You have to be affiliated with the Catholic Church, or at least try to be affiliated. This was what they told me.

I have been a client of this agency for a number of years. They have been helpful by supporting me in stressful situations (When my rent nearly tripled, when my cat passed away, when my family moved out of the area so I cant visit with them any more). I needed someone to talk with and the agency provided me with an advocate who not only listened to my problems but suggested ways of dealing with them. I never give anyone a perfect score because, like any government agency, nothing is perfect. But Im sure glad this agency is available for me.
