Best carpet cleaning process Ive experienced. A powerful vacuum cleans before a careful pretreatment of stains. I was happy with how much time they put into thoroughly cleaning the carpets. The fragrance was nice. Drying in one hour is amazing. Service was professional and friendly.

The guy that came out was really nice. He was quick fast efficient. The place smelled really good when they left leaves the light citrus smell in the air. Its non-toxic and I would use them again most definitely. It was definitely worth it.

Joe from Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning cleaned my carpets in whole house and hardwood floors very thoroughly and he was a great communicator after to let me know exactly what he had done. Carpets &Hardwoods look great and clean. Drying time took a few hours more than they said (1.5 hrs) but am happy with result and price was reasonable. I would hire them again. Job done in June of 2021.

Joe was AWESOME! He was on time and professional. He explained what he was going to do and answered all of my questions. When he was done he went over what he did and what to do if I have loose thread. He also showed me a spot that he tried to remove, but it was a stubborn stain that he couldnt get out. Joe serviced our home this time and he was very professional and super considerate and kind when having to work around our senior dog who did not want to leave the living room unguarded while he worked... lol... Heavens Best cleaned our carpets on 10/30, and they look great! We have 4 pets, and our carpets hadnt been professionally cleaned in 3 years. Joe was very friendly and professional. He wore a mask, and was at our home for about an hour. Although most of our carpet was dry within an hour after the cleaning, there were a few spots that took significantly longer(24 hours), Im assuming it was because there was a difficult to clean spot in those areas. Overall, we are very happy and will use Heavens Best again in the future!

I was very pleased. From the first phone call to the actual cleaning. Exactly on time. Joe explained what he would do, was very flexible, up front with cost (exactly what had been quoted to me), Friendly, polite, kept his mask on properly.Carpets look great!

They came to clean a sectional and a recliner and because I asked about the cleaning process they got mad and bailed. The owner was rude and unprofessional. I was not. You don’t bail on a job because someone asks about how wet something is going to be. I am still shocked that anyone would bail on a job like this.I asked if it would be wet or damp by tomorrow (24 hours after cleaning) and I also told them it was in the garage before they came. I also stated to him and him tech that I would be putting a fan and heater on. So bs. He was aware. He could not guarantee it would not be soaking wet to the touch which tells me they do not know how to clean upholstery. His behavior and attitude are the problem. He was short, rude, unprofessional and honestly just a jerk.

I love how quickly the carpets dry, no more cranking up the heat to try and get soaking wet carpets dry. You are left with a fresh lemon scent and great looking carpets and area rugs.

Great (fast) and easy service, however I had them clean 2 of my rental townhomes and both tenants said it was fine (I went into one to see and I couldnt really tell that it had been cleaned to be honest). They werent in terrible shape but I did expect them to look like something had happened. We all liked the friendliness and service. I appreciated the price point- but I didnt think it was the best cleaning. :( update after owner response-- I didnt receive any receipt except the square copy of my payment- if you had other comments about the carpets I didnt see that. We’ve had very good experiences with this service for carpet cleaning. We live in a condo complex above the main floor and the only reputable company who would serve us without charging a premium. Dependable, respectful. My only complaint is that the guys miss some of the corners, which I’m a stickler for! Otherwise they do great work.

With five kids and three dogs, my carpets get pretty bad! Heavens best is always able to make them feel like new.
