Ill never ship my Christmas packages at the post office again. On a whim I thought Id try shipping here instead of enduring the long lines at the post office this year, and I was amazed how fast it was - even though there were a few people in line when I walked in and just one person working. She even packed the box and filled out the customs paperwork (since the box was going overseas)...and it was about the same price as shipping at the post office. Amazing service!

I have used this shipping center faithfully rather than the post office. Never has anything been damaged, and always delivered as promised. It may cost a tad more but saving me a headache is worth so much more. The staff is friendly and are always helpful without fail. Shannon is wonderful! Thank you all for all that you do.

Had to have a document notarized on a Saturday afternoon, and found this was one of the few notaries open, even though she was closing in less than one hour. When I arrived, I was told I arrived quickly, and she was planning to keep the door open in case I was unable to make it there before normal closing time. This is going beyond the call of duty and this place has earned my future business.

I come here often for work so when an opportunity came to send a very fragile yet large memorable item i had no hesitation to come back. Leslie went above and beyond to comminicate and assists us in packing and shipping this item.

I went to mail my dads birthday card last week.. When I was there, the lady working told me that it was going to be 2 stamps... I was really upset about this. It was just a birthday card. Never in my life have I had to pay double for a birthday card. It was a standard birthday card. I went to my car to get more money since it was my dads birthday... I needed the card to go out. I asked her again why and she said she weighed it.. She asked if I wanted to see the scale and I said no. She said well you seem to not be convinced, I said I was not and that it was crazy but I needed to send it so I paid her the money and in the back of my mind, due to me being so upset, I knew it would not get to my dad. Well it never did.. I am pretty sure she didnt send it off. I always try to support small businesses.. NEVER AGAIN will I go there to mail ANYTHING..

I originally loved this place as a great, local alternative to the notoriously long post office lines. However, after being sticker-shocked on many different occasions, I have done some cost comparisons. I have learned this place does NOT offer you the lowest possible way to ship as Ive compared similar packaging with same ship-to addresses and have commonly come up at least $2.00 or more less. When you are shipping as a business (like I am) that can make a big difference. I wish I would have learned my lesson earlier but Im glad I know now. They have lost my business. To be fair, the people have always been super friendly. I should also note that they are not always open during their regular business hours; I have arrived 15 minutes after their posted open hours and the gate was locked, no lights on, door closed. I will ship-from-home from now on.

I have had a post office box here for close to 10 years and ALWAYS found the staff helpful, polite and on the ball.

I have been a loyal customer here for years using them to ship packages for my business. Their pricing and service are both good.

I shipped an item with Mill Plain Shipping, paid for them to package it, and it was damaged during shipping. I filed a claim with FedEx, but it was denied because I was not the shipper. Mill Plain Shipping was the shipper so they had to file the claim. FedEx picked up the damaged item to inspect it, and while doing so did more damage for it. After 2 and a half months I finally was forced to file a small claims suite because Mill Plain Shipping wasnt handling it, and wasnt communicating with me. As soon as I had them served I received a letter in the mail with a check for part of the damage, but not all of it. The letter included a threat to counter sue me if I did not drop the suite. Needless to say I am not dropping the suite.

Horrible experience. I got charged $2 for them to print out a label on top of an extra dollar for every package even though they had prepaid shipping labels. Lady appeared tired and not wanting to be at work....
