Have been getting my cars repaired by Rick Bragg at Charlies service for many years. Great mechanics.. They always do their best and are most importantly straightforward and honest about the work that they do. 5 stars all the way.Disregard unfair negative review above about the added cost of doing business with a credit card. They could just take cards and add to everybodys costs, but are able to keep costs lower for many of us by charging the convenience fee.Keep up the good work Rick.

Always great service and honest

Our family has used Charles Service for several years and until this time I was very satisfied. When my wife went in to have her starter replaced on her 2012 Sonata they quoted a price that was more than other vendors average price (like Firestone) charged but we stayed with that price so we wouldnt lose the diagnostic fee. Then when she went to pay the bill the owner told her that she would have to add an extra 3% because she is paying with a credit card, which is illegal in Florida with the exception of tax collectors and utilities. Then when she asked him about the charge he became short with her and said she didnt have a choice unless she paid cash. No one in my family will ever use Charles Service again.

I am very pleased with Charlie’s automotive!! These guys are the best in town! And I have dealt with some SHADY mechanic shops in this town! When I thought hope was lost, I was recommended to these guys. They did a great job figuring out the problems with my F-150 (can’t stand Fords anymore!!!) they charged me less than they estimated and did a great job! A week later my truck had a wobbling problem and took it to them since they did a good job last time. They discovered the problem was a bad tire, which they referred me to a tire shop to have replaced. I asked how much for the service, they said no charge! Very much appreciated and these guys are highly recommended!!

We have been using this mechanic for the past year or so. He has gave us estimates and they are either spot on or cheaper. He could have easily made unnecessary replacements and we would have never known. Rare to find an honest and reliable mechanic these days.
