Havent had my haircut in a long time due to bad experience at a barber. Patricia(?) did a fantastic job on my hair. Now I look handsome again and chicks dig me!

We came in close to closing time. I didn’t know the hours were altered. I asked if they had time and truly if they didn’t, I would have understood. Angela didn’t hesitate and said they could get me and my son taken care of. The quality and customer service wasn’t effected and we left so impressed. This is the newest supercuts location in town and its already more torn up than the other locations.I counted 7 ripped and duct taped chairs stylist chairs.The stylists are okay, I recognize a few from other locations that Ive been to in the past. But for the presentation they offer Id expect a cheaper cut.Sport Clips is literally an equal value, not even a full mile away, and there they have tvs, properly upholstered chairs, cushioned waiting area seating, and a vibe that doesnt scream soccer mom.I went here because the last few times I went to sport clips the wait was too long.The wait here was even longer, no shampoo, no shave, no hot towel, no massage.I will never be returning to supercuts again, unless its a last resort option like today.Yall are doing this all wrong

Asked to get a taper and a trim on top stylist said okay and asked no other questions. Didn’t ask how I normally have my hair which way it lays or anything I do have to say that she cut like I asked but then again she only cut the middle of my hair leaving the sides longer

Never had a problem until today. Waiting nearly an hour and was never called. Had 6 people go who came and signed right after me which made no sense why they all went before me. Should’ve at least said something or noticed I’ve been sitting there and not being taken cared of.

They listen to me. I have been going there for the last 12 years and when I tell what I want, they do it. Yes over the years some hair cuts have been good and some have been fantastic but I have never been unhappy with the cut.

The wait was a little bit long, but thats always the sign of a good business. They were packed when I arrived but the staff remained professional despite the rush. The stylist that served me was friendly and efficient, and she did a great job. Ill definitely return! Reasonable prices, great service, and call-in scheduling make this a convenient stop on your evening commute.

Feb. 5 6:30 my friend and I walked in to the shop there were 4 stylist all in the back on their cell phone. No other customers were present. We walked up to the counter with no greeting or response from any of the employees. We stood there waiting for someone to greet or wait on us. Finally someone came to the counter and ask what we needed we said Haircuts. While my hair is mostly gone I still paid the full price for a cut and the stylist in record time buzzed my head and had me out of the chair in less than 4 min. needless to say that is the kind of haircut I received. My friend on the other hand has full head of hair. He didnt get two words out of his stylist . needless to say we will be going back to Great Cuts!!!!
