Contacted Jon at Protex to come check my new property out for mice as I had come across droppings. Jon was very responsive, made the appt, arrived on time did a thorough inspection and came up with a pest plan. He didnt seem to think I had an infestation maybe just a few field mice. I will update once I begin service.Update: Since this service I have not seen any more mice or evidence of mice. Would definitely recommend this company.2nd Update: I called Protex again to help me with a house I was selling. There were signs of previous termite damage and the buyers wanted reassurance. Jon went over checked out the issue and did a spot treatment on the old damage as a precaution at a very reasonable price. He then wrote up a very detailed report making sure the buyers were aware that he did not detect any recent termite activity. He also hand delivered the report to me later in the day to my home. I highly recommend using Protex. Jon is extremely reliable, honest and gets the job done at an affordable cost. You wont go wrong using this company!

We had a wonderful experience with Protex! Jon responded quickly to our call and patiently answered all of my questions. After discovering we mice in our house I was ready to move out! Jon assured me there was no need to move and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue. No poisons were used which I thought was great as we have pets and a lot of wildlife in our area! We found his services to be affordable and extremely effective! After he found and fixed the mice entry points and removed a few mice from the inside he assured us we wouldn’t have any more mice. I’m very happy to report it’s been months and we haven’t seen or heard any mice since! I would highly recommend this company!

Excellent service by Jon the owner of the company. I live in a woodsy area and I get a variety of pests every year including ants, mice and carpenter bees. I’ve had several experiences with various pest control companies throughout the years. I hired Protex this year after a few recommendations from friends that have used them and had great things to say. The quality of service provided by Jon was on a completely different level than any other company I’ve used in the past. He was extremely thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. He even showed me where the mice were coming and showed me how it can be fixed for just a few dollars. It’s fixed and I haven’t seen another mouse since. Another company told me I needed a full house exclusion for $800. I’m on a quarterly maintenance plan and I haven’t seen any bugs or rodents since. Highly recommend!
