Yesterday I called the establishment as soon as they opened because I had a flat tire the day before and wanted to see if they can put the tire. They told me it would be $55 to plug the wheel. I had two people that knows cars like the back of their hand and tell me all I need is a plug because I had more than a quarter inch of space from where the nail place was. Plus they said the plug shouldn’t be more than $30. The guy comes back saying the wheel can’t be plugged I’m like all right whatever I gotta go to work he said the deal would be $60. Then on top of that a bag with snacks that I had was missing and they weren’t out in the open. They were tied up and tuck away by my other things on my passenger side floor..I have low blood sugar so the fact they had they the audacity to touch anything but the steering wheel is unprofessional. I will never go back to this place again.

Needed a tire plugged on a Sunday so glad they were open. Dropped off the car night before, called before they opened and they said it should be ready within an hour after opening. More than 2 hours later, car finally ready and wife charged $58 for a tire plug. I feel like they totally took advantage of her and will not be returning. Most tire shops charge $25-$30 for a simple tire plug so this is highway robbery. 2 stars because job completed successfully.

I would give this installer a 0 if I could.Was scheduled for tire installation and got there at 5pm. The guy at the counter tells me that the job will be done at 6:15pm (they close at 6:30) spent an hour in 100 degrees heat with the kids and when I got back the shop was closed, my keys inside and all of them gone! Banged on the door but a guy waiting in the parking lot told me they’re gone. My car was full of groceries and I had to Uber home, get a spare key which I luckily had and retrieve my car. The next morning I get to the shop and ask for the manager. The guy tells me he’s not there and when I asked where he was he says “good question “. I ask for my tire and he points to the service bay behind him. I had to retrieve the tire myself and load it in my car because he couldn’t be bothered while on the phone. Unbelievable!

I made an appointment for 10:30am today. I arrived at 9:30am not anticipating to be seen right away. Well, to my surprise, they were able to get my car in right away. I had a screw that needed to be removed and the tire patched. It was taken care of by 10:00am. I am very happy with the service I received today. I have been to this location several times and have had all 5 Star experiences. Thank you all for making my Sunday Morning pleasant!! Have a wonderful day!!

I requested oil change appointment through online that was available, called them to confirm and whoever picked up my call said i have to go to Fairfax location since technician is not available. I complained why the online says available and that i was even able to request, he said he can’t do anything about it since he’s not the online person. First of all, no apology. Second, rude attitude.

I went there to change a tire. My car was running smoothly with no issues, now my car is leaking oil and shaking. They messed with my suspension fluid and wanted to charge me 1300 to fix something that was not even a problem before i went there. My car just had a full service a few days ago and everything was good. I don’t understand how they’re getting good reviews. They mess up and come up with extra issues, charge crazy amounts and create other problems on the car. I wish i never took my car there.

Made an appointment online for a state safety inspection on Sunday. When I arrived, was told the safety inspector isnt there on Sundays. Please fix your website

Store manager, Lashawn is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to enquire about getting a part fixed but received a nasty attitude for no reason and hung up on me.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Went at appointment time and was told an hr. One hr later my car hasnt even moved. Apparently they double book so dont trust them to honor your appointments. If an oil change takes 30 minutes, why havent they even started on my car after an hour?? Will not be coming back to this place.Update: All the oil leaked out of my car during the weekend. Oil change was Saturday afternoon. Went to my car Monday morning to go to work and found all the oil leaked out over the parking area.Update 2: I had to use my wifes car to get to work. Called when they opened and luckily the manager was there. She arranged for my car to be towed that day and fortunately my wife was working from home. The tow truck guy tried to charge my wife for the towing fee... Later the manager called to let me know that the treads of the plug were worn down which is why it didnt seal closed properly. If they do courtesy inspections, why was a worn down plug for the oil placed back in without telling me about it? Anyhow, the oil was changed properly the second time and they dropped off my car. All of this for a simple oil change.Im not sure about the quality of the automotive service at this place but despite all of this, Id like to say the service from the manager was very prompt and professional.

Save your time. I made an appointment request online and kept calling the store to confirm it and could never get through to anyone. Finally the day of my appointment I showed up and no one was even there. It was 3 pm and they were open but it was a ghost town inside.

This is the 2nd Mr. Tire establishment I have been to, and the service was impeccable. My first experience was in Fairfax (now closed), for new tires for both my car and my wifes. My experience here was for a random flat we got on the highway. They absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we were helped and sent on our way despite coming in so close to their closing time. I cannot say it enough, but go to Mr. Tire for your vehicle needs!

