Dwayne was very friendly and professional! He checked the garbage disposal thoroughly to make sure it couldn’t be repaired and then replaced it when it couldn’t be. He was also very nice to my kids who wanted to see what he was doing, he explained what he was doing while he worked. These guys are literally my hero’s! They made time to come out same day after my toilets backed up and dirty water started leaking and backing up everywhere! I am a single mother of 4 kids who is unemployed in the middle of a pandemic who is already stretched too thin! When I called in a panic the woman on the phone was kind and understanding and found someone to come out! The gentleman was again kind and completely amazing and got everything unclogged and fixed so quickly! When everything was done there was no charge, I was only asked to pay it forward! After days of warning, that my sewer lines were having issues, today was the day it decided to totally back up.It was about 3pm, when I heard a gurgle, and a gulp. And after checking, I realized the toilet bowl was empty. Five stars!! Out of 13 calls to different plumbers, they were the only ones that answered the phone with a professional live person. I needed a facet replaced.They provided the cost up front and I scheduled something the next day. After I scheduled, I received a text message confirming the day and time of the appointment. About 30 minutes before the arrival time I received a phone call and another text message with the name and tracking of the ETA of my technician. Patrick was assigned to the project and was on time. He was professional, friendly and efficient. It was done fast and with care. He provided me information on what to look for and what was replaced. I received another text message thanking me for using their services and asked I rate the service. I would recommend this company to anyone and use them again for future projects!

A little spendy but thorough

I am the facility manager at Seton Catholic HS in Vancouver and over the past year we have needed Pacific Plumbing on quite a few occasions. We love these guys. They are always friendly, good listeners, and very professional. We absolutely trust them to take care of any plumbing/drainage issues. Our school never missed a beat with their help. We have a wonderful partnership with Pacific, focused on providing the best learning environment we can for our students.

We had a drain leak on a weekend. They were the only ones I could find that had weekend service. Lucky for us! They were prompt, discovered problem right away and fixed it. David was great! So knowledgeable, helpful, and cleaned every thing up when he was done. We have found a company we will rely on from now on! Highly recommend!

We had a tub, surround and vanity installed. The job was supposed to take 1.5 days. It took two weeks because of schedule miscommunication and damaged tub from referred supplier. A mess of silicone was left everywhere and the job is very sloppy. We also paid more than estimate. I would not recommend this company. I would have rated it zero but the two guys doing the work were very nice. Customer Service at the company was very rude.

I had Patrick over to my house to address a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced in my very old PDX home. Of course there were hiccups and issues along the way, but Patrick was helpful, informative, and professional. Keeping your self storage business from flooding into its customers units is a pretty important thing to do.....so when we had rising water on our property because of a clogged drain pipe and overgrown drain field, we needed URGENT help! I called a couple plumbers in area but Pacific Plumbing and Drain Service was quick to answer their phone and quickly put a plan together to help me immediately. Billy and Jon showed up on site within an hour to assess my problem and offer some immediate relief to keep the water from getting into our storage units. From there, they presented me several options to address the root of the problem (Tree roots had grown through our main drain pipe leading to our retention area. :) ) Our problems and challenges were significant but Billy and Jon, walked me through short and long term solutions that were affordable and effective. In the end we solved the problem for the long term and their work to clear the blockage, replace the drain pipe and redesign our retention area was done at a very high level! The area looks great to our customers eye, performs perfectly and all was done with some of the most professional service I have received in all my years of business! I dont normally go off on reviews for service but i could not, not pass on my compliments about this company and its team! If you need any type of plumbing and drain work.....CALL THEM! You wont be disappointed!

