I had Macdowell Refrigeration repair a Manitowoc Ice Machine. The technician was well educated on the repair of the machine and diagnosed the problem. He had the parts in the truck and had my machine up and running in minutes.

If I could give zero stars I would do so. This company is a joke and the owner Tammy has no care in the world about her customers. I’ve been calling to have someone come out and look at a piece of equipment of mine for over 5 months. Honestly I keep calling in order to just laugh afterwards at their inability to conduct business. They’re a joke.

This business is a joke ..I’ve kept calling them to check on my equipment at the business ..and I got some lame excuses all the time ..the most ridiculous reply I got was that as of now we cannot make it coz they are short handed and they don’t know when they can make it ...guess they don’t want business coming their way ... for luck guys ... there are a lot of other people to get things sorted for me ...just thought of giving you guys a try !!
