This was to update my boyfriends laptop and fix some connection issues. On time, friendly, efficient. Kind of spendy but worth it.

Its a changed world out there. And to find a really good local computer repair company that is still safely working during COVID is so refreshing. I must have called 6 other places first. I was just going down the list. And it was either no answer or this line has been disconnected. Then I called Geeks To Go. The man on the other end of the line was friendly and upbeat. He listened to my basic diagnosis of what I thought was wrong and then he very kindly let me know what the real problem was and that they could fix it. Then one of their technicians came out to my house and got my computer on a Monday, took it back to their shop, fixed it and I had it back the next day. The man who picked up my computer was very nice. He wore and a mask and met me at my front door. I am so pleased because my computer works better than when it was new. I dont know how they did it, but I do know that I am so happy with all of their work. I have already told some of my friends about them and theyve had the same great experiences that I had. Thanks for being honest, fast and safe during this trying time.

Im so happy I found them!!! So GREAT!. Prices are lower than 3 other places I originally called and service was FIRST CLASS. My computer wouldnt start. Turned out to be viruses. These guys came in and made it all better. And now I am a happy girl. Fast computer, no viruses and I signed up for their monthly security checks so my computer will stay clean and safe. Now I know that my computer will stay safe and I dont have to worry about it. Im so happy!

Found them on google. Reviews looked really good so thought Id try them. Glad I did. Good prices and really quality work. I had previously been using Staples and office max. Geeks to go is the real deal. I had no idea how bad those other places were until I saw how it could be. I highly recommend geeks to go.

When I got up this morning my computer wouldnt start. I pushed the button as usually but got nothing. I remember hearing good things about the geeks from Carol, a friend from church. I called her and got the number. They were so good. And fast. My computer had 12 viruses and had been running so slow. Now that its clean its so fast. I will use the geeks again if I need help in the future.

This place ROCKS! I was looking for a trustworthy place to take my computer and i was a hard search. Until one of my congregation told me about a local place they had used with great success--Geeks To Go!. I am so glad I found them. My computer has never worked better or been faster. Im not sure how they did it but they did it. I have referred many at my church to them and they all love the service. Geeks To Go is GREAT!

This is a knowledgeable local company with good business ethics. They charge a fair price and do professional grade work. I have 2 businesses and they are the only ones I call when something isnt working right. I also use them for all my home computer needs. Ive used them for going on 9 years now and they never disappoint. They do the techy stuff so I dont have to and my favorite part...they come to me.

Such a nice change from the other computer places Ive used in the past. I used the popular place at Best Buy but they seemed to NOT know anything about computers--less than me even. I then went to a place in Portland that Id heard about but they were very expensive and didnt fix my computer after having it for 7 days. They said it was fixed but it still didnt work when I brought it home. So at that point Id been without a working computer for more than a week. I started asking my friends but no luck. Finally after talking to my neighbor I found a place in Vancouver that my neighbor said was really honest and reliable and really knew what they were doing. I called them--it was geeks to go--and it was great! They came out the next day. The man, I think it was James, was very nice and got my computer working. He said it was filled with viruses but he was able to remove all of them. When he left, my computer was working like new. I am telling all my friends about this place now. I will definitely use them in the future.

Really great service. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Helped me when my computer was hacked. Helped me get back $2500 that scammers had stolen from me through my computer. Again, really a valuable service that they perform. Cant say enough good things about them.

My friends all use this place so I decided to try them for virus removal. They were super friendly, very professional and I will use them again. They did great work on my desktop and now it runs soooo good, like new.Update: My computer is still running great!!! And Ive turned 8 other friends onto these guys and theyve all had great experiences. Give them a try. Its so worth it.

These are my favorite computer repair guys in Portland. A lovely tech named Richard at Geeks To Go worked on my computer to remove a virus I got when I let my granddaughter play some online games. He fixed it in about an hour. Thank god there are still honest local businesses like this in Portland.

Really the best computer repair in Vancouver. Ive tried 2 other places with disastrous results. Now that Ive found such a great service Ive been telling all my friends. Pricing is great. Service is so professional. And the technicians are soooo helpful.

Wow do I love these guys. Always professional. Last week they fixed my Windows PC. It was sick with viruses. THey cleaned it and now it works like a champ. Very fast. Faster than when I got it I think. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

My grandson was playing on my computers his yesterday morning--some game I think--then some pretty embarrassing pics came up. I screamed! Then I unplugged my computer. Then I called for help. After reading so many great reviews about geeks to go, I decided to call them. Such a sweet patient (non-judgmental) man helped me set up an appointment and came out the same day. He found several virus that were displaying inappropriate things on my computer and removed them. I was so grateful. I will use them again if needed in the future.

James came to our house to clean up our computers. Our internet is quite slow so after 2.5 hours he decided he should take our computer back to his place since he couldnt download the security software for which he charges $199. He also installed a new antenna that he charged $100 (sells for $29). When we got our computer back we discovered that all the software installed is the free version. In total we paid almost $770 for his services and products we could have put on our own computer. Unfortunately many of us are at the mercy of computer technologists. It is very unfortunate some people cant be trusted and take advantage of others. I will never use his services again.

I called to ask for a service and I had the wrong name. The person on the other end assumed it was a sales call and hung up before I could even get word out. Very poor customer service.
