Who likes to go and see the dentist? After becoming a patient of Dr. Julie and her staff I can say I do. I feel that I have the healthiest mouth of my life. They give sound advice and don’t pressure you to do anything you’re uncomfortable with. My hygienist is the best! I recommend people to Harmony all the time.

Ive been to many dentists because I move a lot, and this is the best one Ive been to. Friendly staff, nice music, and very gentle dental work. Didnt feel even one bit of pain during a deep cleaning. Ive never said this about a dentist, but Im looking forward to my next visit.

I took both my kids in for cleanings with Heather Chriss it was my Daughters (3 years old) second cleaning ever and my sons (2 years old) first cleaning. Heather was extremely patient with them making the over all experience very enjoyable for the kids. 10/10 would recommend Harmony dentistry all the staff was very kind and inviting as soon as you walk through the door. Overall best experience you could ask for taking two toddlers to the dentist.

When I had a crown done last year, Dr. Julie took steps to make sure everything was just right and the price was reasonable as well. The staff at Harmony Family Dentistry are absolutely wonderful. I moved to the Oregon/Washington area about six years ago. If I’m being honest, up until this point I hadn’t seen a dentist in roughly 9 years. Life’s been busy and dental care was put on the back burner. I came in with some throbbing pain I couldn’t ignore anymore. They asked a lot of questions, and put me in for a week later on a couple cavities and took home some stuff to help with sensitive teeth. Fast forward a week and the appointment went well. Roughly 40mins altogether from the moment I walked through the door, to the moment I sat down in the car. Anesthetic doesn’t last too long for me, so I asked for more than normal and that wasn’t an issue. They regularly asked if I was okay and adjusted as needed. The appointment was quick, painless, and informative. They matched the color perfectly and you can’t tell I had a cavity at all. I highly recommend 10/10.

Staff is very helpful but it shows that they really do care about you. i had to cancel an appointment because I was sick and they called just to see how i was feeling. Its never fun to have to get deep cleanings but Tanya, the hygienist made me feel as comfortable as possible and always checked throughout the process if i needed more anasthesia or needed a short break. I feel very well taken care of here and would recommend everyone to come here.

I had my teeth cleaned by Heather Chriss and it was the best cleaning experience. Heather is so dedicated to detail and extremely meticulous. She is very attentive to any slight sign of discomfort and stops to make sure you are ok and comfortable before continuing. The staff here is so sweet. You cant really see them under all the PPE but they have a slideshow of photos in front of your chair so you still get to see how friendly and sweet they look. I have terrible dentist anxiety due to a negative experience and they do such an amazing job making me feel comfortable. They explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions. Theyre so attentive and caring, Dr. Julie even put vaseline around my mouth so my skin wouldnt crack. They also have an amazing system for keeping everybody safe and separated during the pandemic. I am so thankful I found this place and will recommend it to everyone I know.

I have been going to the same dentist for over 14 years. So trying to find someone with the same quality I felt was going to be challenging. Luckily before my dentist retired he gave me a name of a dentist that works on his teeth. Well I was pleasantly surprised with her personality, the attention she gave after viewing my X-rays and the kindness and caring for ones oral health. And she doesn’t push you to do unnecessary treatments unless it needs to be done. done. If there is a particular area she is concerned about, she says “we will keep an eye on it”. Also her staff is friendly and great to work with. Due to COVID, she has changed things in her office that comply to the states regulations giving us the safest care for their team as well as clients. I highly recommend Harmony Family Dentistry.

My last operation here was a filling for a small cavity. I was in the chair maybe 10 minutes from start to finish. They made sure i was completely numb before beginning and everything went perfect. I’ve never had a bad experience at Harmony and everyone that works there is so nice. You can tell that they all care about their jobs and enjoy it. Every time I go in for cleanings they give me lots of very helpful tips on things I should be doing differently to improve my oral health and then advice they’re giving me has helped a lot. It’s nice to see people treat you for something then go above and beyond and give you advice to help in the future. Dr. Julie even goes out of her way to call you after procedures like cavities to see how your doing and if you have any questions or concerns. That’s top notch customer service I didn’t expect from a dentist.

