We needed a small repair (2x3 ft area) on some shake siding and we were shocked to receive a $6,000 bid from another company. When I called DL Baker for a second estimate, the owner David took the time to explain how to roughly gauge the cost per square foot so I would know whether or not I was receiving an honest bid. No surprise, that first company was coming in way too high. David also gave us great advice on how to fix the siding on our own to save money. The honesty and integrity of this company is outstanding!

So I hired dL baker homes to replace my windows and a sliding glass door and Gustavo Llanos shows up at my door, mind you I did some research and he used to have a company GVL Construction and they got there license revoked for being incompetent and a thieve, and guess what happened at my place??? The job still isn’t done and they ordered my windows wrong along with the door. Not that’s there any suprise there all his yelp reviews say the same thing if you see Gustavo Llanos please run the other way... dL baker shame on you for hiring a thieving manipulating liar like Gustavo and his partner janita
