The manager Hope, and her tax assistance Julie took care of what only can be described as a tax nightmare, Im a 1099 self employed contractor in the oil and gas industry, I havent filed in 3 years, owing over 80,000 in taxes, with there help, getting all my receipts, and proper records from car repairs, hotel, mileage on my work vehicle, got my amount owed down to a quarter of that 80,000 amount, thank you Hope, and JulieGreat job..

Great Customer service

Very poor service ignorant staff who completely messed my taxes up and stayed on the phone the whole time they filled them! This was my first experience with jackson hewitt and my last! Then after 2 months of not recieving my refund I called for assistance and was told to take off work and make an appointment if I needed help and not to call for help! Never have I felt with such rudeness and ignorance from any place of business who considers themselves personal!!!! They are anything but personal!

I have used and been very happy with JH for years now. And this year the trend continues. Kathy and I really appreciate the efforts taken by the JH team. We will be back next year God willing.