I have never recommended a dentist before, but this place is exceptional. The staff is friendly and they do whatever they can to make you comfortable. Cindy is the best and takes her time cleaning your teeth and consulting with you. She is gentle, thorough, and incorporates little things to make you more comfortable (jaw massages, putting lip balm on you so your lips dont crack, etc). She is very dedicated to her job and is outspoken on her philosophy of providing excellent patient care. Dr. Julie was warm and welcoming as well and provided great followup information on what needs to be done. Again, very thorough. It did not seem like they take in a lot of patients each day, probably to be able to spend more time with those that are scheduled in and provide quality work. I feel fortunate to have been referred to this office and highly recommend this place to others.

The name Harmony Family Dentistry says it all. I was referred by my husband since he had an overall great experience himself. We moved recently to the Vancouver area so I just had my first visit here and actually left with a big smile. Everyone, from the front desk to the assistant and doctor were so nice and welcoming. Although Im not afraid of dentist appointments, its not my favorite thing either. But Terry and Dr. Jang were very sweet and made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything, anwered all my questions and truly cared. Me and my husband are thrilled that we found such an excellent place.

I just had my first experience with Dr. Julie and the rest of the Harmony Family Dentistry team and I could not possibly be more happy that I did! Everyone was so friendly. There was a positive atmosphere in the small, cozy dentistry. The wait room contained magazines, books for little kids, and chargers.

I went to thank Dr Jang and her team from the bottom of my heart. I had a couple of broken teeth and a crown missing. My last crown was painful, took a very long time, didnt fit well, had to be glued back in a couple of times before I just gave up. I hadnt been back to the dentist in years. I cant believe they did the crown as quickly as they did. Dr.Jang and her team were so considerate of my needs, were very reassuring, were concerned that I was comfortable during the process. They explained everything they were going to do, and they were quick. My crowns fit so well I can hardly believe I have them. I will recommend them to anyone who wants quality service and a great team working for their dental health.

Ive been to dentist from Arizona to Alaska. Harmony is by far the warmest caring place Ive been to. The all white cabinets and white chairs give you feeling of being extremely clean. The very modern styling tho makes it feel warm and not like your at the dentist. The open tall ceilings dont make you feel closed in, it kinda give you a sense you freedom and being able to relax. Speaking of relax the chairs are the most comfortable every. They dont feel all vinyl and sterile. They feel more like a lazy boy. Dr. Chau is absolutely amazing very informative which is what Ive found lacking at other offices. I drove 1hr each way to check them out. I will definitely continue to go there for all my future dental needs.

They are all so nice here and everyone made sure that you felt comfortable and welcomed. No body rushed, they all took their time to explain to you what they were doing and then afterwards they all took time to go into further details and answer any questions that you might have. Everyone was very helpful, I wish that I had found them years ago!

I had my teeth cleaned recently by Lyuda last week. Amazing experience! Im the type of person that has a phobia getting my teeth cleaned and I can say there was no sensitivity when my teeth was cleaned. As a daily flosser, I can tell my teeth are definitely clean too.

I think it is the best profesional AND friendly service I ever experienced in a dentist office. Really clear quotes (Which is not that easy to get) to work on your budget and be ready to schedule your work to your own convenience.

I appreciate that she doesnt splatter toothpaste stuff all over my face, makes sure my sensitive spots on my teeth are numbed before touching them, gives me plenty of rests so my jaw isnt sore, and puts stuff on my lips so they dont crack.I like everyone that works in the office and theres not an undercurrent of tension or drama you sometimes feel when you encounter an all female staff. The hours are somewhat limited and Ive got the impression they take fewer patients than other dentists Ive been to before, but in this case it seems to allow for better and more relaxed care for me, and I havent had problems getting in when I need to be seen. Ive had no issues with billing-they seem to be on top of it and keep up with your account with good clear communication. Its not the most cutting edge technology Ive seen at dentists, but its reasonably updated and everything is well maintained and in good condition, especially considering how small the office is. Its not a kids dentist per se, but I take my 6 and 15 year old kids there with no issues. Theres a backup dentist and I like her as well, though theyre awesome at making sure theyre not switching you from person to person in the middle of a treatment or making you explain whats going on multiple times. The office is spotless and tidy, has waters and hot drinks available, and theres plenty of parking in the lot. I find it very handy to be right next door to the walgreens for the rare times Ive needed prescriptions filled.Ive always had personal follow up calls from Dr. Julie if shes concerned about how Ill feel post-treatment, and theyre much appreciated.
