I’ve used Sunworld for 2 years and they have been great at taking care of my property and any issues that have arised. Also their contractor has been quick and professional at the remodeling process.

My boyfriend and I applied for one of the properties rented by Sun World. About a week and a half after we applied, he called in asking for the status of our applications and were told that they were denying us because we were considered “low income”. When he asked for clarification it seems like they were going off of our net income and not our gross income. Which no rental property has ever done in all the years I have rented. They also said they would not consider our combined income (which is almost $78,000 annually) because we are not married which is not only illegal, but not how renting with multiple adults works at all because all incomes of individuals over 18 must be considered. Seeing as we have payed the exorbitant application fees and are being discriminated against, I am taking this case to the housing authority. This is completely unacceptable.

The service was decent to begin with. Maintenance and repairs ended up below our standard. The overall service was below the goals we desired.

Sunworld is a very attentive property management company. As an owner it is nice to be able to relax and know that each property is in the best hands. They put the best tenant into the property rather than just filling it with a less desirable tenant just to get it filled.

This management company:1. Approved us based on their own rental criteria and then later said that they would not rent to us. I have a nearly 3 year old eviction, that they insist is less than 2 years, however their rental criteria stated that if I did not owe property debt than I would qualify and could be listed with my husband as a occupant rather than on the lease as responsible for the rent.2. My husband who has only one item in collections and FULLY meets their criteria makes over 120k a yearand has been at the same company for over 11 years. He was told multiple times that we would be first on this list for a place that came available because our applications had already been APPROVED.3. Today, after not returning calls, putting other applications ahead of ours, and taking our money or applications, approving them, the man in charge told my husband there is nothing he can do for us and that they wont rent to us because I have a almost 3 year old eviction (single mom lost my job) and my husband has a debt in collections also more than 5 years old.5. They have taken our money and wasted our time. Very unprofessional and in my opinion THEIVES because we asked in great detail before applying to this rental agency if our applications would pass. We have been working with them for months to find a place and now, they decide that even though out applications are approved they are no good, there by taking money from a family 5 in the middle of a pandemic.All we wanted was to live in a house instead of cramped in a 2 bedroom appartment with 3 kids. Instead these people took our money and lied to us, giving us false hope, and burned us in the end for no reason, most likely because I have a unique (Niani) name along with my eviction (which I am actually in the process of correcting because it was illegally filed in September of 2018 5 days before I was even supposed to move out of my apartment. It was something I was never even notified about and didnt find out until this year when we stared applying for a place to live. There is no proof of service because I was never served. All of this can be seen and proven by looking at the court records that a hanious mistake was made and these people pretended to understand that and said that as long as I dont show owing them money (which I dont and that is why my application was approved) that it would be okay. These people are horrible and I would not recomend giving them your money for the peer fact tha they are dishonest.

A bit of a rough start but has settled in to a good routine.

Paul and Nancy are responsive and professional. Paul always available to answer my calls. I let them know of the utility bills that the previous tenant didn’t pay. Nancy made sure the bills were paid.

Besides being true professionals, this team cares about what they are doing AND your best interests.

Paul and his team did something truly amazing when I was able to get a house from them. I had an unfortunate circumstance and the Sunworld Group stepped up and helped me and my family out immensely. They are all good, hard working professionals that I would recommend to anyone.

Great place too look if you’re worried about having bad credit.They only managed my home for about a month, but made sure we were taken care of and did lots of repair and maintenance before the owners of our house started managing directly. They even offered to be available to answer any questions if we needed help once the owners started managing the property directly.

A company with people who truly care and can trust..

This company is just like many of the other housing managements. They do not really care about the people. I applied for a house and waited, and waited, and waited some more. After several weeks of hearing nothing from them I had to finally call which is hard because I work at night. The person on the line said the application was still pending the day before I called(but yet now was finalized) however someone else got the house since they applied first. If they got the house then why didnt I get a denied notice and why did my application still need to finish. They said I could have called to see what I needed to do to speed things along when I had literally filled out everything to completion over 3 weeks ago. They put all the blame on me when no one tried to reach out to me once....

I have been blessed to have found a place on such short notice 10 yrs ago. We have been here since! Paul makes things happen. If you ever have a problem he will help fix it . Very friendly company. Thank you Paul and staff for all the years we have been with you! He doesnt tolerate disturbances and has been a great landlord.

I rented a townhouse from them and was always treated very well. They were very attentive and responsive. Should I ever need realty services again I will definitely seek them.

Awesome! The people who work there care about us I’ve learned from experience here. They were always willing to work with me when times get hard. I would recommend anytime.

So far my experience has been pleasant. My maintenance requests are answered promptly and issues are fixed very quickly. Office personnel are polite and helpful if I have questions. I also preferred the way the home is shown without anyone there to try and “sell you” to rent a property.

Global has worked with SunWorld for over 6 years. They seek out solutions for their residents and clients including security and recently gate access for a property. Makes sense!

Disappointed. I tried to call multiple times and it only goes to an automated voice call which is not descriptive when you have specific questions about a rental property.I will not be recommending ding these people to anyone I know as they are a scam.

My family and I got approved for a home by there third-party background company, Sun World Group after seeing my face didn’t want to give me the house, I am very disappointed because I believe I was more than qualified but because of the color of my skin they saw right through my credentials.

