I live literally live just down the street from this place. They constantly fail to deliver my packages saying location unknown. I have been there 4 times to clarify this and show them they are just down the street from me. Also once they were supposed to pick up a package I left outside for them, and they placed a sorry missed you sticker on the package they were supposed to pickup. I called 3 more times and they never came to pick it up.This place offers horrible and lazy service.Update to the response below:- No I will not contact you via social media or any other means anymore, as you have seen from my post above, I have already contacted you multiple times. Im done.

Had an oversized package get refused at my mailbox facility—these folks tracked down where it had been routed after that & held it for pick-up. The man who assisted us at the centre also helped load it into our car. My day went from stressed to happy, thanks to them.

Rita is a star. I reached out after a missed delivery in the hopes of picking up a package before the July 4th holiday, and Rita was able to coordinate with the driver to arrange a drop-off and in-person pickup right before closing for the weekend. This made a huge difference, thank you very much!!

The service in the Vancouver, WA area is getting worse. I was to get a pkg yesterday but was told the address was wrong. No it wasn’t. We get packages via UPS all the time at this address. Lazy? Incompetent? Today I was to get the pkg but was given the same excuse. If you can’t get good drivers, perhaps your management staff should start delivering the packages. Then they would understand the problems out here.

Vancouver, Washington--They delivered over 1,000rnds of live firearm ammunition to the wrong address. Not even close to my house. Luckily the person was nice enough to drop it off to me. It could have end very badly down the road. My trust is fading fast because this isnt even the 1st or 2nd time its happened. You cant miss the giant numbers on my house and I have multiple cameras I use to prove when they dont show up fortunately.

Not this location, but UPS the company is a joke. Everytime there is a problem they say oh there was a glitch in the program. Paid for overnight shipping, recieved it 3dsys later. There tracking system said will be delivered by 9 pm Saturday night, finally got to talk to a human after 30 minutes on hold, and guess what, there is a glitch in the program, you will get your package on Monday, I doubt it. If this is the best you can do, find another job.

The guy running the office today was awesome!!! He took the time to find out what truck my parish able package was found on... tracked him back to the Center and brought my package out to the car!!! totally made up for the lost package, un informed privately owned Pack and Post, dismissive call center person and convoluted website and phone system....

Youll get tracking that your package is on a truck, but every day it ends up back here. Not until you call UPS HQ to complain and get hold of the shift supervisor will they actually bother to deliver it - in a personal car at 5pm! Dont expect the usual UPS service from this bunch of jokers.

I use UPS frequently but just experienced bad service causing me to question my choice of carrier for my personal and business needs. UPS misrouted my package resulting in a several day delay and when I requested to be upgraded to UPS ground to expedite shipping by one day from the new delivery date, they refused. I was offered on the app to upgrade to ground for $3.50 so pretty horrible service. Ill be requesting Fed Ex in the future and using Fed Ex for my business needs... all because UPS felt the need to shaft me on the service for $3.50 for THEIR mistake... fail!

I was looking for a package that I had received conflicting messages. The clerk that helped me took the time to locate the package, it was still there. She then helped me forward it on. I really appreciate her and she was do very pleasant.It was about 3:00 or 3:30 on Jan. 3.

I dont know who I need to contact but your drivers need to pay more attention. I live in a condominium complex where our unit numbers are on our garages. Today around 9am a driver dropped a package at my door meant for a neighbor a few doors down making it so I had to drop it to the guys door myself. Wonder if the dude just thought oh close enough. Lucky I was nice enough to do that. Also been noticing a lot of drivers driving down the street we live on (a busy street might I add) texting away on their cell phones, some even blowing through a red light... Just saying, drivers need to pay more attention

This place consistently loses my packages, and I have packages sit there for two to three days, before someone gets off their butt to deliver it. Really disappointed in the lack of quality service, thats being put out by this specific UPS location. Seems like there might be bad communication, or something, between the employees. I currently have an item that has been here since Wednesday, and STILL isnt out for delivery. We never have this issue with the post office.

