Worst towing service ever. Extremely rude. They wont help with anything. High fees and very rude staff.

Always! Towed my car damaged it refuses to fix or even acknowledge mistake. Several code violations

Drivers are nice but the manager is the most obnoxious, unprofessional, and unethical person you will ever deal with. Absolutely avoid this place if you can. If your vehicle is towed there without your direction after an accident get it out of there as soon as possible or they will take advantage of you in the worst way.

If I can 0 stars I would. Prejudice and rude.. obnoxious is the word! Stay away.

This place is awful. The woman on the phone is completely rude and a smart-ass. Dont use this towing company if you want to get your stuff out of your car or you want to even get your car back. Its ridiculous.

Nastiest most hateful jerks you could imagine. My daughter was in a horrible accident, not her fault. To deal with these creeps was like putting salt in a wound. Literally!

Very rude and nasty lady operating the phones. Claims she is the vice President, not helpful at all. The Florida highway patrol should not use them. So disgusting
