Horrible.... They dont follow up on billing or maintenance issues. I know have $1000 worth of collection/lien fees because yes I fell behind but I attempeat to pay my bill online and there was identical errorsaftere imputing my bank info. I called office and made a smaller payment explaining that after we saw if the payments were ran(three total) I would make the remaining payments. She said that was fine and I would call and get an update in 3 days. About 2 days later I received a new invoice and 1 payment processed yay! However they went ahead and put a lien on my house, I called they said they would call in a week after speaking to the board and NOT to call back about it theyd contact me( no call) and now they added $600 in collection fees on top of lien processing. They still have not addressed maintenance issues I called about in Aug. 2017... All over unhappy
