Every time the lady Mariam does my eyebrows I get asked if they are microbladed because of how beautiful they are. I leave very happy every time

We had brows done for 3 people in family. She was super professional and did an amazing. She even remembered my daughter after several days! It was great conversation.

I only get brows threaded here but they do awesome work, I recommend them to anybody who wants brow work done.

Gloria & Maci are the best. After waxing for many years I switched to treading. A little more painful but better result with no redness and no tearing of the skin. Plus when you purchase the membership its half the cost of waxing!

Best place to get it done well at not too high a price

If you live in the Vero area or are visiting (and care about your brows) you need to visit Maryam. Shes AMAZING! She listens to what you want and is fully knowledgeable on how to make your brows look PERFECT. Before finding this gem, I had my eyebrows done somewhere else and it went horribly. After letting them grow out, I figured Id try this place. I went to the Vero mall and met Maryam...a little lady with a big personality. She put me at ease and helped form my brows back to PERFECTION.

I got my eyebrows threaded, get in the car to look in the mirror and all I see are a thousand hairs that didnt get touched. I could have done a better job blindfolded. What is the point of paying to get your eyebrows threaded when you have to go home and spend 45 minutes finishing the job. Worst place yet.

Im upset. i went to get my eyebrows done here because everybody told me how amazing it was and how they all liked it. i told the lady to make them look natural and that i didnt want them to make my eyebrows so far apart(because i had dealt with that before) i told her what i wanted and instead of listening to that, she did exactly what she was taught was good and what she thought i wanted instead of what i liked. i understand that this may be what they are taught(to do everything by the book) but i was really disappointed because now i feel like i spent $15 to look ugly. i believe the ladys name was Michelle or something but i just with that i had saved a trip.

Brow arc is very clean and the employees are friendly. They have great deals through out the year! There is limited chairs so there may be a wait time, plenty of seating for a wait though. Wait time is usually 10 min. They only do threading, whole face, half and eye brows. Considering your getting hair ripped out they make it as painless as possible!

The woman who did my brows was nice and she did a decent job. However she rang my card up for $20 instead of $12. That was no big deal to me - mistakes happen. It was when she and the other woman working told me they were not allowed to process refunds in the store. If I wanted to get my money back they said I had to call their corporate office in the morning. To me that is completely unacceptable. How can you have a shop where you provide services and sell products and not be allowed to process refunds. The one lady pointed to the cameras above the register and said they watch us and they said we arent allowed to give refunds. You have to call.At that point I said they could give me a store credit and they said no, they kept telling me I had to call. All this over $8!!! I then asked for a copy of my receipt and they didnt know how to reprint it. I had to do it myself and show them how to do it. To me, this just shows how little this company bothers to train their employees. I know they are brow artists, but if they are ringing up customers they should know how to process transactions.I was leaving for a vacation out of the country the next day and I didnt have time to call. I did get one message from them while I was gone so I know they are aware of the situation. Ive called everyday Ive been back and left three messages at their corporate office and no one has returned my call. I disputed the charge today and will NEVER go back there again.

I just went here after work today. I haven’t gotten my eyebrows shaped or threaded in probably 3 or 4 months. I didn’t get her name, but my stylist was super thorough. Out of probably 5 places I’ve been to the past few years, she was the best. Very happy with the result!

Shohreh is the best my mother and my sister come from Miami to get their eyebrows done with her. Besides being such a pleasant person she always does a great job. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been going here for 4 years now. I live closer to the Jensen location, but I prefer the Vero site. Therefore, I don’t mind the extra drive. This is the only place I go to and I only let Shohreh do them. She’s hands down the best. She’s super sweet and extremely talented. At one point in time I had areas of my brows where hair stopped growing. Shohreh paid careful attention to them and gave me great advice for growth. They look 1000% better than they previously did do her her help. I never go wrong with her and highly recommend her.

If I could rate it lower, I surely would. Walked in and the one lady I believe her name is Sammy was on her phone and ignoring us. So we decided to wait on the other woman whom was actually working. BIG MISTAKE! This place is honestly a joke, Shohreh the woman who did our eyebrows was rude and obviously didn’t listen to a word we said. I told her not to take any off my eyebrows but clean them up underneath. So tell me why she took off most of my eyebrow from the top and gave me TWO different shaped eyebrows. Same case with my mother. I have contacted the main office and am awaiting to hear back. Hopefully she gets fired because obviously she doesn’t know what she’s doing at all.

Just happen to be at the mall and walked in. A girl by the name Shorhem (I might of misspelled) attended me. I was happy with my eyebrow result. I went a second time and paid for an unlimited 3 months session. I stuck with the same girl and everytime it was different. Sometimes she would nail it and sometimes I felt she went too thin. Overall, it was okay. Not sure if I would be back. I find it a bit pricey.

First of all we walked in and the two stylist were on their phones and ignored us for several minutes. One finally told us to sign in and the other one stayed on her personal phone call for a long time. So my mom got her eye brows threaded and then I got a henna tattoo. While watching them I noticed THEY USE THE SAME THREADS ON EVERY CLIENT, disgusting and very unsanitary . Then comes my henna. I promise you I am NOT exaggerating when I say it looks like a kid drew all over me . She did not put any effort into it it is HORRIBLE !!! Shapes that arent even recognizable, and just a blob in one spot . awful.
