Th is the only place in the High Desert to rent from. From huge tents to silverware they have always always come through. The linens are always spotless,clean and pressed,the dishes,and glassware are spotless,chairs are clean.Given enough notice they can usually get whatever you want, in a jam it is always worth it to call them.They are great knowledgeable people to work with.I recommend them for 10 stars! I have used them for really fussy Hollywood and Beverly Hills clients and they never knew it was from the High Desert.

In the past 12 months I have had to plan Bridal showers, Weddings for parties of 20 people up to 400 people, family parties, class reunions, 80th Birthday Party, funerals and many more events in our community and I could not have done this without the help from the employees from Bear Valley Rentals.They provide outstanding customer service, they are very caring and want to go out of their way to help. They are always accommodating my parties from just family gatherings to formal parties. I always refer people there. People are nice and friendly

I called them about 30 minutes in advance to make sure they had all the things I needed for my wedding, and to see how late they would be open. When I got there, I talked to a man at the counter who just directed me towards some albums laying around their very cluttered show room. As I flipped through, the man told me that he wasnt much help but the lady who could help me would be back from lunch in about 40 minutes. I decided to wait, and called my mom to meet me there and help me with some ideas. 40 minutes later, still no one was there to help me, despite there being at least 3 employees there. So my mom and I went to Starbucks, assuming some one would be back when we got back that could help. Eventually, one of the employees that had been there the whole time explained to me prices, and the different things they offer. Their stuff was nice, and fair priced, but it didnt seem like they cared much about me.

I called this morning around 10 am and spoke to a young man. I asked him what the delivery charge was for Phelan He replied 75.00, I was taken a back and replied Whoa! and he spouted Well were not delivering pizza (Wow, rude) I believe there was a lack of professionalism here and it could have been handled very politely with regard to the reasoning behind the high fee. Dear Sir You said Good Luck sarcastically, I didnt need luck. Im disappointed in Bear Valley Rentals. A little advise First Impressions They can make or break.I called Party Rentals Victorville 20.00 dollars to Phelan and 50.00 all the way to Barstow; more than reasonable.

The tables I rented where some kind of wood material. They where ugly and crooked. Its also very expensive delivery plus some other charges. Check before you rent from here what they are going to deliver.