Excellent service from Adrian! I called at 8:30am(The lady I spoke to was also very helpful!) and he was out to my house by 9 to fix a leak in my crawlspace. My client has had an ongoing plumbing issue for the past 12 years that she has lived in her duplex rental. I have experienced the issue for the past 5 years or so. We have had multiple plumbers out during this time.Dwayne was the best plumber we have had out. He was very friendly and told us about a screen thing we could put on the end of the hose for the washer drainage. All the plumbers we have had out here and none of them ever mentioned that. These guys did a great job, my main water line started leaking, they found the leak turned my water off, put in a temp line, ran a brand new water line. They were all very helpful and very quick. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a sewer line problem with water backing up from the shower, tub and toilet. I reached another company first, who sent out a tech who was unable to clear the clog and recommended $4,600 of work to just open up the yard, remove shrubs and *only try to find out what was wrong*!!! Henry from Pacific had the line cleared in one hour and charged half the rate of the other company for the same basic work. SAVED ME THOUSANDS!!! The folks on the phone were super-nice and helpful, and I could not recommend them more highly. CALL THEM FIRST!

I was in a bit of a pinch, needing some plumbing work done in a hurry (new toilets/faucets installed, pipe work under kitchen & 3 bathroom sinks reworked, vanity sink in half bath installed). Called a few local plumbers Im Beaverton who were booked out a month & was finally referred to Teresa at PPD. Teresa was able to send someone out the next day. Communication was great with Teresa calling to give me updates on arrival time, etc.Adrian came out the day after my initial call and stayed until early evening. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had.There was one small problem in that Adrian didnt have a specific piece to finish the piping under the kitchen sink but Teresa sent David out the next morning who was able to finish up very quickly in about 30 minutes and they only charged me for a half hour as an extension of the original time, as opposed to an additional full hour.

I found Pacific Plumbing by accident when we discovered a significant water leak on a Sunday morning, and Im glad I did. Throughout the process of replacing our water line to the street, everyone we worked with - most notably Alex and Jake - provided great communication and customer service. When scheduling would have prevented the work from being done immediately, Alex was authorized to implement a workaround to get our water running again at no cost to us, and without a guarantee that we would use Pacific for the line replacement. I hope theres not a next time, but if there is, calling Pacific wont be an accident.

Dwayne, Henry and Jake foster=dream team! I discovered my sewer line had a large root ball in it and paid a different company to come out to clear the clog and the root. $600 and 6hours later they couldnt get rid of the root and would have to excavate at an estimate of $8k! I was wise enough to get a second (and third) opinion, and after talking with Jake he had Dwayne and Henry come out to get rid of the root ball. In under an hour they had cleared the entire root, that company #1 couldnt remove. You guys helped me from being scammed by a company that was trying to rip me off. I highly recommend this honest, efficient and fair priced team!

Billy C was very professional, he was very educated in what was needed for our drain systems. We had a extremely clogged drain and Billy continued to work to get it cleared. I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised with their professionalism, their customer service, and their follow-through. When the home warranty wouldnt cover what they recommended, Billy fought for us and did his best to ensure the problem was resolved before he left. He was so professional, courteous, and friendly. We are definitely satisfied with their service!

This by far is the rudest and most un-professional service weve ever encountered in my life. The office manager Jessica is the most rudest person to be named office manager. First of all Jessica office manger you need to be fired and not be able to work with people. You dont know what customer service is or how to give it. Second you have no rights to tell us what we should or shouldnt have done. We are paying customers we pay you guys you dont pay us. So when or what I like to do it is not your business. I will let everyone know about your company not to ever use your company unless your fired. And if your the owner I wish you luck. Because I dont see how you will succeed with the way you treat your thousands of dollar spending customers. We can find better company that actually can perform real customer service. I wish I could have given a negative star because thats what you deserve.

The weather is awful outside and we had a pipe burst outside on our back deck; we called their 24/7 number and had someone out within 90 minutes to do a quick and efficient fix for our home. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs assistance in this nasty weather.

