Ive been going to True Colors for years. No so much for the hair cuts but for the massage treatments. All the therapists theyve had over the years have been extremely professional and attentive to my needs. As the years have gone by, if I cant get an appointment for a massage, I just wait until theres an opening.Kendall Owen, is my stylist now and takes care of my hair. Being older, Im kind of set in my ways and have always just shaved it real close. But shes so enthusiastic about what she does and the career shes chosen, that I let her do whatever she wants to my hair. It may be something spunky, it may be something modern...whatever she decides, I let her do it and I havent had an issue yet. She has a gift that at least with my hair, makes me feel young again! :)

Ive been here for both the salon and the spa, and have loved both! For the salon side, Maribel did a great job helping me get the color and cut I wanted a few months back. With the spa, Kelly always does a fantastic job with waxing and spray-tanning (and nails, too!). Highly recommend.

Just had a therapeutic massage with Adi yesterday. Highly recommend. 80 minutes of pure tortuous bliss. Felt very good afterwards, I could actually move my neck in a full range from left to right . Price was very reasonable! I will definitely be back.

I had a therapeutic massage by Renee and it was amazing! It was my first time getting a therapeutic massage and I was so surprised with how soothing and stress relieving it really was! Renee did a great job focusing on my areas of need while applying the perfect amount of pressure so it was still relaxing. She also gave me advice and helpful tips which I really appreciated. My favorite part was the scalp massage at the end which felt amazing! The whole staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend True Colors massage services! I already cant wait to go back!

My husband surprised me with a visit to True Colors as a Christmas gift. With the help of my sister-in-law he booked me an appointment and was given a quote of $160 for color and cut (none of which I knew because it was a surprise). He pulled into the parking lot and told me he had booked me an appointment for color and cut and that he would handle the kids and to enjoy myself. Super sweet right?! Fast forward to the $260 bill and the tears rolling down my face on the way home... disaster.I dont get my hair done often because Im a mother of 4 and honestly dont see the value in spending $100+ on hair on the best of days but I cannot fathom almost $300 on a full head of highlights on shorter then shoulder length hair and smudged roots with a haircut.To be fair when I sat in the stylists chair I explained to her the situation. She asked me what the budget was and I said I didnt know - not knowing that they had quoted him anything (maybe she didnt know either). She asked me what I wanted and showed her a picture of my hair in the past when it had been bylyaged at a longer length and she explained that that was not possible on my length hair and that she would have to do a modified version. She gave me a full head of highlights which Im not in love with and smudged my roots plus a shampoo cut and blow-dry. She gave me a blunt Bob which I also dont care for. In all honesty I dont think anyone would notice Id had my hair done if I did not tell them so. Maybe if I loved my hair I wouldnt feel so shafted buy the $260 bill or upset when I had to tell my husband what it cost. Needless to say I wont be getting my hair done by anyone who I dont personally know ever again.Staff was friendly and its a nice atmosphere with snacks and beverages but I am just at a loss. I am very unhappy and my sister in law called to ask what the cost difference was and they said they had charged $20 more for the highlights than they had quoted and theyd be happy to refund my husbands card that... $20? Very unhappy and sad that my husbands kind gesture ended this way.

What could I say about this place, true colors salon and spa is AMAZING! Im a forever faithful client here I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone. They really put your interest first, and treat you like a queen. I have gone here for numerous pedicures manicures hair cuts and coloring. Today I received a therapeutic deep tissue massage and it was absolutely what I needed. Let me tell you I have had a couple of massages before but this one was by far the best one. (Of coarse I didnt expect nothing less than good from them) Renee did an absolute amazing job. Also there remodel is fantastic.

Horrible experience.Spent 2 and a half hours for a partial highlights and my hair look the same like nothing was done,I mean no difference and spent a fortune.They make you sign a contract so they don’t have to refund your money,so they know they can get away with murder.Paid 40 dollars for a 8 minute mediocre blow out.I wanted to have a relaxing time and feel good,beautiful and happy,instead I had nothing but stress,frustration,disappointment 😖😤😩🤬,$200.00 later.

