Guaranteed Scam Artists. Will just change business name and close down unless law enforcement gets them. They will show you an ad and all but businesses never receive tablets...Its completely fake and they should be jailed

This company is a massive scam. You will receive a phone call from one of their sales rep. He or she will pressure you into immediate action. You will never be able to communicate with the same person twice. The person responsible for your account will change every time youll try to reach them. They promised us a major project. Took our money. Year later and the project (for which we had to make a decision about within 24 hours) is not started. We have received absolutely no communication. These people do not care for their customers. WARNING: DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TRICK YOU!

Has not provided the services we paid for and now no one answers the phone or calls or emails us back for a refund!

So I got a call about 1 year ago it was a sells rep from the company. Im a restaurant owner and they wanted to put their tablets in my restaurant, so I said sure why not. It gives my customers something to do while they wait for their food. About 2 months after I had a real estate agent come in to my restaurant and ask about those tablets. I told him I was waiting for the company to send them. We were on the same boat. So this person got rude and started saying how my restaurant was a scam and a bunch of nonsense. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.

Poor service, poor communication. I would not recommend partnering with this company to place tablets in your business. Weve been working for weeks to receive the number of tablets requested and to get the functionality promised by their sales team. Ill update this review if we are able to actually get this program working.

I have NEVER seen an ad. They charged my credit card one year ago. No ad and no return of my funds. And, they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Should have looked there first. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They dont deserve ANY star.

I believe I have been scammed with the rest. They were great upfront but it has been 6 months and nothing in the contract has been completed. I am waiting for a call back this week or my attorney will be involved. I recommend staying away from these scammers. Attorney time.

There should be a Zero star available for this company. I’ve spent thousands on marketing in a variety of different sources and have yet to encounter such amateurish obvious lying from a marketing firm to their clients. I signed a contract for tablet marketing in October 2017 promised to me as marketing that would appear immediately that weekend or the next as the tablets were already up at a local very popular sports bar. Fast forward to December 2017 - still no tablets. So they were “nice” enough to agree to a refund. Over 7-10 calls and emails over the course of 6 weeks included complete fabricated lies (that the refund was in the mail) or suspected lies (that they would credit back my card of payment as soon as the owner came back to the office). After weeks of beating around the bush about my refund I was told that no refund was being issued and that the product was nearing completion and will be displayed soon in the stores. I will firmly voice my displeasure to the bar, Macdinton’s in Tampa, where I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years, that their vendor ripped me off and was dishonest to me. Before writing this review I patiently and kindly dealt with this amateaur company until I reached this point after realizing that they were just blatant liars. Do not do business with them. They send emails to you showing a 5 Star aggregate google review- until you actually search their real reviews which at the time of this writing is 3. Totally dishonest company.

This company contacted me by phone in April of 2017 asking me to post an ad that was to be displayed on kiosks placed on tables in a local restaurant. I signed up gave them the initial deposit and sent them my art work. They started taking electronic monthly payments. The kiosks were never placed in the restaurant and I have made several calls asking for my money back. Each time I call, Craig tells me he will send me my money back. It is now Dec 2017 and I still have not received my refund.

This is a scam. They promise great things and never deliver. I reported them to law enforcement because they are clearly doing this scam on a large scale.

Dont do business with Regnal Media! Its been nearly a year since I signed a service contract with them. I have not received the promised service, nor have I received the refund theyve been promising me for 5 months. They never have an answers to problems and dont deliver on any of their promises.

COMPLETE SCAM!!! We have NEVER seen an ad. They contacted our company over six months ago, saying that a couple of local restaurants were going to be putting their tablets at each of their tables. After paying, we designed an ad and were told that they would have it up and running in about three months. When the time came, they made up excuses as to why the tablets werent going live just yet. Eventually, we got fed up and asked for a refund, to which their response was Ill get the checks in the mail today. WHICH WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE. No ad and no refund. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

If this company did what it said on tablet advertising it would have been a great promotion. They were so persistent and even priced it low enough that it was such a good deal you might take the chance. For over a year they told me i would be refunded as the program never was installed. Now today their website it down. This is a totally a scam and they should all be arrested. I would be glad to testify. I gave them one star because I couldnt post without it.

I was so excited to work with them! Unfortunately everyone that you talk to has a different story. The entire ordeal lasted almost 1 year. I just wanted to use them for advertising because the platform sounded ideal. They kept telling me that the products were going to ship to the restaurants within a few weeks of all art work completion which takes a few months. Nothing happened outside of the lies through email and phone calls. They literally confirmed that they got everyones art work and it was a matter of shipping. NEVER HAPPENED! When the restaurants that the tablets were supposed to be placed started calling the company a SCAM I was heartbroken, but decided to give up and ask for my money back. The good news is that after a few threats I got my money back, but not the portion that they charged me for the creation of the ad.

