I love this place. I was originally weary of visiting here because their website made it seem like they didnt offer much. However their store has anything youd need for any occasion. It is much like a party city. Definitely recommend and will come back.

Walked into the store girl that was working saw me but never said anything. Boxes and boxes of merchandise were in the aisles, had to ask for prices on about 5 different things. Place looked like it was going out of business so bad I had to ask and she just said No without any explanation why the store looked so bad. It used to be my favorite place to shop for party things but guess Ill be going somewhere else.

For a family owned Business their inventory is nice and quality is excellent.

I came to this store location to purchase something that someone else had purchased from there just a few days ago. I was excited about it. There were three employees behind the counter when I went in. I didnt want to look up and down every isle. So l asked the three ladies about it. They said they dont have it. I went on to explain to them that a lady bought some just the other day from here and l asked them if they would help me look for it. Then it was apparent to me that they hadnt even been listening to me. I asked them to help me again and they were rude and refused to help me. As l was looking around for what l came for one past buy me and she said find it yet? I will never go back in there again. Horrible customer service. Today is May 26, 2017 and this took place around 10:30am

This place sucked. The lady that owns the place was rude and couldnt help me find place cards, until I spoke with my friend and told her that we should leave. Then the owner magically recalled that they had place cards. Wow.
