I took their 42 Day Cleanse Challenge and loved them so much, I got a membership afterwards. Coaches are so amazing, classes are unique enough to keep me coming back daily. Ive yet to dread my workout. Lots of tools to help you stay on track and keep you motivated. I came in totally out of shape and they were very patient from the get go. Highly recommend!

Super friendly and helpful people. They have guest passes but easiest to buy online now. They dont have staff everyday now and theyve gone to an electronic door and also dont have cash so have to pay with credit card.

Highly recommend Lift Challenge, Lift Classes and joining Lift gym. If you are looking to lose weight and get in shape than this is hands down the best program and it is available right here in Vero Beach. I have been dieting and working out for years but I never had such a great results in such a short time. The system of diet and exercise program definitively works and it is totally doable. The exercise classes pushed me like I would not challenge myself and they are fun. The diet is spelled out and achievable. It made me rethink what and when I eat to feed my body for best health and feeling energetic, clear minded and great. The whole system is supported by science and bio-metric measurements. Once I joined Steve gave me a heart monitor that keeps track of my heart rate, calories burned, level of effort. Once a week weight-in is done and your body composition is analyzed. Every week you will see how many pounds of fat you lost - amazing achievement fantastic feeling. The type, the frequency and level of support you get produces results you cannot achieve by yourself with good old will power and bathroom scale. During 6 week challenge alone I lost over 25 Lbs and 8% body fat. I met people at Lift Fitness that have been members for years, never got bored, never lost motivation and they are in enviable shape just because they kept coming back, followed simple and easy instructions and still are enjoying the program.

If you are reading through reviews to decide if Lift Fitness is right for you, well then you did exactly what I did,. I was scared that Lift was going to be like other gyms (where everyone in the gym is extremely fit and wondering what you are doing there). I hadnt worked out in over 15 years and I was starting with a back injury that had left me in pain every day for over two months. I knew I was at a point that if I didnt do something now, things were only going to get worse. From my very first Lift class, I knew that I had come to the right place. I did not feel intimidated at Lift, each person works at their own pace and the trainers are so encouraging, they really do make you feel at home. In just 6 weeks, I have met so many amazing people that are working towards the same goals as I am. The classes are fun, and each one is different. Lift also helps with nutrition plans that are very easy to follow and show you exactly what you should be eating. I chose to complete the 6 week challenge and lost 18.5 pounds, but the best part is how I feel. I have so much energy now and I no longer have any back or leg pain!

In October I started a six week challenge, my goal lose 6% body fat. I joined the challenge to improve my mobility, increase my strength and eat healthier. It was not always easy to make the time to exercise and stick to the meal plan, but the Lift team was always there to help me succeed. After 6 weeks, I surpassed my goal and lost 7.9% body fat! Thank you Lift Fitness for encouraging me along the way! Special thanks to Paula for keeping me on track. I really enjoy the classes and plan to continue going to them.

I did the 6 week challenge and it was a great jump start to get back into shape. I really liked the classes but there were a couple new trainers that started running them and the motivation wasnt the same. Im sure that will get better with time though.I would definitely do it again but know just because you follow everything perfectly you might not make your goal. Everyones body is different.I lost 25lbs and feel great. I will end my challenge with a steak and cookie cake 😀.

Where do I start??? My gosh this program has changed my life!!! Steve & Bonnie have invested so much time, love, compassion and money into giving strangers Another chance at life! The love and motivation and encouragement I received from them, the trainers, the staff and the wonderful members is incredible! I came into this program weak, unhealthy and definitely a short future the way I was going. I have three beautiful daughters that I knew I needed to make a change for. And at my breaking point, I saw the ad from Lift Fitness and thought I’d go learn about it. It completely changed my life!!!!! And this is just the beginning!!! I’m down 3 sizes, 10 inches and I feel amazing, much healthier and so strong in 6 short weeks! I’m beyond thankful that they took a chance on me!

Lift Fitness (formally Max Fitness) has been a great blessing to me. I have been in and out of exercise programs, but limited in what I can do due to a neck injury several years ago. The trainers at Lift have been great with helping teach me modifications where I need them and helping me slowly build my muscles up so I dont need as many modifications! I started barely being able to finish a class and now I am not only able to finish class, but I am able to do most of the components of class (and modify the few I cant). I highly recommend this gym.

Ive benefited greatly from Lift Fitness this past month during a 4 week challenge. Following their program has enabled me to lose 26 pounds and gain significant muscle strength. Their special diet and exercise classes were able to get me off a long standing weight loss plateau. All the trainers and other members were very encouraging and supportive. It is up to YOU to follow through with all of the information given. Lift Fitness is amazing. They actually make me want to put in the effort to go to the gym and become a better version of myself. The challenge was a great starting point for me showing me what potential I had within myself and giving me the support and confidence to unleash it. All of the coaches are amazing. They pushed me and made me believe in myself which I haven’t done in over 10 years. I just completed their 6 week challenge. It changed my life. I have never been to a gym where the owners are literally involved in the day to day activities. More than that they truly care about the individuals. They reached out to me on several occasions to see how my diet and workouts were going. They were very supportive. I am so glad I did this challenge! It is very strict but the results prove that it works. I lost 14.4 lbs and 6% body fat. I could not have done this on my own. I would strongly recommend this gym purely for the atmosphere and positive support.

