Cascade Callworks is a terrible environment for employees. Kandi, the supervisor often treats employees terrible and holds their desire and need to support their families against them. Shawn the owner has little involvement in operations and allows the supervisor to make all the decisions. Leadership skills and organizational skills are lacking extremely. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I had fun working there and let me tell u the energy there is way better then any of the other call centers just saying oxox
