They were helpful in suggesting items for my daughter’s graduation party. There was a wide variety of items to choose from. Everything looked amazing! My items were delivered and set up professionally and picked up after the event. They made it so easy for me! I highly recommend them!

Party and event Rentals

I decided to go from Kings Party Rental to this company due to a slight price difference. The manager did not disclose a set up fee after ordering and paying for 50 white chairs and 50 sashes for my wedding. The contract did not mention anything either. The day of my wedding I met the delivery man and ended up being short one sash and I had to set up my own chairs two hours prior to my wedding. The delivery man did not know how to tie a sash so even if I had paid extra he would not have known how to tie them. He then brought me four different color sashes to replace the missing one and they did not match so I went without one throwing the whole set up off. People pay the extra money and go with a better company. Meanwhile the manager never answered or returned my phone calls to discuss how upset I was. I even reached out to her on Facebook and she completely ignored me. So disappointed and it almost ruined my wedding. Bad customer service!
