You gotta read this lol. Talk over the phone with a nice lady, they say my stuffs still on records I just come update resume. Front desk lady when I arrive tells me I dont have an account. I tried to tell her i did and she disregarded me interrupted me and sat me down to create a resume from scratch. I repeat to her I have an account, still ignored. Come back with resume. Am made to fill out more paperwork I was told I didnt have to. I tell her. Im disregarded again, now shes acting annoyed with me. Finally after she asks me for forms of identification a lady from the back interrupts her to say I already have all of that and Ive basically wasted an hour and a half. Now I proceed to the back room where Im basically told go look online. I ask could you just tell me some listings. Nah go look online. Theres only like 12 options. 2 of which were exactly what I described and she only recommended one that hardly applied to what I said. I walk back in to say this is the one Id like to apply, back ladys gone I gotta deal with front desk again. I tell her the jobs vague name then try to give her the job number. She says she already knows which one and interrupts me trying to give her the exact job #. And says its the one in washougal. Which was not the one I wanted at all, I say this and she does nothing and doesnt reply. So I left.

These guys only have one job. It is at elkhart plastics. You get to work three months. After that if the company likes you you can get a job. They also hire pedophiles. The maintence guy on swing shift was invovled with child pornography and is on line. They also hire foreigners to take the actual jobs.

I was excited when they called to set up an interview, but it turned into an unpleasant demeaning waste of time.There was some uncertainty about time/place for the interview, so on the day of my appointment I called a couple hours ahead to confirm. Then when I arrived on time, they werent prepared for me. So I sat in a windowless room on a cheap uncomfortable stacking chair, under buzzing fluorescent light, with no magazines or anything, under a sign that prohibited phone use.Finally, an hour later, a guy walked in and indicated I should come with him. No introduction, no handshake, no apology for the delay. He brusquely asked some stupid questions that he wouldnt have to ask if he had bothered to review my application. Then he offered a job that wasnt at all what I was looking for. My application was very explicit about my needs (pay, location, type of work, etc). It would have been only mildly annoying if they had called to suggest something outside those parameters, but its extremely annoying that they would have me drive to the outskirts of Vancouver and make me wait an hour so that they could present an extraneous offer in person.

Seriously screw this place. Ive been with this agency for almost a year and within that last 3 months, Iv joined two other temp agencies who have offered me 2, full time jobs Oportunities. Within the year I have been apart of personnel source they have yet to offer me a single job. These people are scatter brains and have no professional aspect what so ever. They waist my time everyday and will mostly likely waist yours. Especially if you have Teresa as your agent...Everytime I see her she acts as if shes buried beneath a mile of paper work when in truth its more like an inch. Do yourself a favor and choose another temp service.

Personnel source got me a full time job the day I went in! Everone there was very helpful. I am no longer a temp with them because the job they gave me is amazing and with hard work and showing up on time I am now a employe for the same job.

If I could give this agency negative stars I would . WORST agency ever to work for. Very unprofessional staff they never call back or let you or the company know if there’s any changes. Any other agency would be 1000x better than this one . Please save yourself the time and don’t go there.

The Mill Plain Blvd office has also led me on in the way descibed by other reviewers. I was called about a position and asked to come in for an in-person interview. I went in and spoke to a man whoms name escapes me. Anyway, he acted as if the job was mine. He told me he would be calling about when I would start etc. I waited three days and called him to follow up. He said he was working on it and would call me. I waited another 7 days and he stopped returning my calls. I am still looking for employment. Dont waste your time at Personnel Source.

If i could gove it 0 stars i would. Got a job through them working at a plastic company within a day of getting my application through. While working i get injured on the job and have to go on medical leave. I turned my dr note in clearing me to go back to work and got told by Gracie that i would have to wait for a call back to know whether or not i would be accepted back at work by Derek, or Lori (Lori is the Only recruiter there). I found this absolutely ridiculous because i had spoken to Rhonda the same day and she had told me that i turn my note in at their office and just go back to work. So a week later no call and no email from them... Horrible staffing agency

This is the worst unprofessional temp service in history. Extremely rude completely clueless as a business. I go in had an interview more like an interrogation. I actually went down to the company I was applying for first an gave them all my information. I informed the staffing service of the company which was hiring this particular job that Im more than qualified for. This cartoon charter of a man Morgan is his name. Wouldnt return my calls or emails for almost two weeks. After I already went out an done all the so called hard work for him. I finally get ahold of him after the receptionist told me he was in a meeting as I was walking through the office door. The guy was chit chatting with her at her desk with no one else in the office. I came there on purpose cause every time I called shed give the same story. An dont asked to be put on hold theyll hang up on you. Anyway this ass clown told me they went with some one else which is a total lie cause what this racist prick doesnt know Im friends with a few higher ups at the company an he never sent them anything!! So please dont waste your time with these people trust me. They had a few places in Oregon but they all shut down... I wonder why!! Lmao!!! Express would be a far greater choice to work through a temp service. Unfortunately I cant change the star on top... I wouldnt give a star at all.

I got a great job through Personnel Source, and it was so easy.

I recently reactivated my services with the Vancouver office after my position that they placed me at was downsized. Upon reactivating I was given another full time position within two days. They choose the ideal candidate for the customers and found me an excellent employer to work for. Anyone who feels it may be a waste of time with this staff, I disagree. I understand its a competitve market and if you sitting with negativity and no desire to land work with good employers try one of the many other agencies in the area. Personnel Source has never done me wrong. Good group of experienced staf fmembers.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Had an interview with Morgan Wirth and was not very pleasant. No kind of greeting, no handshake, wouldnt look at you when he talks, unprofessional about returning calls or emails. They have a few jobs i am more than qualified to fill and this PoS always tells me they dont have anything open.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I also had a very bad experience. I went in there and discussed a job, they asked me if I was interested and I needed to think about it first. After I decided I wanted it I let them know and I know it was stupid but I put my two weeks in my current job. They made me feel like it was mine if I wanted it. Anyway Then I didnt hear back from them. It took 8 emails and 3 voicemails before I got a reply back stating the this particular company passed on me. My two weeks had just ended too.Now I know a couple people who work at the company I was applying for who went and asked there hiring department what was going on. They were told that they let personel source decide who the send to them. So It wasnt the company that passed on me it was the Personel source. They were looking for 1-3 year experience in that type of work, I had 1 1/2 years experience. I believe it was the guy at Personel source who just didnt want to submitt my info. He claimed he did but I found out he never did. I cant speak for all the workers there just the man I had to deal with. Very bad service and a liar. If you feel the need to go there anyway. Make sure a lady helps you. Not the guy ......and I am talking about the mill plain branch in vancouver.BAD BAD BAD

Imagine I was there for job interview & I wanted to pee badly, the lady at the front desk said sorry you cant use our bathroom, but you can go to any fast food around to pee. I was like what a fu_k. I really blamed myself for going to them for job. Poor service please I want my one start back..lol