Kudos to this company. I was going through a divorce and on my own for the first time and Brittney got me linked up with the Vancouver office to have them help. I was turned down by so many other places and these guys have been more then helpful and absolutely amazing. They gave me a chance and I now live in the cutest duplex ever. Ive had no issues that have been bad. They quickly and are always a pleasure to work with. I LOVE THIS COMPANY!! Id recommend to anyone!! Please please please don’t rent with sunworld. I’m saving you from a lot of stress. They are so horrible to deal with every time the landlord called me he would scream “not yell” but scream at me a lot of unprofessional things and use disgusting words. This management company made my anxiety skyrocket. I work two jobs in the people business and would never even think to treat someone as bad as they treated me.

Sunworld group is great! The properties are well maintained and the staff is easy to get a hold of if needed. The fridge in our unit went out and it was replaced right away with a brand new one. We are super happy with the response time.

I own a condo in Vancouver Washington and managed the rental of this unit for years. After plenty of frustration dealing with all that’s involved in rentals I called SunWorld along with several other management companies on a Friday afternoon . SunWorld was the only company to drive to my condo that evening. The other companies said they would have to get back to me the following week. I have been with SunWorld ever since. They are very professional and do such a great job selecting renters. All the paperwork is done and records are forwarded to me monthly. I truly wish I would have contacted them years ago. If you are looking for a great management company I highly recommend SunWorld save yourself the time and frustration of rentals!

In the last year we put our house up as a rental property. Paul was awesome to work with during that process and found us some great people to live in the property. Recently we decided to sell the property and again Paul worked with us to find the best route for us to take.

I was interested in this property and tried to schedule a house tour. I gave a call to the management and they said I can schedule the showing using this App called Rently, which is apparently a scam where asks your personal ID, selfie and credit card number before receiving the code for the lock key at the property.

This shows how much they care about their tenets.

The root of my problem is that I gave you proper notice and you told me that its my problem. You did not ask me if I could please have my roommate give his notice too, you simply said its on me. I can absolutely ask my roommate to give you whatever information you need. I dont want out of my lease, Im trying to get you whatever you need. You have been rude everytime I walked in your door. And that is on you. & Yes, you 100% gave out my personal information to my roommates crazy exs mother. I would adjust your policies before you get in the middle of a bad stalker situation. The SunWorld Group has been rude & disorganized the ENTIRE time I have been renting while paying in advance. Its like they hate good renters. They even gave out all of our personal information to strangers. I dont know how they can stay in business.

The management is so ridiculous and unprofessional. I would get phone calls at random times of the day, they would name call and threaten me and my family constantly. Whatever you do, please save your time and do not rent from these people. They should not be in business anymore and I just hope they never put anyone else and their family in the mental abuse they put us through.

Paul refused to let me off of a month to month lease, and when a new lease was ready to be signed I refused to sign it because I no longer lived there, Paul signed the lease on my behalf and now I have an eviction on my record for a lease I never even signed and a house I was not living in! I’m currently taking legal action, don’t rent from this scum bag! When I asked to obtain a copy of the lease he REFUSED to give it to me, I was lucky a receptionist was nice enough to help me and give me copys of all the things I needed. Paul committed fraud by signing my name, he was by far the least unprofessional land lord I have ever delt with. Save your self the head ache and don’t rent from him!

If I could choose negative stars I would! Went with my family to do a self tour like the home, then I emailed them several times then me and my husband applied both paying 55 dollars each. A few days after I contacted them and asked about my application, they said we do not have one on file for me, lol but I sent them proof they never replied back after several attempts. They didnt have a problem taking our money. I would avoid them.

I would NEVER recommend this company. Where to start...we signed the papers and pages our rent and deposits and came to get the keys when scheduled. They gave us the wrong key! When I called to ask they suggested that I pressured the receptionist to give us the keys and that the house wouldnt be ready for another week. Fast forward to move in, the bathroom mirror fell off the wall, the CUPBOARDS fell off the walls (there were three nails total in drywall holding all of the cupboards up). We are quiet and pay rent early every month so we didnt hear much while living there but these houses are not advertised correctly and if you have any maintenance problems you better take a few days off.

Paul and his SunWorld staff are not only kind and wonderful individuals, but also professional and prompt. They work with you when with any issue and are patient and extremely helpful. SunWorld is a great company to deal with.

This group is a joke. We applied for a house, we were approved but they leased it to someone else. They called about a month after we applied to tell us that, then said we can pick another property with them. I found one we liked(on the company wedsite, day 58 after applying with them) but it wasn’t ready with Rently(could’nt tour). When it became ready on Rently(day 78) we went and toured it (the day after it went up on Rently), liked it and called to tell them we wanted it, they said they’d call back after Rebecca was back from lunch, 2 days later I had to call them (they didn’t return my call) and by then the 60 days had passed from when we first applied(which no one could tell me when I called about liking the place), so we would have to reapply and repay the application fee. Wasted $150 with this scam of a company, definitely not giving them another $150. Hopefully no one else will fall this illegitimate company.

Paul and crew are amazing! They worked with us amazingly. They have gone above and beyond always fixing things even on holidays! I would gladly work with them again should the need arrive! Great experience with sam. We scheduled an appointment and after dropping off the deposit, we literally got our keys after 1 meeting, and it took no longer than 30 minutes. very easy to work with
