My 14 year old nonverbal autistic son gets the biggest smile on his face when we pull into the parking lot. He used to be afraid to get his haircut. Not now. He even asks for a haircut. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating to his special needs. Thank you to all the wonderful stylists and staff for making each of his haircuts a good experience. I cant even express how important that is to us.

I would put zero stars....Didnt like this place at all they skipped my son name & called someone else with almost same name we still had to wait cuz well the other person had already sat...n my sons haircut was all messy was not even cut properly it was all crooked..will never go back I dont know why that person is still cutting hair no experience at all🤦‍♀️

The haircut is decent and for what you would pay at a barber shop you get a massage shampoo and a back rub. They are also requiring masks and following social distancing to the best of their ability.

Lady took over 1 hour on a simple haircut that i wanted and i show a picture of a haircut on google and told her i wanted that..my haircut look nothing like the picture.if yall dont know how to do a simple haircut that i wanted she should of just let me know and i would of got something else..its just that simple just like my haircut

First bad experience at any Sport Clips. Stylist was very rough. I am a grown man with a high threshold for pain but she was unnecessarily rough. Had to tell her to stop once she started using electric clippers as it felt like it was cutting. Told her to slow down and take her time. Scissors were dull. Yanked my hair. Entire scalp is red. Possibly last time there but definitely the last time to use her in particular.

Two girls cutting hair and I count 3 at counter looking at computer and 2 more cleaning clippers for 10 min. And talking while there is a waiting room full. Been a long wait not sure if we want to come back. If they are on break would be nice if they were out of front so you dont think you are getting engorged.

It is advertised for men but most of time there are a lot of kids waiting to get a haircut. They may need to open another store wait times are getting longer. I would rather here music than the sports announcers talking.

If I could put a zero stars I would. I got a horrible hair cut today and to top it off I also got my ear about snipped off. On the ear lobe about a 1/4 inch long and A 1/4 INCH DEEP BLEED EVERY WHERE AND IT FING HURTS. 6-7-18

After a visit, they log in what you say you want so they know what to do the next time you come unless you want to do something different. Moreover, the employees are considerate to customers sensibilities and helpful if youre not sure either what you want to do or how to do what you want.

Too cramped. Stylists dont take enough time with customer. Unfinished haircut. Overall - so so experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND if you care about your hair.

The hair stylist I had cut my hair didnt cut it right and I was given a free MVP card and they said they had used the same card and the haircut was free for them but I used the same card and they changed me 18 dollars.
