This business awesome! I brought in a brand new 18 Si for some minor paint correction and application of a ceramic coating. I had over 6k miles in 2 months and they made the car look like it just came off the showroom floor! They went above and beyond what I asked for. They polished all the paint and black plastic back to original shine (dried bug shadows, swirl marks and some scrapes) and applied 2 coats of ceramic coating to all painted surfaces, the black plastic grill, lights and mirrors. The car looks amazing and incredible! For the price I paid, I got better results for half what I was quoted at other shops! They honor their work with no fuss, they want you to absolutely love the work or they will fix it right away. I found some places that needed to be re- coated and they fixed it. They will go over the car with you until youre happy, no push back or excuses. I would recommend them to get your car looking new again! Their customer service is great! They are flexible, informative and nice! Kept me informed thru the entire process with emails and phone calls, were very quick with replies!

My passenger car door frame was heavily damaged, fender was destroyed and my passenger door would not shut due to damage from the door frame. Somehow VLZ brought it back! Before VLZ I had someone put a ceramic coat on my new 2020 Shadow Black Mustang and subsequently they destroyed my top coat and tried to cover it with a spray polish. Heres a tip: Direct sunlight reveals all perfections and flaws in paint. The same day, we called VLZ and asked them if they could save my car and they told me to bring it in. A few days later the results were, I dont know how to explain it. In science, we know that blackholes are perfectly black and nothing escapes from being drawn into them. Thats how my car looks and thats what my car does. The Shadow Black of my car is unreal and you truly feel as if the paint is pulling you in, its a little scary. VLZ is the best car detailer in around. If you need or want it done right go to VLZ!P.s.They treat you as if youre family from the owner to techs and everyone in between, you feel like youre well taken care of.

I have 2011 GMC that the side moldings kept falling off and leaving the adhesive outline that I tried everything the stores had to offer that did not even attempt to take it off. Took my car to VLZ after I needed to replace some weather stripping and touch up some chipped paint on my front bumper. They had no problem fixing both of them and I was even able to paint my brake calipers and roof panel thanks to their Snap Finance! Not only that, but they did an awesome job on painting everything perfectly and the chipped area looked like it never happened. Honestly the best auto shop there is and I am definitely taking my car there whenever I want to modify or fix something on it! Awesome group of people!

The people here are very patient and polite. They take the time to thoroughly explain whatever is going on with your vehicle and give you honest upfront costs, which are pretty good by the way. And they do excellent work. I had a custom grille, a woodgrain steering wheel, and new emblems installed on my Cadillac and when I went to pick it up, I was all smiles. I knew I went to the right place. My new go to spot now. Very satisfied!

Did a graduation parade and decorated car with car paint. turns out the paint stuck to the car so when i tried to scrape it off, it damaged the paint. vlz elite concepts fixed it entirely. amazing job on the car.

VLZ did some body work on my Challenger about a year ago due to an accident and did a great job! I recently noticed that the passenger window wasnt closing all the way into the seal like it is supposed to, which I believe was due to the accident, but didnt notice for quite some time. I called them and they were happy to look at it even though it had been so long! They fixed it at no additional cost to me which was a total surprise to me! I am super grateful they took such good care of my car. I definitely recommend VLZ!!!

Felipe and his crew are awesome, good hearted people. They worked with my insurance co. to get my vehicle repaired after I hit a pole w my front fender.
