I normally dont post reviews, but my cousin had a party yesterday 3/13/2021 where they rented the tropical jumper....this company definitely doesnt inspect there stuff...the net on the top of the slide is all shredded and peices of the net were dangling over the slide...well long story short my 7 year old pretty much got strangled from the net and now he has burns on his neck from it also the reason why Im writing the review is its my son! Also we had to cut the net strings please dont waste your money with this company.

If anyone not from this area wont consider renting from experience she hang up on me because Im not from the area 🙃 stay safe Im not the one to post reviews but its for my daughter bd will consider looking somewhere else that will appreciate my money....

Very displeased with this company. I rented tables and chairs and was told originally they would be delivered between 8-12. I. Allied back to confirm my reservation and was told 11-11:30. My daughters party started at 1 pm. When I called them at 11:45 she said I was next after they finished up the party they were at. My rentals didn’t arrive until 12:30. When we asked the driver if the tables had been clean and came from the store, or did he bring them from another location? He said all the tables are clean and came from the store. Once we started setting them up, we noticed there was old pizza sauce, dirt and the tables were stained! So, they decided it would be ok, during a pandemic that it would be ok to deliver dirty tables to a children’s event, with no disregard of whether anyone would get sick!! I attempted to call several times and my calls went unanswered... then I was charged full price after notifying them of what happened! Never giving them my business again!

We ordered a bounce house with a waterslide and tables and chairs a package supposed to come with a free piñata that they did not bring. The bounce house they had no extension cord to plug it in and we have to use our own we had no tools to and start the steaks into the ground to hold the bounce house down so we had to use our tools and to top it all off they showed up at 7:45pm and told the kids to get out of the Jumper but they were taking it. When our contract clearly stated they were picking up at 11 PM after going back and forth with them where they were very rude we told them we were going to call the police and they finally said they would come back later to pick it up. I will never rent from this company again and they are absolutely horrible. They are not professional at all the owner lady whatever her name was said she attempted to call us to let us know she was coming early to pick up the jumper and we didn’t answer the phone so it’s our fault we didn’t know she was coming so early. When we showed her there were no missed calls from her and ask her to show us where she called us then she tried to say she was calling from a different phone and she couldn’t show us but that’s still beside the fact that our contract said they were picking up at 11 PM not 7:30 PM. I’m only giving a one star because that is the lowest I can give me should have negative stars

Good prices. They called 2x to confirm my order, rental date, and that it would be delivered before 1pm. On day of the party bouncer was about 50 minutes after 1pm. Set party to start at 1pm since they said theyd arrive before. Called around 11:30am to ask for an ETA, did not get a call back. Called 2x afterwards and no one answered. They did give a discount though for arriving late. Bouncer was clean and in great shape. Kids all loved it .

We ordered the party package. They didnt have the pinata so they said they would give us free delivery. We didnt get free delivery we were charged. Also they showed up 30 mins before the party making us behind. They gave us a broken table and when I called they said they would refund the money but they did not. They get 3 stars because the delivery was nice.

I was looking for chairs last minute, and I was referred to my party rentals victorville. The staff was very nice and professional. I definitely will be coming back!!!

Don’t rent anything here. I went on December 22 to place my order of tables and chairs Matthew took the order and he said they will deliver the next day the 23. So I was expecting my family to get to my house on the 24 early in the morning.they didn’t delivered anything on the 23 into the 24 around 2:00 pm So I was upset not having no where to seat my family.. I called Matthew on the 24 morning and asked him what is going on?I told him in the contract we made the delivery was on the 23 he gave me very bad actitud telling me that the driver couldn’t make on the 23 and he can’t do anything about it.He even have the balls to tell me the day I was needing the tables and chairs if you want you can cancel the order. really???? Very rude no professional and misleading people That’s the experienced I had with them be aware and find a reliable company...

Horrible service.. I called all.morning to make sure they would arrive before 12 since the party was at 1. 12:15 came around and I demanded an ETA. He then proceeds to ask me my name and order number to confirm, but yet theyve been on their way all morning and Ive been telling you my name all morning? Come to find out 45 min before my party they double booked my order..gave me a slide that wasnt even the one I ordered..they didnt include the banner or pinata I requested in my package and they didnt have all the tables. Their excuse was there was 2 orders with the same name. Then I should of had 2 orders show up? And then it was they called to confirm and I didnt answer. I have 0 calls from them. I always called them. Pathetic excuse of a company. Couldnt even take accountability for their mistake.

If I could give negative stars I would. I made an order weeks ago and stressed my party started at one. Well around noon I started calling and it was excuse after excuse. They showed up after 1pm and didnt even offer a discount other than $10 for delivery fee. My poor sons had alreasy started. The delivery driver was rude as could be. I highly do NOT recommend them unless you want your party flaked on.

Said they would be at our party between 10-12 being that the party started at 1, 1 comes around and they still are not here. They offered no discount besides to knock off the $10 delivery fee. This is not the first time this has happened to other parties.

We rented a bounce house/obstacle course and they set it up in our back yard and the stake they used went through our irrigation line. They left without offering anything to help fix it so I called to complain and they said they will get back to me, never did. They came the following morning to pick it up and I asked them what they were going to do about it and they offered $20 for supplies only. He said he wasn’t responsible for it as it was an accident and how was he suppose to know there was a line there.

Just rented a mini bounce bouce this past weekend. The guys where very cool to deal with. The mini bouce house was not mini and it was awesome for the kids they loved it. Definitely making this my 1st call if I need anything else.

They are great I use them for everything from personal to business they always have what I need even when its a last minute thing. Youll be doing your self a great favor doing your business here.

For starters our party started at 1pm they told us that they would be there by 12 for set up and so on. They didnt arive till 1:30 and when we asked for some kind of discount for the inconvenience they told us no. This was by far my worst experience with this type of company. Save Your money and go with someone else.

Had a horrible experience with this company the person who delivers the jumper was so rude and snapping at me because I advised him that where he was hammering down the pins was on top of our septic tank. Would never rent from them again! That’s no way to treat a paying customer paying over $300 in party rentals! They were also 3 hours later than I was told to deliver! My advice is spend your hard earned money elsewhere else!

Late! and Filthy! I booked a month in advance... They gave themselves a 3 hour window the day of to deliver and failed to do so until I made several phone calls complaining. Was lied to on the phone, and told they were on their way, 45 mins later on the second phone call I was told that the truck malfunctioned and it would be probably 30 more mins. Then they show up 10 mins after that... So much for a malfunction. The jumper apon arrival looked like someone had a food fight in it, it was dirty with old food and gum. Will not be using this business again. Shop elsewhere people!
