I was very disappointed with the sour attitude and treatment we encountered with the staff. They wanted to overcharge us because we lived in Helendale. At least they returned the money that we paid before they started the job. They clearly did not want to do the job. It was a simple single panne window replacement, but they acted like it was antique stained glass, and the price was insane. My car windshield cost half of what they were charging for a 12” by 36” piece of glass.

Called three times about two weeks ago and left a message with my name and phone number because nobody answered. I still have not received a phone call back 😕

Vern’s glass provided me top notch service. I explained to them the type and dimensions of the shower door I was wanting for the new bathroom. I provide dimensions of the area and they ordered the glass and hardware for the install. Shower door was beautiful and a easy install.

I had a great experience with Verns Glass. I order new screens door for my 5 sliding glass doors. Dena was awesome and super helpful. She got someone sent to my house right away to measure. They measure my screen doors and I had new ones right away. So glad I choose this company. Will do business with them again soon.

My experience was horrible unfortunately we had issues with our screen door that was placed along with our sliding door. The second time around that I had to call to report my issue I was given the worst customer service I have ever been given by an employee. The receptionist Denna was extremely rude. After recalling the previous issue we had with the door she began to tell me that we must be doing something goofy to the door in order for us to continue having problems. A customer should never feel belittled or attacked. The men that came to place the door were phenomenal at their job, but unfortunately the receptionist just ruined it for the company. Their company states to be about customer service which is bull. Get yourselves a new receptionist that is for what your company stands for. After I had stated to her that I would be speaking to her manager she laughed and stated she didnt care. Horrible customer service!

This is an amazing company. I just had all my windows upgraded to double pain. Even though they had a shortage on installers they still kept my project on track. Adam is great, he installed all the windows including an over sized slider by himself. He is very professional, fast and even made sure to clean up the debris. I will only go to Verns for all my glass needs.As far as price, they came in right in the middle of the estimates that i got.
