I chose this company because I saw their 5 stars. But, it WAS years ago, and I should have considered that. But I trusted theyd be up to their reviews. I was wrong. A month ago, I needed some screens for my house. I called them 3x just to get an appointment. The first time I called, I left my name and number. No call back. I thought maybe theyre very busy. I called again, about a week later, no call back. I called again, about another week later, this time someone called me back. She made me an appointment. I was up early, waited all day....NO ONE SHOWED UP. All day.... I called the next day to see what happened, maybe they got too busy, we could reschedule (?), But, guess what,,,,NO ONE ANSWERED, OR EVER, TO THIS DAY, EVER CALLED ME BACK...I have never left a bad review,, this is the first time, but I am only doing it because I think it was very rude to not even call me back to let me know what happened, and I just want others aware,,, even if you get an appointment,,,,THEY MAY NOT SHOW UP...Well, enjoy your day😊.

Excellent customer service! Excellent quality screens & screen door! Great Prices! They responded to my request within one day, came to my home and fabricated two window screens and one sliding screen door. The materials they used were high quality, not like the cheap stuff at the home improvement stores. They custom fit everything to my frames and they look and work great!! The price was very fair! I will definitely use them again!!

Had Bobcat screen mobile come out to replace screens, had a misunderstanding about which windows were going to be done and they replaced screen anyways . Thank you ! Definitely recommend :)
