WOW! I’m really impressed... I urgently called Alfa Romeo after someone put the fear of God in me at Advanced Auto Parts that my cars battery was deaddddd and that is why it has been hesitating to start foe the last month. No one could believe how it was starting with only 12cca’s. I spoke to Mason on the phone who reassured me my safety was his first priority and if I could get the car to him, he would start looking for the problem ASAP even.though they were fully booked out for over a week. I dropped it off and was put in a (nice) rental car immediately. In true Murphy’s Law fashion, my car wasn’t demonstrating the problem for Mason like it had been for me. Mason again reassured me that he would let the car sit for 1-3 days to give it the opportunity of being idle, much like it is at my home. Long story short, Advanced Auto Parts wasted my time and money. However, Mason thoroughly checked my car and incidentally found a small radiator leak and ultimately found the problem to my original claim. I like to think I can hold my own in a conversation about cars… nonetheless, Mason explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt like I was talking to a friend. I really can’t say enough good things about this experience. The icing on the cake was getting my car back vacuumed and washed! Who doesn’t love that?!
Went in to service my Giulia and initial inspection brought back some trouble with the fuel system. Jack from service wrote up up my ticket and got me a rental car until the work was finished. Jack kept in touch all the way, giving me updates on the cara progress. I am happy to return and am grateful with the professionalism of the staff there!

The buildings are bit small, but the people there treat you like families and friends, a go-to place for Alfa and more.
I showed up without an appointment because I needed urgent help on my car. They accommodated me in their schedule without making any to-do whatsoever. Wonderful experience.Of course, I’m not recommending this approach. It would be better to make an appointment, whenever possible. (Without one, I had to wait some time before they could get to me.) But it’s nice to know that the dealer is understanding and willing to help people out, when they encounter difficult circumstances.

Purchased our Alfa in Pa, moved to Va and Safford is my new dealer thanks to their service department. I’ve had two Alfa’s, love em. Zero issues. We live in the Blue Ridge mtns now, lots of breaking required. Needed new brakes. Mason and Jack gave me new rear brakes because my front are in good shape, they could have easily sold me front and rear and I would never known the difference.I was an hour late due to traffic, they guided me on in, took care of my regular maintenance plus the brakes in just over two hours.I’ll buy my next Alfa here and let them take care of my maintenance. Super friendly as well.

I have owned 2 fiats and have been a customer for over 8 years. I had scheduled service tomorrow but just received a call that my service is cancelled because they no longer work on fiats. They suggested that I drive an hour for service. When I stated my strong disappointment that they would do this, I just got a snarky attitude. This is so different from my past experience and so disappointing.
Mason provided me with excellent customer service and car repair. He is the type of employee every company should have.

My service advisor was great, the work was done timely and Im happy with the employees and quality of service. Thats 5 stars. If you have Mason as your service advisor you will have a pleasant experience.The reason it isnt 5 stars overall is the facility. Its small, the lounge is terrible, and driving around the service area there is no room for 2 way traffic. Easily the worst facility Ive been to in the last decade plus. I would rate the facility 1 star.

I purchased my Fiat 500x from this dealership 4 years ago and have moved to New York. I have tried both certified service centers.I have come to interact with Bill (sorry, don’t recall the last name). He has over time earned my confidence. His mechanics know what they are doing and have the depth of the knowledge of this car. My car’s front day light was out. I contacted the New York center and they wanted me to leave my car for a few days and charge me. Also I would have had to travel with public transport. Instead, I waited for Thanksgiving holidays and made a stop in Tysons Corner. I took my car at 8 am and before 10 am my car was fixed ! Bill even educated me about the problem.For us, Fiat drivers, there are only a few places that really know our car due to how new it is. For me, it’s important the Service Center knows my car and their craft! All of the qualities that this place has!Highly recommend them!Thank you Bill !

It was a little bit embarrassing how little the sales floor knew their own products. They seemed unmotivated and unbothered that I was ready to buy a car. I went home and bought my car on Vroom. And then invested in $VRM and $CVNA. Those companies are the future of car buying.That said, I hope this place stays in business because Alfa Romeos are amazing! But mostly a waste of time if you go here to get information or a deal on a Giulia.

