Big thank you to Ted-Dee Bear Septic! I had an issue with my toilet not flushing properly and bathtub not draining fast with both backing up. After trying everything, from climbing the roof, to snaking every pipe in the house. I thought about calling one of those rooters I’ve seen on tv. You know... with cameras and all their inspecting. Then I came across Ted-Dee Bears website. (Great info on that site about care of the septic tank. For free!!!!) I called and he was out within the hour!! He showed me where and how to dig down to the septic lid and unclog the blanch. He most likely save me hundreds of dollars! But most importantly, I LEARNED the knowledge in how to fix this problem for in the future. Such a great man and company! That’s real customer service and needless to say Ted-Dee Bear Septic will have all my future business. Thank you for being such a great local company and serving your neighbors with care.
