Eco choice was great to work with. We discovered termites during an inspection to sell our house and again with the house we purchased. Everyone weve had contact with has been friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are affordable and stand behind their work. I ran over a wasp nest while mowing my lawn. Luckily two employees were across the street at my neighbors. They overheard me swearing my head off and running away from the wasps who managed to sting me a few times.They offered to spray the best and saved me so much hastle and pain.I asked for their business card and will be making a future appointment for a mouse problem Im facing.Despite the pain from the stings it was a hilarious endeavor and had a nice time chatting with the employees.

Oh my goodness. Where to begin. The owner, Lisa, rang our doorbell, went to the basement as if on a mission from God, and proceeded to do battle with a giant spider up in the rafters in order to uncover an area that appeared to have some mouse activity. Im talking Hazmat quality inspection and removal to get to the root of the problem.. Upon which she then went outside and used steel mesh to seal a potential point of entry. Every bait trap was ultimately inspected on the inside, all outside and garage poison traps were restocked, and the perimeter was sprayed for ants. No expense was spared and a considerable amount of time was spent at our home to make sure the job was done properly and completely. The energy level, quality of work, care for client, and sense of humor while engaging the enemy (the spider fight was one for the ages) reminded me that I made the right decision partnering with Eco-Choice. My thanks to the Polce Family and all of the techs whove worked on our two homes for pest control over the years, as well as the support staff who schedule our visits. We truly appreciate all that you have done for us.

My one criticism is that I would have liked him to show me exactly where the snap traps were located. And, I would have appreciated him letting me know he finished and left my house, so I could reopen windows are close access doors.

He didn r have to do to much this time. He said most of the bate boxes had enough bate left. He set a couple of new traps. He checked the inside of the house and storage area. Great experience! You have to be so careful these days about reviews and the authenticity of the information presented. As a realtor, I know there are a lot of companies out there that try to deceive...but, yesterday I met with Steve from Ecochoice to determine if I had termites in my house. I was adamant that I had them and he could have just agreed, but instead he did a thorough walk through and assured me there were none. It didnt cost me a dime. Steve was a very pleasant, experienced and professional man, who gave me advice on how to keep my house free of bugs in the future. I will only use this company from now on, its a keeper.

The tech did not enter my basement as requested, therefore the traps in my basement and the bait boxes in my attached garage were not inspected/replaced. The opener is left in the shed, so if the opener was not used, Im wondering if the bait box in the shed was inspected. I called to express my concern but didnt think it warranted a return visit. I typically provide access to my basement, as I work full time and prefer not to have to take time off from work for these inspections. Leaving access to my garage and basement has been a successful and workable solution for many years, so while I understand reluctance to enter a house without the owners presence, if Im comfortable with it, the tech should be. I am able to prevent entrance to the rest of my house yet allow entrance to the basement. I hope this is not an issue for subsequent inspections. I have always found EcoChoice to be very responsive and a great company with which to do business.Update 10/10: Tyler arrived about 2 minutes after I came home for lunch so that was lucky. He rebated several traps on the floor of the basement and checked the bait box in the shed - essentially completing the tasks from the previous visit, which was very much appreciated. Thank you!

We had seen evidence of mice, carpenter ants and termites at our mothers house. We had planned to get a few estimates, but after meeting with Steve as our first estimate, his knowledge and attitude had us decide to not meet with our companies. Great company and service. Ecochoice is treating our mice problem that was not treated from previous owners, nor picked up in the home inspection. Adam was very nice and super knowledgeable and answered all my questions with no hesitation. So far Im happy with our choice of pest control and its safe for children and pets which is extremely important to our family/home.

We have been with Eco Choice for a few years now and Katie is our favorite tech. Our rescue dog has some issues with men so when Katie took over Logan was much more at ease when we had our service done. Katie is always friendly and polite. She always inquires how the services are working and checks in to see if the ticks and misquotes were at bay enough to enjoy the yard.

25 years ago when we bought our new home T......x had been the Company hired by the previous owners for termite and black ant problems. Even though when renovating we discovered more black ants we continued with that company…UNTIL…when dusting the living room, my granddaughter let out a scream that would have sent banshees running! Black ants had invaded and their larvae was wriggling to keep warm under a pile of books that had been placed on the window seat…..That’s when I called Emilio! He came immediately! If you have a problem with mice ~ this is the company to call! The initial visit with Steve set the tone ~ all questions were answered, all concerns were addressed. I wasnt pressured to sign the contract but once reading it and seeing the price, signed on. My confidence in my decision to do so has only increased since the process started. When Lucas made his initial visit (and subsequent ones) to fill the openings in stone foundation and to set bait (inside and out) he was polite, courteous, kind, and again thorough. My questions and concerns were respectfully listened to and addressed. Best of all ~ the critters are gone and all signs indicate that they are OUT!
