! First time buying a Jeep Wrangler and I’ll never forget how amazing the experience was from being greeted once we arrived to the lot to when my car was ready to go home. Rasheed was my sales rep and he is absolutely incredible. He did everything to make sure things went smoothly. I ended up buying a preowned 2018 wrangler unlimited Sahara and had custom leather seats installed. The quality and color turned out perfect. Definitely go here if you’re looking to buy a Jeep.

Not much flexibility with negotiations. My trade-in was flawless so I wanted my newer vehicle to have some minor dings, dents and scratches taken care of. The sale was delayed so I went on a weekend holiday. After filling out/signing nearly 20 documents, I thought it was a matter of swapping out vehicles on the following Tuesday as told by the salesman. Halfway into my weekend, I receive a call that the vehicle was going to be sold from under me. They had my title to my truck and a document that was titled, No Back-out Clause. Bottom line, I cut my trip short, took possession of the newer one with most of the dents still in place. The vehicle was a High-Demand vehicle so I settled for their mediocre attempt to satisfy the customer, thats on me.

Be Careful. Some of their technicians dont know much and they will do more harm than good. Took my car for an oil change and they did tire rotation without asking me and within 10 minutes I noticed noises from the car, took it back and they said it is normal and it would go away in 200 miles. It did not go away and after 2 weeks I went back and they told me my brand new tires (4 months old) are shot and I need new tires. On top of struts and shocks. Either they are generating business for themselves or have technicians that dont know what they are doing.

This is my second Jeep from this dealership and I love my Summit! My salesman was Brandon Gonzales and he was amazing!! Young, knowledgeable and best of all a man of his word!! Yeap, I’m talking about a car salesman and the word honest in the same sentence. He knows the product like the back of his hand, he is up front and honest regarding price and will work with you to get what you want and what you can afford. Please go and ask for Brandon. You won’t be disappointed!!

Mind Blown...I normally dread the car buying experience and dealing with dealerships. My past two vehicle purchases were both done at Chrysler dealers. One a New Jeep Grand Cherokee and the other a used Dodge Charger Super Bee. Koons Tysons CDJR will likely be the only dealer I ever purchase or recommend my friends and family purchase from ever again. This is saying a lot especially because I live over 5 hours away from the dealer.I custom ordered a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited through Craig. He was very responsive and great to deal with. After I easily negotiated a great price I brought the agreement to my local dealers in an attempt to avoid the long trip. Most dealers laughed or did not believe that the document I had was real. Not one dealer was willing to even come halfway between Koons Tysons price and sticker.I placed the order and was able to get build status updates from Craig.When the vehicle arrived I set up a 2 hour delivery appointment with Craig. I made the trip down to Virginia. The dealership is about a 25 minute uber ride away from the DC. I was able to inspect the vehicle, go over all the paperwork, set up financing and was given a walk through of the vehicle. To my surprise I hit the road less than 2 hours after my arrival.This is how car buying should be. I hope that Craig and the management team are still working there when I am ready to purchase my next MOPAR.

Overall, I’m happy to say I had an excellent experience with Craig and his crew over at Koons Tysons Jeep! This was my first experience with a factory order vehicle (usually find something on the lot!) but Craig was patient with me throughout the process and answered all questions/concerns via both telephone and email. Communication skills were second to none!
