I was there at 1:15, my reservation time. Employee asked me my name then asked me to take a seat. Place was very busy but my hair dresser was very polite and fast. I was finished within 20min.

I would give the whole staff 5 stars, except for one of them that was extremely rude last time I was there. I dnt k ow her name, but is a Hispanic lady full of tattoos. She was upset because I was there 30 minutes before closing and stated that she couldn’t do my hair the way I wanted because there wasn’t enough time. It is something that I do understand but there are proper ways to communicate and her way is just not profesional at all. The messed up part is that I was already on her chair, next time just be honest and ask clients to just comeback another day, please dnt be rude like that, or get another job where you dnt have to deal with customers.

I called said id be there in 5 min.. They gave me directions to the place. Im not from the city i was at.. My son was taken right away..i got to sit next to him while he got his hair cut.. The stylist was amazing and friendly and fast.. She did a freaking amazing job.. I gave her a good tip.. And even though i live almost 2 hrs away..i told her when im back in Victoria Texas the following month ill be going back to her to cut my sons hair again..

Sign said $67.97 for all over highlights and cut, and 10% off for seniors. I was charged the $67.97 plus $21.97 for cut and shampoo, plus $10 for curling/flat iron. The flat iron charge was ok, but the cut was supposed to be included. Then the 10% off was only taken off the haircut ($2.20). Had to ask for the discount twice. When I complained about the charge & discount, I was told thats the way it is! Will not go back to this location.

Mary has been cutting and coloring my hair for a year now and I can always find great prices on products that work. I now refuse to go anywhere else.

Been getting my sons haircut here on and off for the last year its ok a good price $11 so if they mess up ur only out $11 instead of $20 or more My son has his hair long on top with a line down his part but this time when I paid they charged me $5 for the line and trust me the line he got is definitely not worth $5 and they dont advertise what they charge extra for they should let u know
