The staff here are very kind for the most part, as for all places of work it varies. Callie runs the show around there relative to visitations, but the best of all the supervisors for visitations would be Doris. She is really kind and funny, and she doesnt just write down everything negative she sees. The building is in tip-top shape, and it is super clean. They even have hand sanitizer holders on the walls everywhere, and every room has cleaner and paper towels. Me and my Dad have visits here, we are allowed to go off campus but we recently have not been able to due to the fact that the place is extremely understaffed, and people will sometimes get sick. Theyve got movies to watch and games to play, which they have a pretty good selection of too, at least for the young ones. I really enjoy being here, and Im very appreciative for everyones kindness who works here.

My infant grandson receives in home PT through Innovative Services and let me tell you.... It has been the most amazing 7 weeks so far! Our PT (Steven) has been absolutely amazing! His caring, gentle touch with our sweet baby boy is heart warming! He works and teaches at the same time.Today we saw Steven for the last time.Although we are so extremely happy for him and what the future holds for him, we wept and he drove away. We will miss him and his enthusiasm dearly! And look forward to working with the new PT.Thank you for all you have done!

So honestly its about 4.9 stars because they truely are amazing. They are super honest and attentive all you have to do is ask, and if for some reason they cannot accommodate they do what they can to come up with a solution. My kids LOVE IT HERE!!! And my confidence in their safety and well being here is unmatched. Though i wish the could be a little more flexible in someways they make up for in quality.

Since my son is autistic he has issues that need special attention and that just what innovations is all about. The therapy my son recieves here is awesome. Its been over a year and everything is great. Speech and O.T. a well ran organization.

They work hard to meet the needs of their clients and employees with sincere resolve for care of the community. This is not easy, as our community is so diverse! But they strive everyday to do better and accommodate to the people they serve.

Constantly making mistakes when attempting to bill insurance, sending us mixed messages about how much we do/dont have to pay, ultimately refusing service and leaving us with a thousand-dollar bill for occupational therapy that seemingly wasnt working in the first place.The only redeeming factor is the speech therapist, who was great.

Offering programs to help special needs people. Friendly folks work here.also offering other programs to help people of needs. Its a nonprofit.Parking spaces in front are usually taken and are tight to get into. Parking also west of main area thru main drive access.

My children have been here since they were very small. This ia an amazing caring daycare, that works with children to help them succeed in life. Highly recommend Innovative Services NW.

Used their services for both speech therapy and supervised visitation. Parking can be rough and theres a learning curve to sort things out but otherwise great.

They care far more about money than they children they serve. I wont go into details, in order to protect the wonderful people involved. Stay away!

Great nonprofit working with people in real need and providing them with real opportunities.

They stick with kids that other child care centers quit on. They are so committed to every child. Recommend them so highly!

My son is a non-verbal autistic who participates in their adult day care service. Their staff is very dedicated and they provide activities for him that would be hard to provide at home.

My son is in their ECEAP program and he loves it here. I love the security and the amount of love and care the staff have.

Great therapist and child care, but miss an apt even when your child wakes up sick. You will be charged a fee. No matter what.

My son has classes here, he has speech and OT, he is autistic. Long story see.

Supervisors need to document visit with more detail. Specifically the amount of sugar given to a toddler aged child. They need to respect the wishes of the parent that the children live with, in regards to limited amounts of sugar as this causes bad dreams with the young children on visit nights.