We had a very serious backup/overflow situation in our new condo last night, and Billy responded to our 7PM call promptly. I was impressed. He was familiar with the situation, he told us right up front he was going to be able to take care of it, and explained what he was going to be doing. Our veterinary hospital has used them twice now in the last couple years for major clogs in both our kennel area and more recently in our grooming facility. Jon was responsive, friendly, professional and informative. We thought we were having sewage backflow (turned out to be years worth of soap scum and pet hair) so asked for them to come out quickly. John was out within a few hours and even called to let us know when he was on the way. Cleared everything up beautifully and discussed future upkeep recommendations. My upstairs bathroom sink was draining slowly. I called another company and they told me that they would have to hydro jet it for $685. That seemed excessive. Called Pacific, they came quickly and snaked it out to the tune of $173. Approximately one year ago I bought a home in Sherwood and within two weeks of living there the water backed up. I had no idea who to call, but did have a home warranty service which they recommended Pacific Drain Services. I hit the jackpot and got Jon. He was out the same day I made the call, finding out I had major problem (tree roots in the line). Jon had it resolved in two days. Little did I know, within a year I would be calling Pacific Drain Services back.....break in the main line. With no hesitation, I looked up Pacific Drain Services and Jon answered the phone at 6:30pm! Once again he was my savior. The next day he was out and although it became a much larger problem than we realized, Jon and his crew of two worked till 10:00 pm one evening in the dark and rain to make sure that I got my water back on. I have never experienced this kind of dedication and customer service, especially from a plumbing service. Usually you do not get a return call for a couple of days, and then you take a number, and wait your turn. My kitchen sink was clogged. I tried, and failed to clear it myself. I called Pacific Plumbing and Drain, and Dwayne came out within 24 hours of my call. He clear the drain of the obstruction in an hour and was friendly and professional. He pulled out a piece of rope, and a feather stuck about 30 ft. down. Dwayne left no mess, and the job was affordable.

Wonderful service with top notch technichian

It took four different plumbers and one handyman before Bill finally figured out what the dripping sound was coming from inside our wall. Where the others just speculated, found nothing or were baffled and left saying sorry, he kept looking till he found the problem. Nobody else persevered like he did and that kind of customer service/satisfaction is very rare nowadays. He was also very friendly, professional and conscientious (actually took the time to thoroughly wipe his feet before entering the house every time) Thank you Bill and Pacific Drain Services for providing me with peace of mind knowing that there was no water damage and for finding and fixing the problem once and for all!!!

Imagine my surprise when I woke up to low water pressure one day. Turns out, its common for old piping to crack when its cold in the ground- who knew? Pacific Plumbing and Drain was the only plumber who would re-arrange things to come out that day, and they were quick to not only give me an estimate, but also to set up the drilling of my new water main. Jon and Alex worked quickly and efficiently to have me back in service in just a couple, and the office staff was kind and understanding, even answering a million questions. Im sure they were tired of hearing from me, but they never acted like it. They are now my plumbers for life.

Ive used Pacific Plumbing and Drain Services for years now. I just had a water main break that caused a lot of misery -- basement flooding and no water or heat (our heating system is water-based). I called Jon out and within a couple of days he and his excellent crew had a new pipe laid under our yard to the street (without any damage to our yard). He bends over backward to make things happen. And this wasnt the first time he came to the rescue. A couple of years back, when our boiler started pouring water into the utility room, I called him, and by the evening he had installed a new boiler with minimum fuss and we were up and running again. I have complete trust in Jon and Pacific Plumbing. Whenever I have a major plumbing issue, I feel Jon has my back.

I recently purchased a new home with a home warranty. Pacific Drain Services was recommended by my Home warranty company to unclog a plumbling stoppage in my master shower. Today, Jon and Billy came out and resolved my problem quickly and professionally. They also cleaned up after themselves!!! I give them an A!!!

