Dr. Collins and all of his staff are amazing! Very thorough and did a great job explaining everything so I understand. They made me feel very comfortable. I am excited to continue my dental journey with them!

Excellent dental care. Dr. Collins does a fantastic job explaining procedures and answering my questions. Im very happy with the work hes done.My teeth stay looking good for a long time after my cleanings. The office does a solid job explaining my dental coverage and theyre always willing to call my insurance and ask questions on my behalf. Im happy I found a dental office that takes care of the things that are important to me.

I have only heard bad things about this facility and the staff. They gossip about their patients in the hallway with other staff. Tell the patient they are working with how they act emotionally and talk about things to the patient that have nothing to do with their dental care. The staff is rude and does not do a thorough job of examining the teeth and has missed things that the patient complained about until the problem was so bad that extreme actions had to be taken to “fix” the problem. They waste your time. When a cleaning should be around 20 min they can make you wait around a hour because of the excessive talking and gossiping with other staff in the hall. I would not go to this facility nor do I recommend it.

The staff and doctor are top notch professionals here. Always courteous and extremely helpful to anyones needs. The quality of care and expertise is job one. The appointments are always on time and the options for needed care are explained in great detail. No question ever goes unanswered. Over a period of 18 months I underwent major dental implant work with Doctor Keith Collins and his wonderfully attentive and friendly staff. Doctor Collins work is to the highest standard possible, a more dedicated, committed and knowledgeable Dentist I believe would be hard to find anywhere. The completed work to my teeth is perfect (which is what he aspires to) and to be honest it was a pleasure to attend his clinic and be so welcomed. Collins Family and Implant Dentistry has been proving great quality service to our family for over 35 years, and now our adult children and their children go there - what better recommendation is there? All of the staff are great, especially Teresa our hygienist. Dr. Keith Collins takes all the time needed to discuss what needs to be done, explain the procedures and the options. He is also very involved in the local community as a musician and in his work in the political arena.

My old dentist in Forest Grove recommended me to Dr Collins. They were friends from college. I like the staff and Dr Collins in general. I feel they are very friendly and helpful. I feel relaxed when I have my appointments and they give me the knowledge to learn more about taking care of my teeth.

I first went to Dr. Collins office shortly after I moved to this state. I had a problem with an implant that was done in my home state. His office got me in write away and took great care of me. I have been going back ever since for all my dental care and have been very satisfied. Great dentist, great staff and a comfortable office.

Dr. Collins has taken care of my teeth since I was a couple years old. And Teresa has been my hygienist for almost as long. Not only does Dr. Collins and Teresa take care of me, they also take care of my parents, my sisters family, and my wife.When I have the unfortunate cavity, Dr. Collins explains the different options for restorations so that I know the pros and cons of each in lay person terms. Thankfully Dr. Collins also lets me know what he would do for his teeth in the same situation. It probably goes without saying that after 30 years, I go with his recommendation.Great dentist and team.

So normally I do not write reviews but I am on this dentist and his staff. Just moving to this area a little over a year ago, I wasnt sure I would find a dentist that I would like and feel comfortable with. I have always been afraid of dentist and dental work, even with my last dentist that I had for 13 years, but not with Dr Collins. Dr Collins is very professional, informative and gental and he truly cares about his patients (he even let me use his own personal blanket out of HIS office..just so I would feel comfortable). I have had 4 appointments now over the past couple of months and after the first visit, I wasnt scared anymore because not only is he AMAZING at what he does but his staff is too. I could be having a rough day and need someone to talk to and his staff listens and truly cares about me. Kelly up at the front desk has the biggest heart in the world and the dental assistants really are there to make you feel comfortable and at home. All I can say is 5 stars isnt enough, out of 5 stars I give them 10 at a minimum. If you are looking for a new dentist who really truly cares about YOU, then hands down this is the place to go. And... just a side note..Dr Collins even takes selfies with you! Haha!