I walked out of the gym this morning after class with two good friends and said Goodbye and Have a great day! to many others who just went through the ringer with me for an intense 45 minute upper body workout. I rejoined Lift about two months ago for the 6 Week Challenge and it has brought me a renewed sense of self beyond the physical. I have connected and reconnected with so many amazing people who all have their own reasons for being there. The program that Steve, Bonnie, and their team have put into place is thoughtful and thorough. They have been helping people for a long time and their knowledge and experience is evident in this program and how they run their facility.

I cant stress enough how amazing this gym is. I hated going to the gym, its one of the excuses I used to not exercise much. I decided I needed a change, a challenge. I have been struggling a lot these past few months with many health issues, physical and not. I saw the Lift program and decided to take their 6 week challenge. It has been honestly life changing for me.I have nothing but praise for how amazing all of the staff are. The trainers really do lift you up, every one does .They are incredibly supportive and motivating. They push you to do your best, to be your best self, to challenge yourself and always improve even if its just doing one pull up when you didnt think you could. They are right there supporting you and guiding you through the challenge.I did think the diet plan would be difficult. It did take a little adjustment, but I have discovered that there are ways to cook, make dressings, and have healthy meals without the need for added fats, oils, and unhealthy add ons that pack on calories.I definitely recommend Lift Fitness. You will not regret a moment of your time with them. If it helps. I have so much praise for them that even my dad, who may not have been in a gym in decades is likely going to join up!

Weve been going to this gym for over 7 years. Seen lots of changes. Change is good. Owners are personable and very easy to talk with. They are very knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise. Just wish they had classes tailored to 50 and up. Their prices are very reasonable. Give them a try!

I called ahead and visited before my appointment to be told more about their 6 week challenge. They got to see me the second time. I am a in a wheelchair. I asked both times if this challenge was something I should sign up for and was told to go to the group meeting.At the group meeting the owner, Steve, looked me in the face twice and said “ this is not for you if you can not do leg day”This could have been said ahead of time since it does not tAke a doctor to know a one legged paraplegic can NOT do leg day.If they only want to show what they can do for able bodied people that is terrific but do not waste other people’s time nor cause them public embarrassment.This is not to publicly shame the gym but to perhaps save someone else with a mobility impairment from the embarrassment caused me. If you need adaptive fitness there are other more accommodating gyms in town.The prices are also pretty steep 45 I believe for a regular membership for what is in essence a basic gym. The prices then go on up to 159 a month if you want to do LIFT classes. These prices are higher than the premiere gyms in town with full amenities and classes. So shop around.

Fantastic place to transform your life. I have never been what one would consider a gym person but have dabbled with several other gyms in the area looking to find the kind of atmosphere and staff present at Lift Vero. Their focused and devoted staff is truly there to inspire and lift up all those who attend. I had a chance to partake in their 6-week challenge and can truly say that program there has been an amazing experience that I will carry forward for many years to come.

Anyone who knows me knows I don’t like change. It was a big deal to start something I knew nothing about . I can’t even begin to tell you what a great experience I have had with the Lift program. Steve and Bonnie and the coaches were always so welcoming and positive. The meal plan and all the information they provide you with makes it pretty impossible not to succeed. I find myself now 6 weeks in looking forward to seeing the coaches and all my fellow lifters that have become my friends and have motivated me each day. Every class is a challenge and different so it never gets old . I simply love it !!!!!

I love this place! It has become so much more than a gym to me. The 6 week challenge has completely turned me around. After steadily gaining weight for 2 years and failing to stick to any kind of positive changes I decided to go all in right here where I’ve been coming for about 10 years. While the meal plans and workouts are definitely worth raving about, the staff and consistent support is what made the biggest difference for me. Every time I walk in I am welcomed, the trainers know me by name and have made me feel so comfortable and motivated. I also love knowing that I can always reach out with any questions or help even when I’m not at the gym. I am so grateful for Lift for becoming such an amazing part of my life!

I love everything about Lift! The staff is amazing. The trainers are amazing. I’ve been out of shape and on a downward spiral for years. A good friend of mine kept telling me to join and come to classes and I kept saying I would and never did. Then I saw the Facebook post for the 6 week challenge and said what the heck. I’ve never been a gym goer. I didn’t know how to do certain exercises or use different equipment but that didn’t matter. The trainers help you, motivate you and push you to do the best YOU can. Lift is truly a family. I finished my 6 weeks and I’m hooked and going to continue my journey with lift.