Despite the clear signage on the side of the building, this Mr. Tire location does not conduct VA state inspections! We called to make an appointment and were told that the window signs had not been cleaned to reflect their change in services. After reading other reviews, it seems that this poor advertising has been going on for at least a year! Please call before you visit the location to make sure that the service you need is actually offered!

Worst place to change tires! Bad alignment and balance, in addition to exchanging new screws for old and dented ones.

Due to the situation going on i didn’t have much money to spend on tires unexpected expense but better safe than sorry. Mario was super nice and worked with me on the price so that i could be safe on the road. Thank you Mr. Tire Tysons Corner fully recommended.

I didnt have an appointment and walked into the store at 8am on a friday to buy 4 tires and wheel alignment. I told them my situation and they found me great tires at a low price. Everything was done by 12pm (only because i told them there was no rush on it.) Jin, the store manager, was honest, respectful and I didnt feel like I was being weaseled into buying anything extra. The mechanic was helpful by letting me know what may need to be fixed soon and the complete costs for the work. Theres always hidden fees with any type of work but I appreciate the honesty and for being so upfront with it. I will definitely be a returning customer, thanks again guys!

I called last Friday to see if I could get my car towed there. The store manager, Jin, told me to bring it on down! I was so happy because I was freaking out because my car wouldnt start. Jin was so nice and welcoming. He told me that I needed a starter and that they would fix it. I left the store and went home. He called shortly before they closed and told me that my car was ready. He said that the mechanics were going to fix it the next day but he motivated them to finish it that day. Praise God because I needed my car. Ill be back soon for an oil change.

I have been here for several patch jobs over 3 years on both my daily driver and a track car. Theyve always been crazy fast and very courteous while I waited. Erica was able to get me in for a same day appointment with only 30 minutes notice! Shes customer first and sets the tone for the whole shop. :)

Cant say enough good things about Mr. Tire, particularly the store manager Erika B. She is polite, professional, and just all around good person. Her customer service skills are second to none. Always willing to go the extra-mile to make sure the customer is happy and the company is well represented.

My first time was great. My second time with the male mgr only days later with our other car, I was charged way more then expected and was not even consulted with. NEVER GOING BACK...rip off.

If I could rate this a zero star I gladly would. I have been going here for over a year or more now regularly to get my tires done, oil changed, etc. After moving to Herndon I EVEN still travel out this way as I felt they were a trusted place to go. This all changed today. After having my 2014 Jeep Compass looked at and the oil changed this past Tuesday I was made aware of some work that needs to be done to my car. I was quoted $2.1K, and with shock on my face had to decline for the time being. After getting home I looked at the break down of the work, which didnt equal $2.1K, and called back to schedule an appointment to get some of what needed to be done, done. On my breakdown sheet, it said $450 for a front wheel bearing with cost and labor. I called up to Mr. Tire to schedule the appointment and the lady who answered said it might even be less after breaking it down for just ONE wheel bearing and that two would cost around $500. Happy to hear, I immediately set up a time to go in today to get the necessary work done. I get there and I am then told another number of $600 for JUST ONE wheel bearing?? I am applaud at this point and feeling highly disrespected that I came all the way out here from Herndon to get work done at a price I was quoted to be completely wrong. I took my car and left and stopped to get gas not far down the street at the Exxon where there was another body shop. With nothing to lose, I walked in and professionally asked them what it costs to do ONE front wheel bearing. They did some number crunching and told me shouldnt be more than $300, maybe $400. The parts are cheap, it is just the labor. Coming from a mechanic family, this is what sounded right. I am appalled Mr. Tire, whom I truly thought to be a trusted place I could go, tried to dupe me for $600 on a SINGLE wheel bearing. If in the future you find yourself here with the same issue, Id recommend taking a trip down Leesburg Pike to the Exxon.

I can’t say enough positive things about Mr. Tire in Tysons. Without realizing it - I was doing errands on route 7 and driving on a near flat tire. Our usual tire place in that area was closed sundays so I went to check this place out. I was with my kids and not only did they fit me in but they were straight forward in their pricing, did not try to up-sale, and just got the patch done in less than an hour. I will go here from now on - it’s rare to get get good automotive care in Tysons at a fare price!

I found a screw in my tire today and went to the folks at Mr. Tire in Tyson’s Corner and was in awe at the kindness and efficiency I was immediately met with. Everyone was wearing a mask, which showed me they care about the health and safety of their customers. Everyone was kind and friendly. I was in and out in no time! I’ll definitely be going back to them!

