Worst tailor experience I’ve ever had. The store itself is pretty gross. When I picked up the suit it wasn’t pressed. They left a sewing needle in the seat of my pants with the thread still in it. It stabbed me the first time I wore it. The tailor/owner very rudely gave a refund after no apology. NEVER USE THIS TAILOR!

Needed Burgundy pants 4 a funeral, not easy 2 find they had one pair exact color eye needed, Unfortunately they were 2 big waist n length he Mo the owner points 2 a Actually sewing machine, he pins me around and has them altered perfectly the next day. Real craftsmanship in this store in the mall!Right0n Mo Thankyou.☮

My 89 year old father goes there multiple times a week to have clothes altered and the owner, Mo, treats him like gold. They are very friendly and incredibly patient with him. If you need alterations done 9n your clothes, I highly recommend them.

After Dillardss tells me at my scheduled fitting that they dont do sequins, a dress purchased online from them, Im reduced to tears. Two sales associates suggest Casablanca, seeing my tears. Mother of the groom and the wedding is in 4 weeks, scheduling this fitting on my lunch break. I arrive in literal tears, explain the situation and the gentleman (I can only assume Is the owner) listens to my story, gives me something to wipe my tears and then dances with me after I put the dress on, assuring me that all is not lost. Customer service at its best, and this Mother of the groom cant be happier!

Store doesnt do returns, they dont tell you that though when purchasing items. Bought a pair of shoes and the sole was off on the front of both shoes. Had receipt which stated nothing about no returns. Store didnt accept their shoes they had sold me with the flaw in them. Stated that he doesnt make the shoes. Its still your responsibility since you sell them.

This store really has a wide selection of styles, and even a larger selection of colors. Love the fact that they have boots and shoes and plenty of accessories. Everything from cocktail dresses to formalwear and things you can wear to church. The big bonus at this place is they have a masterTaylor that can make you look good in anything. Therefore, you can buy something on sale two sizes too big, and he can fit it to you perfectly.Moe is funny and a complete gentleman. I highly recommend.

Love this place. They can mend or fix anything. They are very accommodating. It is definitely still open!