I took my car in for an inspection and a recall only to have $60 stolen from my bosses car. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP they will steel any money you have in your car. They dont assist you as well I got NO HELP FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER OR GM. Basic routine job and they STOLE $60 out my car. From this situation I will now INSTALL A CAMERA IN MY CAR. I took my car to the collision center to have the front bumper repaired. When I picked it up, the paint on the new bumper did not match the rest of the car. When I brought the car back and pointed this out to the collision center manager, he was very apologetic and offered to have the bumper repainted again. However, when I picked up the car the second time, the manger again acknowledged that the paint still did not match the rest of the car. I appreciate their willingness to continue trying to fix the problem, but it shouldn’t take three attempts to correctly repaint a car.

The technical staff was very skilled and was able to diagnose a minor issue with one of the wheels that caused a major alignment issue. I purchased a new 2018 Stelvio from this dealership. I recently had IPC replaced under the warranty but other minor items were missed. Communication is the biggest issue at this service center. They dont answer phone or respond to emails. They dont even want to hear from you. They call you that the car is ready and in the wash but when you go to pick it up, its still in the shop with the hood open and not washed. The service advisors dont even communicate with each other.I even engaged Alfa Romeo customer service and they did call me three time asking if I had heard from the service center.They do setup text messaging when you message they dont respond. A week later they send a text to write a review but that link is broken and doesnt let you post a review.I dont think I have ever had such a bad service experience.I guess this will be my first and last alfa romeo purchase due to extremely poor service experience.

I bought an Alfa Romeo Giulia from this dealership when they re-released to the United States in 2017 and I have been happy with the car and customer service has been pretty standard. However, in April of this year, I took my car in for another standard mileage service and oil change and was surprised when they came back to me with a laundry list of things that were wrong (complete tire replacement, spark plugs, “something” wrong with the brakes, and other items that didn’t seem to make sense). I don’t have the strongest knowledge and I took them for their word as I had a couple long driving trips planned. The service was completed and due to being in a rush upon picking up the car, I paid the bill quickly without checking (lesson learned) and went on my way.Fast forward a few weeks when I was washing my car and found the bill on the seat. Took a closer look at the invoice which didn’t seem to make sense, so I did some research. Not only was the bill extremely confusing being difficult in how the break up parts of the service and associated costs, but they were unable to provide me with their standard rates and costs for each service. Because of this, I had to do my own research and by calling my contacts at other luxury/Alfa Romeo dealerships to discover I was overcharged.I wanted to understand the cost of services, so I called the dealership and had a number of very lengthy discussions with the lead mechanic of their servicing center. I was very disappointed when I received SEVERAL condescending responses such as “well if you call a Honda dealership of course you get Honda prices” (I only called another Alfa and another luxury car dealerships) and “if you think that because you are a woman we would be taken advantage of you, you are wrong” (I didn’t but now I question it). I did not appreciate the unhelpful tone and attitude when trying to understand the bill and get actual published rates.I was shocked by how rudely I was treated as I was providing educated numbers and questions that I spent many hours gathering. After multiple lengthy phone calls trying to get an answer and partial refund, I was left with “come back in for your next servicing and we will work something out” (even after buying my car there and being a frequent customer).I will not be going back/spending money at the Tysons location. I scheduled my future services at another Alfa service center because they were helpful and transparent, providing me the published rates for their services and being very professional.
I asked a simple question about emissions / big mistake. It lead to being talked down to and nearly sold an unnecessary $1,000 service fee on a five-year old vehicle with 17,000 miles on it. Most puzzling was how a tire needed to be replaced that had never been flat or had low tire pressure? So, if you are a female expect to be taken advantage and talked down to. They also severely scraped up my plastic hub cap and said it would then cost $150 to replace. Not a good statement for FIAT, as then people see the beat up car and think, hmmm it looks bad; don’t think I’d buy one of those.
Great communication by Mason and Bill in the srvice department. I took my car in for a 30,000 mile service and was going to wait for 2 hours. I walked down the road to some stores and before I even got there, they called to tell me I had a radiator leak and they would need my car until the next day. By the time I got back, they had a rental car for me. Next morning they called me as soon as my car was ready and it was as good as new. I’m a loyal customer as long as those two guys are there.