Pleased w/ service first time here needed brakes staff had me out within an hour and a half made it on time for work and also didn’t make a reservation staff still took me in. I’ve gone to other mr tire and they postpone visit due to no appointment. Will be returning and recommending to friends and family. 👍🏼

I was very pleased with great customer service and the price I received at Mr. Tire in Vienna. Mike was incredible. I needed to install snow tires on my car, on a very short notice. Michael and his team delivered flawlessly. They were very transparent about the pricing and delivered on time. I am very grateful that he was able to assist me, so I could drive safely to upstate New York in a winter weather.

NEW MANAGEMENT STAY AWAYUsed to go here to for all my tire needs, but it is now under new management and they have been terrible the last 2 times I went .The first time I told them I needed a tire patched. They refused to even look at the tire and just said they don’t repair that type of tire.The second time I went I asked them to mount 2 snow tires for me and they said they do not mount used tires. I found this especially annoying because I had just had 2 used tires mounted by them a few months before .

Made an appointment online (which is you request it before they accept it) for a state inspection and wasn’t told until I got there that they don’t do them. I can understand that being a mistake on the website but the way they told me was just in a very disingenuous tone. Also they have “VA State Inspection” painted on their windows which makes even less sense. Not really sure what is going on but I don’t think I’ll come back for anything else.

Couldn’t have picked a better location, I went to a different store in fairfax and service was horrible I called this location and I was told I could come in as a walk in staff very friendly and welcoming had my car serviced within an hour. I will definitely be returning

I had them replace a set of 4 tires last year on my car, they did replace the tires and the tire pressure sensor light came on as showing in the system, I asked them what is this and they said that it’s gonna go off after I drive the car 40-50 miles.I drove the car for over 1 year till yesterday and it still have the same problem. I stop by yesterday to replace two front tires and told them that the light is still on and they told me that they can fix it for $150 or more right now we don’t have the part(tpms) and it costs $99. I went to auto zone and got the part for $73 with tax and came back to the shop and they said that they don’t replace the part if I bring in, they have to install what they have in stock or buy after market stuff, dude I have the exact part that my car needs and you want me to pay you an extra $150 to use a part I don’t know what it is or what kind of materials they used to make it? I should have them fix the problem at the first time when they made this problem. Anyway they don’t have good Costumer service l, and the only word the manager know is (don’t yell at me) no one has yelled at him I paid attention since yesterday day whoever he talked on the phone he used the sentence (don’t yell at me). He needs to learn the sentence ( my apologies) or something like that. If you guys listening to me: don’t take your car to this shop.I hate writing a bad review and this is my first bad review in 31 years.

I was in the shopping center by the Staples about 20 ft away from where Mr Tier garage is located, I had left my headlights out causing to drain my car’s battery, I walked there to get help in order to get my car jumped where they had their front door with not a single customer wide open. I asked the African American lady behind the counter for help, where she directed me to go talk to technician who was this Asian American Vietnamese guy who was detailing and waxing his own car due to the fact that they had absolutely no clients at the time. After asking for help he throws his hand pointing me to go back to the front in a very rude manner to ask for help bouncing me back to the front office and refused to talk to me. Then I go back in the office and ask that lady again, and she says that she has nothing to do with it. I told her the technician specifically asked me to come and talk to you in order to get help and she would refuse to talk to the technician concerning my help. Finally I ask her if she could kindly check with the technician so I can get jumper cable where she tells me that they don’t have a cable in their garage and can not help me. I have taken my car there few times for an oil change, but would never go back there again, due to their rudeness and lying behaviors!! and the unwillingness of not trying to help an old customer, absolutely ridiculous!!

Very refreshing to have found a location with genuine service and honest diagnostics. Hadn’t heard about the shop before I went the first time but the location was close and convenient. I’ve been a few times now and have had great experiences every time. Incredible service and friendly staff.

Bryce was the young man that helped us as we were traveling through the area our tire came off on the interstate. After a tow truck ride with a not so accommodating driver who had been drinking Bryce was so accommodating in helping us to get our vehicle fixed. It was a Sunday and the staff was minimal and it was also very busy but Bryce was more than helpful in getting us back on the road and headed home. It is wonderful to be able to have someone like Bryce come to our rescue. Thank you so much, Bryce.

I cant say enough about this location! I was desperate to get a large foreign object out of my tire at the last min on a Saturday evening. I was an hour away from home. They took me in without an appointment. They removed not one but two objects out of my tire and patched it up for me in under 45 minutes. Erika and her team were phenomenal!!! If I were closer I would definitely return. I highly recommend this location for your automotive needs.

