1. Bank locked down card thinking that they were trying to commit fraud.2. Representative asked for another card. Said I had to transfer funds. Told her I would be right back. Went to Walmart to the ATM to transfer funds from savings to checking on a different bank card.3. Came back and the car I was supposed to be renting was being issued to someone else.4. Told her I was back. She said that I had to wait while she waited on the customers.5. She then waited on another customer.6. While waiting she took care of 2 other customers.7. There is no place to wait except outside in the cold and wet.8. After finally getting everything taken care of the vehicle they gave me is not the one that I wanted. And to top it off the maintenance light was on and I took a picture and Im posting it.9. And also I was not informed that I was going to have to pay taxes on the payment that my insurance company was making. To me that is illegal it should be included in what the insurance company was paying. Youre the one to have a contract with the insurance companies to rent vehicles from you.I will be informing my insurance company.

Vidalia Enterprise has amazing employees! Super nice, try to please, & go above & beyond to make happy customers. Vehicles are #1 too! Ive been a customer several times & will again. Need a rental? Vidalia Enterprise is the place to go. The only thing I dislike is the automated phone service, its hard to reach them at times.

Due to travel with my employment, I utilize the Enterprise Rental Agency in Vidalia, GA. They are always super friendly and efficient. The cars are clean and ready for me when I arrive. Anytime I have had a change in schedule, they have been very accomodating.

Had to get a rental for insurance purposes, took two days to finally get it. Customer service is pretty good, they only have two representatives in there, so keep that in mind always.

There were a lot of inconsistencies especially when trying to get someone on the phone. Nobody was on the same page. I’ve never experienced this in the past so maybe this month was a off month. Maybe next time will be better if I choose to rent from them in the future.

I’ve been trying to get a rental from this place for the last two days. They told me to come back TWICE to pick up a car with no car there for me to pick up. Absolutely aggravated with the lady named Holly up there. I wouldn’t have giving this place a star if I had the choice. Never again would not recommend.

I had submitted my reservation through the app, but when I got there, there was an issue so they had to restart my reservation. That wasnt so bad, except they didnt have the car size available that I had reserved so they had to upgrade the vehicle size from a compact to a SUV. They did not make it apparent that I would be charged for the larger size, I simply thought that due to the mistake I would still be charged the rate I had requested on the app.

Informed the lady about a dent. She stated its smaller than a quater not to worry about it. 7 months later. I get a bill in the mail saying I owe 230$ for said dent. Will not use them ever again. Much less, recommend them.

We made a reservation. We came into the office a few hours later and were turned away because the vehicle wasnt ready, as it needed to be cleaned. We were told it would be ready in the morning. Being flexible, we returned in the morning at the time she said they opened (9AM) to find the doors were still locked.After waiting for them to open, we then had to wait longer for her to get ready for the day. Then we had to wait for her to get done with her phone calls. After fifteen minutes of waiting for her to be off the phone, we have to now wait for our car to be cleaned. You have to be joking me. This postpones my trip even further when we should have demanded they cleaned the car last night and waited an hour for it then. Were seriously paying for it now.3/24/21 - After a year and multiple attempts to respond to the request for more information, I have received no resolution. Ive heard twice that they will escalate my concerns higher and someone will get back with me shortly. That never happened. I get the feeling they only post a response to appear as if they care and will take care of any issues.

IF I COUKD I WOULD GIVE ZERO!!!! Ok, so I needed a car for ONE DAY 5 hours tops, ( Saturday ) and because they close on Sat and Sun they wanted me to rent the car on Friday and pay 3 days...!!! Can we make America great again and open in the weekends??? GIVE JOBS AND SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY!!!!!

Will never rent a car here again! My insurance company set up a rental for me here and the employees at Enterprise that work there called me and confirmed my rental was ready. A friend gave me a ride to town to pick up the car and on the way there they called me again and said my rental was no longer ready but they were getting me another one ready and would call me back in a little while when it was ready. I waited in town for a few hours and it was getting late so I called them and no one answered so my friend gave me a ride over to this Enterprise and they had closed early. I had a trip planned and missed it. They never called me all weekend or the next week so I went to Nissan of Vidalia and rented a car. The Rental process at the Nissan dealership was very easy and they were very friendly. Enterprise needs to fire sorry employees like that!!!

I made reservations on the 2nd of February for a large size vehicle. I received a call at 6:42pm the night before my pick up day on April 3rd saying they didnt have me a vehicle and to call before a go pickup the next morning.... I did call and still had nothing for me to drive. She told me check back later that day to see if they would find me solething. I did so but then I got no answer their phone started forwarding me to the Dublin, GA location. So basically I was screwed the day I suppose to take my whole family on vacation. We ended up having to drive multiple vehicles. Poor service and Enterprise could have called me way ahead so that I could have made reservations with someone else.

What I like best about Enterprise is there commitment to customer service, for example if they do not have the car you have requested, they will give you an upgrade not a down grade on you choice of a car. I love to request a mid side car and oops they do not have one left so I get to drive out in a big size car. I am Lovin It

Will not use the Enterprise in Vidalia,Ga again. Had to wait 4 days just to get a car and then after I returned the car I have to wait 4-7 business days just to get my refundable security deposit.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. I had requested a Chrysler 200 via the Enterprise Rental Car website. When I got to the Vidalia location I was told that there was not a Chrysler 200 available in Vidalia; but, they had a Kia Soul available. Im 64 tall and 300lbs. Did not think I would like the Kia Soul, much less fit into it. However, I must admit I was pleasantly surprised at how well the Soul handled as I drove from Vidalia to Orlando and back on Interstates and two lane black tops. The price was very competitive. The Kia Soul was very clean and had low mileage. Am glad I did business with Enterprise in Vidalia and look forward to renting from them again.