Lift is an amazing gym (and Im not a gym person)! Bonnie, Steve and the rest of the Lift team are absolutely wonderful. All the trainers are knowledgeable and really push you to do your best. I have completed their 6 week weight loss challenge with success, but it wasnt without help from all the coaches, staff and the great people I got to workout next to over the last 6 weeks! I have learned so much about my nutrition and I am happy to say that I have lost over 12 lbs and 8.5% body fat in just a short 6 week period! Now that I have kick started my healthier lifestyle, I am continuing to workout at Lift and eat healthy. I love the variety of classes offered along with open gym as well. I have a daughter who now loves to come to the gym with me, as she really enjoys playing in the child care center! I just cant tell you how happy I am to have found such an amazing place to workout!

Great place to learn to live a healthy lifestyle. Classes to fit every age and fitness goal, trainers are highly qualified in fitness and nutrition, and the atmosphere is very friendly. Owners know their clients personally and foster a family type enviorment. If you are a body builder, TEAM MAX is a great group of men and women working hard to be healthy and fit. At nearly 80 I find this the perfect gym for my wife and me. Definitely worth coming to see for yourself.

Great classes, staff, trainers, and facility. I have been a member here (formerly Max Fitness) for years. I just completed a 6 week challenge in which I received personal diet, training, LIFT classes, and accountability. I lost 8.5% body fat in just 6 short weeks with the help of LIFT Fitness. I started my fitness journey with Lift Fitness about 6 months ago. I tiptoed in, scared and slightly intimidated. I met the owner, Steve, my first day - our conversation was brief, but I could tell from the start that he has a passion to help people and genuinely wants to help people reach their health and fitness goals. See, I have suffered for years with chronic neck pain and migraines - when I started at Lift, I couldn’t even take a brisk walk around the block without it triggering a migraine. As a result, I had become overweight and lost a ton of muscle tone. I was completely unrecognizable from the athlete I was in the younger years, inside and out. I had tried multiple other programs in town, but honestly, as a Nurse Practitioner, I have some knowledge about nutrition and how they body works, and I really needed someone who knew MORE than I did in order to properly train me and coach me through my orthopedic challenges. Steve absolutely fit the bill. Did I start out slow? Absolutely. But Steve has consistently known when and how to push me, and has gone above and beyond to check in on me to see how I’m feeling between workouts. I have recently gone through the 6-week challenge at Lift as well. Let me just tell you - this has been an incredible experience. Not only have I reached goals I never thought possible, but I can truly say I have gained friendships and a family at a gym which is unheard of. In and out of the gym, I have gained friendships and support that extend way beyond just my health and fitness goals. I did the 6 week Challenge and was very impressed with the professionalism, organization, and dedication of the entire staff at the gym from the front desk to the trainers to the Lift concierge who act as your personal cheerleaders to keep you accountable. They will message you if you miss a class. They remind you of classes and have a Facebook support group too. The accountability that they offer is key to the program. I highly recommend their program to get a jumpstart on healthier eating and exercise. You will not regret it! I and my husband did the 6 week challenge and were both very happy with the results ( I lost 15 pounds, he lost 25) and have both signed up as Lift members!

Awesome gym! Steve and Bonnie are extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of health and fitness. They have a heart for helping you reach your goals. It is a warm, welcoming environment where not only the the staff and coaches are friendly and encouraging, but the members too! There are all shapes, sizes, and ages that workout and all encourage and “lift” eachother up during the workouts. The coaches, Paula, Kam, Travis and Steve make working out fun, and that statement is coming from someone who thought she hates to workout! My 6 week challenge is over, but I signed up to stay for a year to reach my goal to lose 100 lbs! 💪🏻💪🏻

Disgusting, shallow owners totally lacking in tact and compassion. Dont use this gym if youre not perfectly able bodied and already fit. I can guarantee if they felt the need to publicly humiliate an amputee paraplegic they will certainly be talking poorly in private about members who are not pretty or fit enough.

Want to feel ENCOURAGED instead of JUDGED? Want to feel GREAT and HAPPY every morning instead of waking up with a FOOD HANGOVER (or worse) and hating how you feel and what you see in the mirror (if you can even stand to look)? Theres a reason sloth and gluttony are a couple of those 7 deadliest sins. I havent exercised or eaten properly in years and have been slowly killing myself, despite my very patient doctors repeated requests every 3 months (because thats how often Ive had to see him for blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, etc., for the past 3+ years). Even my lab results are now all normal!!!! This is a NO BRAINER - they even do your shopping list for you. They do it all. ALL you have to do is SHOW UP, which at first is the hardest part. But they even take care of that! YOU are reason enough to do this for your WHY!! Do it for you and those you love. Change your life. All by lacing up those sneakers and going to a place where there is GENUINE positivity and HEALTH. All. The. Time. Xoxoxo

This place is not for med.No one wipes off the equipment, guys always just standing around staring. Super uncomfortable. The lady owner is very fake and talks bad about members. The guy owner is very nice and helpful though. It is really cheap and I liked that. The classes were fun, but it is Kind of like a high school with drama. Going back to the Jungle Club.
