I was impressed with the service and quality. Finding a good nail shop thats constantly good has been a struggle for me in the high desert. I normally drive down the hill an hour to my nail shop. With the recent events I tried the high desert again with ups & downs. After reading the reviews on line I gave Pro Nails a try and am glad I did. No complaints. Call and make an appointment before you go. I was able to get in same day, but they are by appointment only right now and have limited staff. This has made it a comfortable and safe experience for me. There was no more then 4 people in the shop both times I went. I love the way they turned out!!! I will be back to Pro Nails.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I made and appointment for 2 at 3pm we got there early and they didn’t start our nails until around four I asked if they were almost done and the lady was giving me attitude she kept saying 10 more minutes but she kept passing other people in front. By this point they hadn’t started my friends nails I walked out with my nails not finished I’m very unsatisfied definitely don’t recommend

My nails did not hold up after 2 weeks. I paid $120 for a gel acrylic set and a pedicure. 2 nails came off and one nail completely broke after 3 days which I did go back in and get fixed for free.My nails looked beautiful at first but did not last. Acrylic nails should stay on until your next appointment at 3 weeks. I am very disappointed.

I just moved up here from the LA area and This is the 4th nail salon I have tried out. I was very impressed by how professional and kind all the employees/workers were. They take their time and do an excellent job. I think I finally found my nail salon here in the high desert .

Exceptional service and my nails are beautiful. The pedicure was everything, Kenny did both my nails and pedicure and I love his attention to detail. I didnt have to say a word and they came out just the way I like them. This is my new Nail Salon for sure. Clean and quit!

I absolutely love it here at pro nails. They are so polite. Customer service is the best. They take their time on your nails and make sure you are happy with their work. They are for the customer. Prices are decent. They follow Covid guidelines, and their salon is clean, professional, I have no bad things to say.

Great place for a pedicure, even just the basic! The 5 minute massage was just amazing. You feel like you have jello legs after for how good they do! So worth the money.The only downfall was, my friend went with me and she asked for a manicure, which usually means they do it while you sit there getting your pedicure. Well that wasnt the case in this shop. She ended up not getting one because we didnt have time and had another appt to go to.But other than that great experience.

Staff is friendly, my 2nd visit I felt Iwas not as good as my first. Still good. And need apt. Whicjh I lime very clean. JENNY did a great job on my eyebrows but just felt my massage for my pedicure was rushed or I would have given 5 starts.

Beware of getting cuts and burn stings on your fingers. They actually there at 11’0am when I have pass. Wish you good luck trying to get a hold of someone if your calling. If you try to make an appointment but there rude they hang up on you like cowards. I say why waste time if there like that ok karma is a b.

Horrible experience! Went in a little after they opened at 8:40, asked to get a new full set almond shaped nails and a pedicure. They where getting a little busy and tried to take a shortcut by just keeping my original shaped nails instead of the new full set like I asked. The ladies got mad that I asked for a new set because they wanted to hurry to attend someone else. They made me wait over 3-4 hours while they attended other customers and gave them what they wanted in an hour while I had my fingers soaked in acetone for more than 30 minutes making my fingers burn and ended up leaving with just a pedicure and no nails! I had to get them removed! Bad experience, their attitude towards everything was rude and unprofessional! I’m paying for the services I’m requesting but yet they made it impossible and tried to make things their way! On top of that I requested to speak to the manager and weren’t letting me and still had to pay for the full amount of everything!! Do not recommend!!

The Luxury Pedicure is awesome and their skill set and work ethic is top notch. Their desire is to please the customer! They also have top notch hygiene and are in complete compliance with Covid-19 regulations I will definitely return and if you want an excellent pedicure this is the place to go. I highly recommend their services!

I was looking for nail shop closer to my home and I read this one had a bunch of good reviews. In all honesty the pedicures are way overpriced for the service that’s given. I was told after much hesitation they couldn’t do my nails because they had appointments at 2 o’clock which never showed because I was there well after 2:20. As I was getting my pedicure and went to move the controls for the chair a little cockroach came out of the chair which was disgusting. I will definitely not be returning to this nail shop

10/10 would recommend. The salon is nice and clean. Kenny did my acrylic nails and they are actual perfection. He’s super attentive to detail and is very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great experience! Right away they ask you if you would like water, it was a nice clean place! The lady that was doing my nails didn’t rush at all. Also same with my toes they took their time, which I loved! Definitely recommend this place.

Jade did my nails perfectly. she did not once hurt or cut my fingers, she did exactly what & how i asked my nails to be done. she consistently asked me if it was to my liking. she held a conversation & she was very polite & gentle. her area was clean & organized, the shop in general was very comfy & relaxing. i enjoyed everything. the service was fantastic.

Use to be a good place to get your nails before the new owners. I miss Heidi so much. They never have enough people working in there now. I guess they are trying to save money because I’ve never seen only two ppl work in a shop. I love it here the workers are so welcoming. My mother has refused to go to any nail shop due to fear of being mistreated.. my sister and I went because the good star rating..wonderful experience, my nails did not chip, break, was not streaky...anyway we brought our mother and the workers were wonderful, caring and attentive to easing her fears. My family and I will be there every two weeks.

I will give them the two stars strictly for their mild kindness. With that being said; the rendered nail services were HORRENDOUS! After only one week; my acrylic fill set started popping off. (I’ve NEVER had that issue!!) I stopped in once to get two replaced (I was not going with intent on paying as I surely should not have had to. She did not charge me for the fix-Thank you!) A day after the initial fix, TWO MORE POPPED OFF (As if I had press ons from the dollar store) As far as my pedicure (Gel polish!!!!) is concerned; my polish immediately started chipping! Needless to say, I most likely won’t be back (Well unless pure desperation comes forth) Pricing is up there for the less than mediocre quality. NOT WORTH IT!

