They were on site within thirty minutes to assess the damage done to the roof of my business and got everything patched up within just a few hours. Mason and Cameron were very professional and took care of all the details to have it fully repaired as soon as the weather and City (permits) let us. Although I hope I never have to use them again (or any emergency service), I wont hesitate to call them again for help when a situation arises. I had ground water come up in my crawl space and was very concerned that mold would develop. Melinda gave me some great advice and pointers of what to look for and how to treat the area to avoid mold. They are good, honest people and I highly recommend them.

Leaking toilet. Guy came out and i asked him to go into the crawl space to check if it leaked down there. He did and said there is no issue under the house. I decided to fix things myself and went under the house cause sewer smell still existed. The plumbing pipe was broken in two places directly under the toilet and there was a mass amount of sewage everywhere in the crawl space! I called a different comoany to clean it up cause clearly servpro doesnt know what the hell they are doing!

They never showed up for the scheduled appointment at my home nor called to inform me they werent coming.

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I work in the customer service industry. They first of all went to the wrong house and crawled under someone else’s house. It took them over a week to get my job done and I was given incorrect information by the technician three times. It seems like he was very inexperienced and didn’t know what he was doing. I asked to speak to the owner several time during the process and the owner or manager never called me. The office staff refused to let me talk to them. The office manager called one day and and made a big stink about how I needed to pay up front, which I was totally fine with. They way she was talking to me made me feel like I was going to try to steal something. They didn’t collect payment when they did the work and they refused to take payment until the billed me! Finally over a month later I get a bill and it’s $400 more than I was quoted. Nobody gave me a heads up during the work that they were going to go over their bid. I would avoid using these people if at all possible.

Paul and his crew do an excellent job. My husband and I highly recommend them. They are honest, hardworking, caring people who communicate and listen. We would use their services again in a heartbeat.

Despite planning and preventive maintenance, things occur out of your control. In the past year we experience three separate/unrelated events which required immediate mitigation. On all three events Tim and his team at ServPro saved our bacon, making the experiences far less stressful for my staff and our Residents. During our most recent event Tim answered his phone and was out to our building, along with his assistant, within an hour to begin assessing our situation. Within 2 hours Tim had a mitigation crew working on clean-up. Given the nature and extent of the event we were realistic that it could take into the following afternoon to get the place back to operating condition. However, Tims crew was somehow able to get the place back up and ready before the end of the business day. They were incredibly thorough. In addition, his crew was exceptionally friendly and great to work with throughout their time onsite. When the invoice arrived I felt the price was very fair---especially considering the quality of work and response time. Two of the events involved insurance claims, which Tim and his team at ServPro managed directly, saving us time and stress.If youre a business owner, or any kind of property owner, I strongly recommend reaching out to this ServPro office and setting things up in advance, just to be safe. You will be glad you did. I cannot recommend these folks enough.