Too bad zero stars is not an option.Contacted in January 2017 for tablet advertising in a restaurant in my community. Ended up reserving and paying for $1,000 worth of advertising for tablets to go live in 3 months.90 days later, nothing.Contacted them in March, April, May, June, July, August... always given an excuse. Needed more advertisers, tablets delayed, going to launch even without enough advertisers...Eventually they stopped responding to my calls and emails entirely as I guess they ran out of excuses.In November I told them that was IT and demanded a refund before I took it further. Surprise! I got a response that my check was being mailed and to confirm the address. Three weeks later and were back to not responding to my calls or emails and no refund.I wouldnt even TRUST a refund check from this company at this point and will be seeking a refund via certified funds or PayPal transfer. Filed a BBB complaint and will be investigating a small court claim as well. Seems there could even be enough people scammed to put together a class action lawsuit at this point. This company needs to be shut down based on all of the scam stories that started popping up... sadly about 3 months AFTER I got suckered.Still seeking a refund at this time.

Please look at the 1 star reviews, look at how many likes compared to the supposed 5 star ones. Do not give them your money. It is a scam and it is super labor intessive to get your money back! They took my money and didnt deliver anything and continually say that the check is in the mail for my refund. Its NOT. Dont fall for this... invest somewhere else!! They lie cheat and steal, and Best of all now they have CHANGED THIER NAME To TABLET BRANDING. Absolute scam. This company made big promises, took my money and then never answered or replied to any of my requests. I have been trying to get in touch with them for almost 6 months to get a refund and no response. I have contact the Department of Justice. Do not do business with this company. They will cheat and scam you.

I guess I should consider myself lucky that I got most of our money back. After numerous phone calls and emails, checks in the mail promises, etc. we got a check for 90% of what we had paid for tablet advertising that never materialized. When I called because the amount was wrong they apologized and said Id get a check for the difference. Today they actually contacted me to request that I update some of the reviews Id placed to reflect that Id received a refund... and when I asked about the check I was still waiting for I was told that it was an artwork fee and that I wouldnt be getting it back since I now owned the artwork and could use it in other places. (Except that the art is mostly what I provided them in the first place and the size doesnt work for anything we currently do.) I dont think theyre deliberately just scamming people and I give Craig credit for at least taking my calls... but they have serious cash flow issues and Id advise anyone to proceed with extreme caution.

I was recently at grandmas Wine bar and Deli and noticed the tablets and I asked what they were cory told me they were advertising tablets I had a real good time using it Cory the person that was setting them up at that time was very informative and found a lot of good advertising on them the games are fun to while Im waiting for my sandwich to be made always pick up a tablet Check and see that is new or play a game if you go to grandmas pick one up check it out pretty neat

Shady. Do not trust this company. Renal Media sold us advertising before the company signed a contract. After over a year we tried to get our money back. Its been over 3 months and more 10 guarantees we will be receiving 3 different checks and a refund via PayPal. Im calling the Vancouver Sheriffs Office to see if there is anything they can do to help. Dont be fooled like us.Update:Ive reached out to the Clark County Sheriffs department to file a complaint. If everyone that has been scammed by these guys call, maybe we can stop them before they get anyone else.

I paid $1000 to this company to put my ad with hyperlinks to my website on tablets at every table in a local restaurant. They promised that the table tablets would be delivered to the restaurant by October. Well its January and they have not delivered. They will not respond to my phone calls or emails either. This is not a reputable company. Do not work with them. Do not give them your money.

That should tell you everything you need to know.If you read their reviews, you will see someone actually just got a judgement against them.Five of us were sold exclusive ads in the same space. We were first told that Regnal would work with us to refund our money. Nope! Then, it was up to the banks to contact Regnal for our money. Surprise! Regnal contested that.It was a nightmare getting our money back. I published a website with all of our emails, detailing Regnals dishonesty. Contacted all of the necessary agencies, filed reports, etc. Finally got my money back.Regnal calls my comments slanderous. Just read their reviews. Its all here online.Again, contact the Washington State FBI and tell them your story. I was also interviewed for a segment produced by washington state TV. These guys are INFAMOUS.

So so so unhappy. Gave them $800 for a project in Sept, was supposed to happen in Dec, then Jan, then March. Asked for my money back in March. Its May 17th - I have HALF of it back so far. At least a dozen phone calls, more than 20 emails - no help, I keep getting the run around - blaming other departments, people, etc. They keep firing the people Ive been talking to - wholly unsavory climate - DO NOT TRUST REGNAL MEDIA!

I would leave zero stars if possible. Scam company. Took my money to be on restaurant tablets . Never heard a word back. Got in touch with the restaurant owner, he said he never intended to put in tablets and didn’t know anything about the ad fee I paid.

Terrible, been paying for advertising since october, finally make time to go check out our ads at pita pitt. Come to find out pita pitt doesnt advertise with tablets and never has. Fraud maybe? Or false advertisements? Paid $1100 and have gotten ZERO. so all winter when we could have and should have been working was wasted I highly suggest using s different more organized agency...

This business is a fraud. I bought an add for a local restaurant menu tablet in October 2016, and here it is 10 months later, and there is nothing. I have called the company several times over the past several months to cancel my ad, and I have been told by the manager, Craig Akins, on June 22, 2017 that my refund would go out in the mail that day. I have never received anything from Regnal Media. As far as I am concerned, these people are con artists ripping off legitimate business people.

The contract stated it would be approximately 120 days before the advertisement went up. I called and cancelled the contract after 196 days. Waiting to see if I receive a refund.