So I came here exclusively because of the good reviews and unfortunately did not have the same experience. The service was fine and my pedicure was good, although overpriced. But my gel manicure literally peeled right off after chipping 25 hours after I had them done. I was also overcharged $50 and after walking out to my car and thinking it was crazy priced and going back in they realized they did overcharge me and gave me the $50 in cash. Had I not gone back in they would’ve gotten that money from me. I called to ask about my manicure and there is no answer, makes me regret every penny.

I came here to get my nails done. I asked and showed a photo of what I wanted done. They promised they could do it. I asked for a peach color on my toes, and white on my hands with cursive on my toes and hands. They said the could do that. When they where done,it looked like a 5 year old did them.My jell nails where the kind you get for 6$ at walmart and fell off my hands 4 days later. Careful the price of $45 was for them to do your nails.not cut,trim or really anything. They will hand you a book that asks you to pay for more service. Bringing the price up to $100.

4 weeks ago I went into this shop and got my nails done by a wonderful young lady, I let her know it was for a photoshoot and she made them extra perfect for me. Doing them exactly how I asked and top notch quality! Today 4 weeks later 1 nail is starting to come off, this is the longest I have ever had acrylic nails all 10 last. She also spent so much time perfecting my coffin shape. I am very HAPPY with their work and I was also a walk-in I called in a few hours before I came in and was seen right away. WORTH IT and will be coming back.

Called in right before they were going to close and they were able to squeeze me and my mom in. Service was great. My mom is very picky about her nails and she was very satisfied with Tinas work. It looks like we have FINALLY found a nail shop close to home.

I went there for a pedicure for my 6 year old and I. Tina seen my nails and asked if she could fix the design I had got done elsewhere. Because I wasn’t happy with the outcome from previous place I let Tina fix them... she did an amazing job. She also did my toes, which I must say came out GREAT.

Great salon.. took my 5 year old . Brooklyn gave her exactly what she wanted .. she was so happy with her mani/pedi. The prices are great too. Highly recommend this spot.

I would highly suggest you pass on this place. Walking in, the place had no customers. That should have been a sign right there. They dont run the air conditioning, just one small fan. The gentleman that did my nails was very rough and cut my fingers several times. Not only that but his hands were shaking while holding the grinding tool, which is completely unsafe! I think they noticed by the look on my face that I wasnt impressed, so the 2 ladies in there kept reminding me that hes done nails for over 30 years so he knows what hes doing. I beg to differ based on the service I received. The one lady that did my feet was nice, just not efficient. My feet are still very dry. My nails werent buffed or sanded down properly so some of them are sitting on top of my skin instead of on my nail. Just not happy with the service. I paid $95 for 2 basic pedicures and a fill and I regret every penny.

Tina did an Amazing Job on my mother in-laws feet! Ive never seen someone spend so much time on a pedicure and do such an incredible job! My lady did ok, just didnt spend as much time and effort as Tina. We will come back most definitely!

Worth the wait !!!I dont understand why people are in such a hurry when they come to a nail place. Is it suppose to be relax and enjoy your Pedi and Mani ?I dont mind the wait because I know theyll take care of me very well, or shall I say....beyond my expectation.My GF also love this place. She is a picky person, she hates everything, but Jenny did her Full set well. She loves it (for the first time).Oh Kenny was super nice, he asked if we wanted some cool water while we were seated.The shop is clean and nice people. Come and PLEASE RELAX.

I think this place is great! Went to one nail shop but the said they were closed (they closed at 7, we got there at 6). I sat in my car and found this place on Google (good star rating.. .. Okay, lets try this shop). Went in, Heidi was very friendly and greeted us (mind you there were 5 of us) and they stayed well pass closing until we were all done and satisfied. Tina does excellent work, especially with ombres, Heidi is great with designs and comforting, Lee is great with pedicures and massages, Jade is the girl to go to for French tips, my Mani and pedi came out so good, a lot of people thought they were acrylic.... NOPE all me. Beautiful work, thank you and we shall return!

Lynn is amazing! Ive gone to her for about 10 years now. Shes the only one I trust with my brows and she gives amazing pedicures. Favorite salon for sure.**Editing my postI have still been coming to this nail salon for many years! I’ve experienced numerous new owners. But I just wanted to take the time and give these new owners (for the past two years) a 5 star review! Very COVID friendly! I got a deluxe pedicure and the tech took sooo much time on me, it was amazing! And Jenny did my full set of stiletto nails and KILLED it! The prices are a little high but the quality of the work and the attentiveness of the employees is worth it! I will be returning.

Walked in to get a fill the guy with the mullet haircut was AWFUL AT HIS JOB, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! He was halfway taking off the Polish was the drill the then on the nail that was lifting he was going to glue it back instead of removing the lifted part. I got up and waited for someone else to finish my nails. ILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS NAIL SALON 💩👎

If i could give it no stars i would brought my daughters in to get there nails done was not satisfied they are not good with little girls was rude tried to persuade my daughter into gettin somethin she didnt want my child almost cried i steped in and told her flowers on her hand she turns around and does what she wants a does polka dots she was a little too rough with my 3year old i wouldnt recommend for anyone first and the last time i will come here😡😡😡😡
