First time here, in and out in less than an hour. Great people, focus is to get you out of there in the shortest possible time. Highly recommend.

No overnight parking but there is a mom and pop truck stop like 5 mins away they were fast and friendly took maybe a hour to get unloaded the whse is in a lil residential neighborhood hardly any traffic definitely wouldnt mind coming back here

Limited night parking. Lumper fees are physical check or cash only. So bring paper or ask a fellow drive for a check. Workers get irritated easily. In-n-out in 1.5 hrs for me.

Quick in and out! As soon as I arrived, got a door and was out in about 15 minutes, had 16 pallets for this stop. Cool staff!!!!

Check-in was smooth and easy, wait time was hardly anything...maybe 15 minutes before getting a dock. Was unloaded in and around 30 minutes, office guys were nice and efficient. All around great experience getting in and out with my delivery.

Good place. Freezer lot is in the back. Pretty quick unload. Overnight parking - not much but they do have it. Freezer is easy to get in and out. Fresh and dry is a bit more difficult.

I gave 4stars because I dont believe anyone deserves 5.That said good people early in door to unload.Over night parking. Quick unload.Overall good place to deliver.Bring your own checks or have cash.

If you are assigned door 5 then make sure you slide your tandem forward and make sure your tandems track over the gravel portion just before the driveway. Its the only way to hit this spot unless you blindside. Either way, the neighbor across the street has a sign that says stay off yard and driveway. So slide em forward and use the limited space you have wisely... he will be watching lol!

Freight source was incorrect, had me arrive at midnight, but place opens at 05:00.. the receiver had me scheduled for 10:30... The night shift yard jockeys were incompetent and made me park in the wrong lot. Not a shining example of the best that South Texas has to offer...

Had a appt at 530 am and no one there then when they got there had me running from one building to the next not good unload was fast though

I read all the reviews and I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but it turns out that all the negative reviews are to the t. These people are ugly and the ugly that does not go away (rude and atrocious). ATTENTION DRIVERS HAVE ON HAND YOUR t-check, com-check, EFS check or Cash because if you do not have any they will literally make you go get one from where ever you can find one.They order the merchandise and charge you to get their own product off your truck(lumper fee was $240).God bless

Our experience is far from that 5 star review. The atmosphere as you walk in is trucks are piled up waiting, drivers are lounging everywhere because they are behind merely just beginning the day, and the talk is theyre well known for LAZINESS!! If I was management or the owner of this company, Id seriously want to investigate this. In my opinion they dont even deserve a single star. The staff is rude, lazy, and belligerent. The office clerk wont let you talk in full sentences without interruption and putting her negative comments in, and doesnt even know what you are trying to ask or say. The warehouse worker came in and was hot headed and cussing. You dont operate a business like this. I understand if you have a bad day, or run into someone who is downright evil you have to compose yourself and take a break, this is wh3n they first open..... you dont smother people with negativity when you are working. You should have a helpful, positive way about you. Your job is to be efficient and courteous. There are times when upper management, the CEO or owner needs to step in and clean house of all that. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB, QUIT. This was very disappointing. Already there is talk that people have decided to scale down on business with this warehouse because our complaints are last among a looooonnnnng list of unanswered complaints. What does management/owner actually do at this company that they would think this is even remotely ok?!?!?!?! I think Undercover Boss or a secret shopper type should come in and let these people know the magnitude/ consequences of how theyre inappropriately handling this business!!

There is parking a lot of parking, I dont understand what everyone is talking about on the comments, came in at 7:15 got a door right away, the only reason Im giving 4 star is because I was asked to buy them tacos to get the paperwork right away or wait 40minutes to count the merchandise, this is another b.s. what truckers put up with.....

I read the reviews on here, I want to say No Problems At All, the Gentleman took my paperwork and told me what door to get into, they unloaded me and he told me how much my lumper fee is before I back into my door, And They Do Have Overnight Parking Here.

OTR truck parking at the back, regular warehouse. Back up tricks for new drivers, slide your tandem to the front, BEFORE you back up. In and out in 1 hour.

Parking for 24 hours is probably out of the question, though I think one driver had moved in, otherwise, just pull into the OTR lot past the main building and park. Its a bit hard to see at night until you get to it. Other than that, this isnt the best or worst place Ive delivered to.

Expensive. You order the stuff, I got it there. You should unload it without cost. Think if you krder something online and pay for it, but there is a $20 fee for FEDEX driver bring it to your door. Same thing.

Very well I arrived on Saturday at 5:30 a.m. and they unloaded me at 7 a.m.

They are so rude and work only for apoitm they dont mind resolving and downloading if you arrive and when you check you realize that the Broke cheated you about delivery pick up a TN on a Friday and when I arrived wait for Monday and then I realized that I had been fooled and the appointment was for Thursday I had to wait several days and those who worked there never mind resolving me thanks to God I never came back and now less that I am local where I live good luck thanks to God