I have so many good things to say about this location and James the managerFirst of all I buy all of my tires here and they’ve been nothing but extremely professional and efficient in all of my dealings with themSecond of all the other day when I went in with a problem with my vehicle I waited while James and his associates assisted a woman who had a window stuck in the down position. They determined what the cause was for her problem and also helped to return her window to the upright position which was important to her as it was raining. They did all of this at no cost for her and provided her with professional advice on the range of solutions to her problem.Lastly James helped me with my current issue. I thought I had a tire out of balance but James was able to determine that it was more likely another issue but more investigation was necessary. He recommended that I return another day when he would be able to put close attention to this specific issue. I returned today and I left the vehicle with James ( who I might add is always professional and very friendly ). James called me later and I was able to return. James let me know that after investigating the issue he found that it was due to some loose bolts and that he had seen to it that they were tightened back to proper vehicle specification. James let me know that while he felt that the symptoms had been addressed it was important to him that I test drive the vehicle. I did so and he was right, the symptoms had been addressed with this simple solution. He called me later and we both celebrated that the problem was solved. He could have charged me any amount and I would never have known what was really the issue, but James’s honesty and professionalism has now won my business for life, not just for the tires that I always purchase at his location due to their great work and great prices but now for my knowing an honest and professional person in the automotive repair world-and we all know how difficult it is to find that.Customer for life

Place smelled dangerously awful. I had a nail in my tire and they wanted nearly double what another auto shop wanted. Total ripoff!

I had a slow leak in my tire and needed someone to look at it during my lunch break. They took me in, recommended a place for lunch and immediately started on my tire. I got a call and they said the nail was not in a repairable location. I came right over, saw they were right. Since I got my tires at SAMs club they suggested I go back and see if it is covered by warranty. They would not accept any payment as they said they didnt do anything. I was very surprised. Honest, quick, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. If I get any reason to go back I will.

The store didn’t have the tire I reserved 1 week ahead. Why would you have an online appointment system then? The staff said ‘I didn’t accept any appointment’.Thanks for the response. They ordered the tires and had them changed 1 week later. That worked out fine and was quick, and the tire pressure warnings fixed.

I would have rated this location higher had they made it right for the hassle they caused, but they never did. Came in for a tire change and paid for a valve stem kit. I drove for months on them and the tires kept deflating. I brought it into this location several times and they said there were no leaks and everything was fine. After spraying my tires with soapy water and finding the leak was from the valve stem, I took it back in one final time. Upon bringing it back in, they had someone competent to actually take a proper look who determined that they never did replace the valve stem kits as I had paid for. Upon this visit they replaced the stem kit, and my tires have been inflated ever since. After months and months of this, I would never go back to this location, ever.

I came as a walk-in on a Saturday to get a new tire. New Manager (Vic) took GREAT care of me. It was very fast service thanks to Brice and team. Their waiting area was clean and comfortable. If you are looking for affordable tires with superb customer service, I suggest you make your way to THIS Mr.Tire location.

Came here after trying to do an “easy” repair on my own vehicle. Let’s just say it did not go well. Luckily I met Bryce who was able to get me all squared away. I sincerely appreciate all the great information and help this place gave me. Couldn’t recommend it more!!

Ive been taking my vehicles to Mr. Tire for over 10 years. Ive never had any problems. The service they provide is excellant. The guys up front are very thorough and do a great job explaining to the customer what services they need. I have a 2005 Ford Explorer and thanks to Mr. Tire it still runs great and gets me to where I need to go. Thats why Im giving Mr. Tire a 5 star rating and recommending them to anybody with car troubles. See ya for my oil change soon!!

This shop is great and honest. One day, I had a flat tire like problem and put the car in service here. They found that the tire is fine and a small part in its valve needs to be replaced. The manager of the shop said that the part is like 2 cent part and did not charge any to me. I expected yo pay for $200 for a new tire, but they fixed it for free. I will return to this shop whenever I need a tire service. Do not go to another shop in Tyson’s, which service is terrible, and go to Mr. tire instead.

I had blown a tire on 66 and while Vdot had been amazing about putting the spare on earlier that day, I wasnt sure when I would have the time to get a new tire. I called Mr. TIRE and they were able to take care of me in one hour in the evening. Bryce especially was very efficient and explained everything very clearly. It is great service like that which keeps bringing me back to Mr. Tire.