My chair was delivered one day early-to the WRONG STREET!!!! Do you people not know that Vancouver has this silly way of putting same named streets next to each other with the only difference being the end says WAY, ST, DR., AVE etc.?? My neighbor on the next street over had to lug this big chair over here and do your job for you. Read the label!! And the street sign!!! And another thing--every time you deliver something you dont ring the doorbell. Several times I was sitting right here and had no idea you put a box on my front step for all the thieves to see! I had to give you one star or it wouldnt let me post. I didnt mean it.(the star)

Great service. Very nice people. Just make sure you call ahead so they can have your package pulled aside for you. If you dont you may not be able to get it till the next day. So asoon as you get your slip call them. Pick up time is between 630 pm and 7.00 pm

One of your drivers just left DEEP tire ruts in our property at 3:07 p.m. on 11/21/17. I watched him back off the narrow private road, drive over our culvert, and leave his devastation for us to deal with AGAIN. A second UPS truck (possibly the same one) backed down the same private road in front of our house at 3:37 p.m. When my husband confronted him, he said he didnt do it. So do you have two delivery trucks delivering in the same location within half an hours time? If so, thats not very economical!

We paid $104. 06 to have a package delivered one day to Moscow, Id.to a specific address.We used the tracking number to find out it was NOT delivered to the designated address but left and accepted at an business office. Then we had to make several calls to find out where that was.This is not acceptable. We relied on getting the package to the specific address on or before Saturday afternoon. If we hadnt spent a lot of time on the phone, we would have never known where the package ended up.

I paid $29.99 for a package to be delivered 2ND DAY AIR from Anaheim, CA to Vancouver, WA. The package was only worth $25, but I needed it really fast. I placed my order on a Wednesday and got a notice that my package would arrive at 2 p.m. on Monday. Then I got a notification that it would be delayed because of severe weather. So I called to find out what the severe weather was. I talked to a representative and then to a supervisor and was told by both that my delivery was in the Portland OR facility. So I asked what the severe weather was, because its sunny and 51 degrees here, I live across the river from Portland I can see PDX airport from my house. No severe weather there either. They told me they didnt know and they wouldnt give me a refund on the 2ND DAY AIR. I could have paid regular shipping and probably got it at the same time. I could have had it sent it through regular mail (USPS) and got it sooner!

We had several packages that had been delayed due to heavy snow and ice conditions here in Camas, WA in the foothills of the Cascades. Today, the main roads finally became passable except for our area where long and steep snow covered driveways made truck access impossible. I expected to hear that weather would further delay delivery, thru no fault of UPS. I could not believe my eyes when two UPS delivery folks came up our snow covered driveway carrying our packages, delivered as scheduled. This was way beyond the call of duty in my view and very much appreciated. I hope someone in management at UPS reads this, conveys our thanks, and commends them for their Christmas Spirit and a job well done. Our thanks to Santas Helpers at UPS.

Paid for next day air, get a notice on my door that it will be available the following day at a pickup center because they missed me when I specifically requested UPS to leave the package at the door. I always do that after the fiasco from when I ordered my TV and ups were the delivery carriers. Took 2 days to track the TV down when they, again, did not leave it at the door. This time it was a very very critical item, a nail gun for siding. We are sitting in our thumbs here waiting for this package that should have been delivered today and now I find out that I have to go play hunt down the package which ends with me sitting here at the UPS main hubs parking lot waiting for the driver to get back with my package ... This is exactly how I wanted to spend my evening, thanks guys.

Seems to be a problem with UPS that every time they dont want to deliver something they claim bad weather or other emergency. Fedex and other delivery people have no problem but they do. 4-28-2017 has great weather and there are no emergencies on 119th St.

Worst customer service I have ever felt with. Ups never takes responsibility for anything they have done. Its always someone elses fault. Might as well drive my own packages to deliver them from now on. They can never get a package to where it belongs on the date that they say it will be there. With fedex i was able to pick my package from a fedex office when fedex shipped my package. i also got a text message and a phone call letting me know my package was there and ready to be picked up. with ups i had to go to a service center to pick up my package. picking up my package at a ups store (which i live closer to) was not an option. i also did not receive a phone call or text message letting me know that my package had arrived. its the little things like this that make customer service good or not that great.

They still had a package that they told me over the phone had been returned to sender. We have trouble with the driver making out the missed delivery slip before he arrives and just leaves it on our locked gate, we dont even have time to get to the gate and open it before hes driving down the road.

Not happy with your drivers using my driveway to turn around, running over stuff on my property. I live on a private road (that large vehicles arent allowed on) so this shouldnt be an issue. No options to speak to anyone about the matter on your computer aided phone line either. Will change review when issue is resolved.