I would rate the used car sales manager, Jason Ghorbani, not the dealership, 0 stars if that were an option. Jason is a shady businessman and sold a car to another customer knowing I was working with him to finalize the deal on the same car. I understand dealerships work on a first come first serve basis but I was literally on my way to the dealership and had been in constant communication with him. I was supposed to be at the dealership at 3pm and received a call from Jason’s associate, as he was too cowardly to call himself, around 2:30pm asking if they could interest me in another vehicle. My husband and I had been working with Jason for the past 2 days. When we decided to move forward, he sent us an incorrect purchase order, which delayed the process, and when we asked for a revised purchase order he stalled further by trying to get us to finance through the dealership. After we declined, he sent the revised purchase order. All of this affected my bank’s processing time as they were waiting for the correct purchase order prior to releasing the funds. This resulted in me having to wait until the next day to get everything in order. I spoke with Jason that morning and told him I’d be at the dealership by 3pm; only to receive the call from his associate inadvertently telling me the car had been sold. Again, this was my experience with Jason. Not to mention how condescending he was when I told him the low rate my bank offered and pointed out that the sales tax was overstated. BUYER BEWARE and ensure you are being charged the correct sales tax from this dealership. He claimed it was system generated but that doesn’t negate the fact that it was incorrect.The store manager contacted us and apologized however the experience has really left me with a bad taste. I can guarantee you I will not be working with Jason ever again and would advise you the same. Unless you prefer dealing with shady businessmen.

Recently had my car old Infiniti repaired here due to someone hitting my parked car, Safford did the repairs earlier than expected and did a great and thorough job. Additionally, they went above what was expected and did small little things like putting in missing tiny screw for the driver door and missing screw underneath the car as well. Car was washed and vacuum inside. Without a doubt, the best service I have ever received from a car shop!

Actually a very proactive Alfa Romeo Service provider who reached out to remind me more than once about an open recall. They did the recall and the 30K service and found and replaced a leaking radiator. Although I didnt buy the car at Safford I will continue to use them for my service provider. I am really pleased with the experience.

This is the worst Dealership that I have ever bought a car from in my car buying days. Nothing was right. I drove 3 hours to pick the car up and when I got there the car wasn’t ready so I had to drive 3 hours back home. Then I found out that the car had a Buyback/Lemon title that wasn’t disclosed to me. So I didn’t get that car and it got worst from there because I didn’t want that car. I’ll stop right there because it’s no use to keep going. Please just stay away from this dealership. They are very arrogant. Then I found out the salesman who was working with me quit the next day..

Upon arrival I was greeted, told exactly how long the process would take and upon completion, the service rep also informed me of a small leak in one of the seals. I took my car in and received excellent service! I had taken my car here after trying to get a simple light change from a gas station, where they used the wrong bulbs which had apparently burnt the wiring. Mason Binns was very helpful in getting everything taken care of as quickly and smoothly as possible! He recognized right away that the gas station I went to used the wrong bulbs, and had it fixed by the next day! I will continue to come here for service in the future.
Just bought a new Alfa Giulia. The whole sales process was excellent. David, my sales guy was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and did no pushing. Sales manager Ben is also very nice and very easy going. The whole process was actually enjoyable and the deal I got was very fair and involved minimal negotiation. Definitely go here rather than the Sterling dealership who are nowhere near as good. I love my Alfa!!!
Had to wait at least 15 minutes to be able to drop off my car, even with an appointment. Was told my car would “probably” be ready by the end of the day. Received a text quickly after leaving to use to ask questions. I thought that was a nice touch. But, I sent a text question about my car status around 2:30 and no response. Called around 4 and had to leave a message. Finally got called back after 5pm. I have had much better service and response from other dealer service centers. They were nice enough but I think it is just too small of an operation to care for the customers properly. Or, maybe only the Maserati owners get the personal attention. I will go back to my original dealer even though it is farther away.UPDATE: Was supposed to get the quote from the collision shop within a few days of my service as they couldnt get it ready by the time I picked up my car. Three weeks and still waiting...
I am very happy with the service I received on two occasions, most recently on 19 February! The service personnel were all polite and very professional. My car is 7 years old, but it was treated as if it was brand new. The estimates for the problems were accurate and my car was ready the same day. Also Nick in the finance department was such a professional when dealing with some issues I had at the dealership, most people can do a good job dealing with someone that’s already happy, but you truly show what kind of skill- set you have when you have to deal with someone who is upset and is unhappy with things that has happened to them at a business. Nick did not push the situation off on someone else, he did not say to me that “the person is no longer working for the company “ so there is nothing that I can do for you. Nick took all of those problems head on just like they were his the entire time, now THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great job Nick and because of you I WILL come back and buy other vehicles from your place of business.