I am very pleased with my experience at this shop. I called ahead looking to have a tire replaced. I spoke with Q who was very nice on the phone. He answered all of my questions and was able to get me a accurate price quote over the phone. I was able to have my tire replaced and get an alignment with in a hour which is rare.I am pleased to say I have found a new place to handle all of my car service needs.

We had a tire blowout on 495 North and were very far away from our home. Our tow truck took forever to go get us, but James the store manager was kindly enough to wait for us until we got there. They close at 8 and we got there exactly at 8. James was very friendly and helpful and we were out of there in less than half an hour. We were so blessed to have them do this since we had our little baby with us and it was raining. Thank you so much for all the help!

I am so blessed to have went to this store almost closing hours after I blew out my tire on 66. I waited two hours for towing so I called the closest shops and begged for anyone to help me. I brought my car into Mr. Tire because I was hearing funny sounds coming from the brakes and rotors. These guys are very professional and put my car on the lift took off all the tires and found the issue beneath the rotor with a shim that was grinding up against the rotor. They were so helpful and explained many technical aspects of the brakes and rotors which I really appreciated. Best of all they did all of this and charged me $0. I really liked my experience here and would highly recommend them. Thanks again guys!

Came in for a flat tire, always past by them for I decided to give them a shot since there is a plaza you can go eat and shop. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The store manager, Erica, was not happy about it and wanted to charge me $25 for what she called “balancing” which is nonsense since its a known process in any tire repair!Update: I went to different Mr. Tire Auto Branch, redeemed my coupon for free, and got my tire fixed!!

Great auto shop, got some service done on my vehicle prices are a little high but I absolutely love the nation wide warranty I travel a lot so it comes on handy the two counter people always greet you with a smile, always done at promised time. Bryce and Eric are amazing!! If you go into that store, make sure to ask for them they will get you squared away with all your needs. Bryce was professional and cared about the needs while Eric will help out with anything else. I have had multiple issues with this store and the service but these guys turned it around for me! I was having headlight issues and had to replace a headlight bulb which cost a pretty penny since my whole bumper has to be removed to get to my headlight. After about a week my headlight went out again. The original Mr. Tire location that installed my headlight was unable to repair it due to the tech being on vacation so they sent me here. James was the person helping me and he is super helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. He kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way while my car was in the bay and was able to tell me what part I needed. He ordered the part and did a temporary fix so my headlight would work in the meantime while waiting for the part. So glad they sent me to this Mr. Tire. The drive was worth it!!!

I can’t express enough how exceptional their service was. Punctured my tire on the highway and came in for a repair urgently as we were running on the clock. They had a customer in front of us but they were understanding of our situation and fixed our tire in less than 20 minutes.

I have gone to this location twice; once for a brake issue and the second for a routine oil change. James assisted both times; due to his attention to detail and willingness to take the time to explain to me my brake issue, I will be going to this shop for as long as I live in the area. These guys are legit, they’re friendly and they are prompt! During my oil change they even found a nail in one of my tires and fixed it for free. After years of going to a dealership and being forcefully upsold services I don’t want, being talked down to, etc., I can’t even begin to explain how much my interactions with James were a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

Bryce was great! He was able to fit us even with a full garage. He told us that he would personally take care of our car so that we could leave... He finished 30 minutes early :)This store is definitely understaffed and this could have been a bad experience if it weren’t for Bryce!

Oil change was quick. Bryce had great customer service! The technicians were great also . Did a full multi point inspection for me. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of my vehicle questions and recommendations.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new place to start taking my Jeep to get work done at. Eric was so kind and made sure everything was taken care of. The service was fast and efficient. I will be continuing my service with Eric at this location.

Very helpful on a Sunday when most places are closed

Alignment and mounted 4 tires that I purchased from Amazon. They have a very reasonable rate for mounting tires purchased online. Both services were accomplished well with very little wait time and good communication.

Unbelievable. I am very surprised about the mixed reviews at this location. I have had nothing but great customer service and professionalism here. They called me with repair recommendations and I was also skeptic so I got a second opinion. That recommendation was confirmed to be accurate and highly appreciated. So i brought it back to them for the service. I like the way they keep me informed throughout the entire process of repairing my vehicles. Couldnt have been more pleased was in the Tyson’s area visiting my daughter I’m from out of town and noticed a nail on the tire didn’t want to take the risk so she recommended I come visit this store got me in right away without hassle very friendly and respectful

Helpful staff came in and was greeted very well. Showed me underneath my car and with a fair price. National wide warrenty is the best that’s why I always return. Always delivering car at the time they say never have to wait any longer overall outstanding service !!!!!