So it was the morning of my annual Christmas Party when my garbage disposal dies! I was hosting a very fancy dinner in just a few short hours and of course it was the weekend right before Christmas! I called a number of plumbers that I found online, all of which claimed to have 24-hour emergency services. No one answered and worse than that, none called back after I left a message. Not only did Pacific Plumbing and Drain Services answer as soon as I called, the secretary said that I would have someone at my house in 2-3 hours! David came to the rescue in 2.5 hours and I had a new garbage disposal installed in 20 minutes flat! He knew I was hosting a party very shortly and was so conscientious about the cleanup as well! It wasnt in the drain and he suggested we could go down to main catch for my building, but the reality was that even if we did locate it from there, it would be a very expensive project of digging and pushing. At that point I decided it wasnt worth the expense.Jon did not give up. As he was examining the sink one last time, he said he saw something, that he just couldnt believe---my jewelry was stuck in the overflow hole! It hadnt even made it to the trap. Very responsive and professional, from the first phone call with Jon to the completion of the job. Our problem started as a main-line clog caused by tree roots, and after some digging, we discovered the pipe and septic baffle were broken. We couldnt flush toilets, shower, etc. Billy promptly came out and gave us an estimate, then spent the whole next day, until well after dark, busting up concrete, replacing the pipe and baffle, and installing a clean-out. It ended up being quite a project, and not a fun situation, but we appreciated the attentiveness, fairness, and professionalism of PDS and have already recommended them to friends and family.

We scheduled a sewer scope for a house purchase and they gave a window of arrival between 2-4. They did not arrive until 5 pm and it was not completed until 6:30 so the realtor had to sit at the house for 4.5 hours. We were unable to make our evening plans.

Great experience! I was connected with them through american home shield and couldnt have been happier. We had a clogged kitchen sink and 24 hours later they were at my home fixing it. I appreciated the phone calls I received letting me know their plumber was on their way. I also appreciated them using protective footwear so they didnt scratch my floors. 40 minutes later I had a fixed sink and was happy again! Thank you!

Called Jon at 4:30 in the afternoon for a leaking water heater pipe. He scheduled me, said anywhere between 45 minutes to 3 hours.8:00pm I call him up and ask what the status is (note pipe has been leaking for 3 and a half hours now), he states that he was in fact just getting ready to call me and would be on his way, I asked if he needed directions, he told me he has me on GPS.10pm I call and it was obvious I had woken him up, he had to ask me who I was 3 times and was groggy and slurring his speech. He told me a line about how he had to run back to the other job real fast to finish up. 11:15 comes around and I walk outside to see if he is on his way before I call, I see a white work van pull up, park next to the neighbors, turn off the interior and exterior lights and then, nothing. The truck stays dark, so I open the garage door and do some needed garage cleaning and taking out the trash, all the while eyeing the truck parked no more than 5 yards from me.11:40 I proceed to call his number and get a female voice answering machine, while leaving a message I see the vans lights come on, the person in the van puts a phone to their ear and I get a beep saying that I have a call incoming, guess who.While sitting within sight of me he leaves me a voicemail that states, I missed a call from this number etc.By this point he is standing at the side of his truck, i yell out and ask if he is Jon, he says he is, we exchange pleasantries, I show him the issue and he begins to work on it.He says he needs to go get some tools and a bag of pipes from his truck, it is now midnight. He goes out to his truck, I continue picking up accumulated items to throw away and hear him out by his truck in full view of at least 8 of my neighbors taking a leak on the ground behind his truck.He starts working on the heater, takes the pipe off and water begins pouring out, turns off the shutoff valve is not functioning all the way, so he walks out to the truck and gets the big tool to turn off the water at the water main. Unfortunately he takes his time to do this so in the mean time gallons of water are pouring into my garage.He gets the water off and goes back to work, gets a replacement 1 foot long piece of flexible pipe to fix the issue and spends the next 30 minutes trying to screw into onto the existing water pipe. I take a look and notice his hand is really not moving much and see that he has fallen asleep while doing this work and sort of clear my throat and mention that it looks like the pipe threads are flared threads and so the pipe he is using wont work, after some back and forth we decide to just cut the threads a bit back to the area where it works, 2 minutes of sawing and filing later and its all good and works fine. What should have been a 10 minute job turned into an hour long job as he was slurring his speech, unable to think and was clearly dead tired from having worked all day.After all was said and done, and now two days later the pipe is not leaking and I have hot water. So the fix has worked, there is some question as to whether or not it will continue to work.Finally, and this is the clincher, I had to ask for the receipt as he forgot to give it to me, which is OK, its now 1am and he is tired, I get it.However I go out the next morning to drink a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and I see a couple of the neighborhood kids running off with his water shut off tool. Turns out he did not close up the water shut off hole and he left his probably expensive tool here.All in all, I bet this man is amazing when he is awake and in his right mind, but because of this experience, i have no choice but to give him 2 stars, and he only gets two because while he was tired he was genial and friendly, explained what was going on and he did get the job done.