MY HAIR ALL BROKE OFF!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️BEWARE⭐️⭐️⭐️I saw the same hair stylist for nearly a year (4x approximately 2 months apart) and on my last appointment I had a partial highlight with Kendall Owen. 3 days later my hair started breaking off and I noticed a VISIBLE difference, so I made contact with Ms. Owen, she told me to purchase, and use, Olaplex, and that would correct the issue. TWO WEEKS LATER my hair was still breaking & WAS VISIBLY GETTING THINNER, I then contacted the salon, True Colors. When I went in to discuss this, the owner. Regan, told me to leave or law enforcement would be called.Bottom line: MY HAIR FELL OUT!!

My first visit to True Colors was very positive. Friendly greeting, pleasant open decor. Very clean and well kept salon. My stylist, Mel, listened to what I wanted and the resulting color and cut were great. I highly recommend both the salon and stylist.

Had a manicure and pedicure today with Michelle. I am new to the area and made an appointment here based on other reviews. Michelle was friendly and professional and gave me great advice about foot and nail care. This was the best pedicure I have ever had. The entire salon was spotlessly clean and very attractive. They are running a half-price special on pedicures for the month of January. It doesnt get any better!

I had a therapeutic massage with Renee and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The professional spa/salon employees make you feel welcomed, and relaxed from the time you walk in the front door. I also have my hair colored by Melanie and she is so knowledgable about her craft that I am very impressed. My color is very hard to maintain in Florida and other stylists have had problems keeping my color consistent. Melanie has improved on my formula and has consistently kept it looking how I like it.Thanks.

This place is it! I was amazed the first time I walked in because from the outside, it looks like a small store front in a shopping plaza on Old Dixie in Vero. Inside, it is a full service salon! Every time I walk in, they ask me if I want something to drink, from a bottle of water to a glass of wine. They make you feel pampered as soon as you set foot in the door.I started with a pedicure, but now I get my hair cut and colored, pedicures and massages all at True Colors. I had a massage last weekend, and it was incredible! I cannot stop raving about this place.I love my hair! I have happily referred friends and acquaintances to True Colors due to the quality of management, expert stylists and friendly atmosphere. This is a great salon with excellent customer service and a New York vibe, in a good sense of the word! I am so glad I found it and was able to get an appointment for hair color before New Year’s Eve. Maribel did my hair and also a special pedicure which I hadn’t even scheduled but she was able to accommodate me. I have been to True Colors a few times for massages and a manicure for my wedding but I have never been for a pedicure. Diana was very sweet and not only did a great job, she was pleasant to talk to. The personal service they give you really makes you feel like home. I will definitely be back!

I was very disappointed towards how my hair turn out. Payed a very high price ($350) for purple hair dye that didnt even last long at all. Only wash my hair twice and within those washes the color faded out fast and it has a mixture of different colors like red, brown, back, purple, and pink. I had some pars in my hair that are still my color so basically it wasnt bleach out in some areas. I was also told the dye was going to last from 8 to 12 weeks not only two or one wash. Called a the second week about my hair and was told they can fix the dye but still have to pay a high price for it. After, buying all the correct shampoo for my hair and wash my hair with cold water still didnt help at all. They should had told me from the start that my hair would only last 1 wash or 2 but not tell me from 8 to 12 weeks would not have gotten it done. It was a waste of time and money wont be coming back again.

Every visit at True Colors is a wonderful experience. I have specifically had my hair cut and styled by CK and Lynn, and they are both truly talented. Everyone is so polite and friendly when you walk in the door. Great staff and owners!!

Went to get an ombre and it turned out terrible. The color is brassy and choppy. It looks like there was no blending what so ever. Dont go here for hair color. Nails are great and hair is fine, but other than that its a total bust. Never wasting my money here again.