Jon did an outstanding job with a rather ticklish problem. Were renters and our home owner has an insurance policy that covers only problems outside the house.He solved that outside drain problem quickly and then communicated with the home owner that the plumbing had other problems that were inside the house and therefore outside the insurance contract and not our fault that needed to be fixed.The home owner readily agreed (hes a great guy, too!) and we now have a working, non-leaking kitchen sink and drain!He communicated quickly, easily and effectively and kept us apprised as to when he would be here and how he solved the problem.Id recommend him anytime!

Theresa was very friendly. I was very fortunate as she received a cancellation and was able to accomodate my requests. Alex arrived within 30 minutes. Alex was very knowlegeable and explained what he needed to do to complete the repair. The job is not even complete yet, however the service is 5 star. I highly reccomend Pacific Plumbing.

We have used Pacific Drain Services twice now, both times Billy has been great. Pacific Drain Services is awesome about fitting us in right away and Billy has quickly fixed the problem each time and answered all of our questions!

We had a mystery vortex of water flooding into our basement when it rained heavily. Jon and his team were able to figure out the old pipe problems and devise a solution before it flooded again. They also took good care of my plants and sidewalk.

Beginning with the phone call, my experience with John Kirby and Pacific Drain Services was great. Not your average grumpy, no time to talk contractor. The results of his efforts were great of course, but If you appreciate friendly, polite and considerate service above all else, then youll like these guys. John tried to fit me in earlier than our appointment and was not perturbed a bit when he spent the time and effort to drive by the house.(I had missed his call and was not home.)We had a bathroom sink clog that I somehow made worse through my own snaking efforts. Not only was that fixed in 5 minutes, but we reviewed the whole house, talked about maintenance, do-it-yourself solutions and fixed another nagging drain problem.Id recommend John and PDS in a heartbeat.

As a Realtor, having reliable people to refer my clients to is a MUST. For years I have referred John after using his services myself. Recently the line to the water main for our sprinkler system broke. Billy and John showed up on a Friday night at 9pm to assess the problem. They were able to secure it for that night and come back to fix it later. Billy and John were both professional, friendly and solved our problem in record time. They also took into consideration the plants around the area and did a very nice job of salvaging them. They are my first choice to call for any plumbing problem! Thank you Billy and John!

We only have positive feedback about Billy at PDS. We have recently completed an extensive remodeling on our home, and one the most important aspects of that remodel was ensuring our drain system was functioning properly. We ended up having Billy at PDS out twice for two separate items, and they were both expertly done at very reasonable costs. We would recommend Billy and PDS without reservation. An excellent experience all around.

Not very helpful at all when exercising an AHS claim. Low quality replacement faucet, with no options for upgrading to a higher quality faucet. Little information provided ahead of time, and very poor customer service afterwards.

$375 + tax in labor to clear a single drain? $250/hr? Never again. You might want to warn people youre going to rip them off before you send your guy out.Somehow I doubt the guy doing the work sees 10% of that.
