I called around on a Saturday needing a tow and nobody could do it quickly so my last call was to triple J...they should have been my first and will be next time. I am so pleased with Triple Js towing. I have been looking for help with an old RV for years. No one seemed to have any answers until I called Triple Js towing. Lisa let me know all the ins an outs of what needed to be done and who to send the RV to. Plus, she was able to beat the prices of other towing companies. As unfortunate as a vehicle impounding is, these guys, and the office staff, were extremely friendly and professional. I immediately felt at ease once i stepped foot in their office. There wasnt a single fiber of negative energy felt, nor did I witness any rude/impatient antics by anyone in the office. Minus one star due to price quotes changing.

Friendly, courteous. Too bad the circumstances werent different... Uninsured 19 year old trashed our Ford F-150, our utility trailer and the 2007 Lexus ES 350 he had just bought. Cell phones & iPads should not enter a car with the driver.

I needed my van towed from hazedell to Portland and I had no idea who to call and dreaded the whole situation. To my surprise triple j was very friendly and quick on the phone and when the driver (Drew) showed up he was very friendly and before I knew it everything was done paperwork filled out and van loaded. The other part I liked was that before he left he made sure I had everything and that I didnt need any of the keys that were on my key ring. Thanks Drew and thanks triple j

Lame. I am rating this place low because clearly they do not have the customers best interest at heart. It is nearly impossible to get a direct answer about anything regarding your vehicle. I would suggest another company may be the better choice..

We had two big box trucks towed from our shop to our mechanic, and these guys were just fantastic. Fast response time and reasonably priced. They will be our only tow company going forward. They earned our business with great service.

Drove a UHaul around the back of the house for easy unloading. Back wheels got stuck in the wet yard and wouldn’t budge even after two hours of trying. Jake with Triple J had us out in 3 minutes. Didn’t matter that it was late in a Sunday. Great customer service and even better expertise. Will give Jake and Triple J a call next time.

Brothers car was impounded. Made an appointment to pick it up. Called when nobody was at the office for the appointment, time someone was on their way. 45 minutes later, on a hot day, still waiting. Having just had surgery, had I known they werent actually going to be here when they gave me the appointment, Id have stayed home rather than sitting here in massive pain and discomfort waiting for them to take my money and give my cat back.

I waited for 2 hours for my insurance company to send a tow truck, called them and they sent a truck in exactly 20 minutes! The driver was very gentle with my car and very friendly. Their prices are very fair as well, if I ever need a tow again, they will be the first ones I call!

Having your motorhome breakdown on your way out of town for the Thanksgiving Holiday is a major inconvenience, to say the least. However, within 1 hour of being contacted by our insurance carrier, Triple J towed us safely back home. The following Monday, Triple J then towed our rig from Vancouver, WA to the repair facility in Portland, OR; again, very timely. Awesome, dependable service, with knowledgeable staff. The office was nice but the lock out service was horrible! We had a phone number mix up and by the time we realized what happened the driver said your vehicle is 2 minutes away from being impounded. First words out of his mouth, after he had been at my car for less than 10 minutes. Definitely could improve that attitude.

If I could get a minus 20 I would! There drivers are thieves and they drove reckless in my small neighborhood. I called to complain and the dispatch hung up on me.

They were great getting out to me but they made sure to get my signature as soon as possible after my crash. No details were given to me, they didn’t say how much it would be a day and they never gave me a receipt or copy of my paperwork. When I went in 12 days later to pick up my car I was met by a $900 bill. They don’t do payment plans and they would not accept payment from my insurance because they had to wait 3 days for the electronic transfer to get to them. The thing that frustrated me the most was when I asked for the key to my car to go look at it the lady at the front desk said “it’s my car until you pay to get it back.” These people are sneaky and dishonest. When I finally payed to get my car they said that they had moved it to their “sell” yard. They were preparing to sell my car because they didn’t think I was going to come back for it. Do not trust this company, make sure you get all the paperwork and ask all the questions you can before you sign anything they hand you. They were an absolute nightmare to deal with and we almost had to sign over the title of my car to them because of it which would have been exactly what they wanted.

Where to begin with this place, was impounded and towed. As a legal registered owner was rufused the right to sign and pay for my car. To only release it to me an hour later, to collect not only the tow fee but to tack on a “gate fee” when they knew in the first place they could of let me go. No until I came back with paper work and the the law stating they had to realease to another registered owner did they finally say ok. If I would of waited a day they were going to charge another day fee. The gentleman refused to give me copies of anything but was quick to charge my card and when he refused to give me the paperwork I wanted I refused to sign his documents he said well fine I’ll keep your car. Therefore strong armed into signing to get my keys. Oh and when I left my car an hour earlier the windows were up and when I got backtrack the driver window was rolled down?! Supppper shady and sketchy place. Unprofessional to say the least, very dishonest staff.

My car got stolen and when it was recovered, unfortunately the police called Triple J Towing. They stole it a second time!! Besides my car being stolen and destroyed, they charged an outrageous price to tow it only a few blocks. Then even after my wife paid the towing and the storage, they insisted that she give them the title to the vehicle anyway otherwise they were going to continue charging her storage, and take us to collections. Tammy was extremely rude which is the last thing you need when you just find out that your car has been destroyed. She made it perfectly clear that she couldnt care less about us or the car. When we asked her if she would at least give us a little something for our four wheel drive towards the towing bill she had the arrogance to say, That car isnt worth 50 bucks then she told us we get NOTHING!!. She just wanted our money and title... OR ELSE!! It was HORRIBLE!! We felt violated and oppressed. They are not an asset to the community of Vancouver in any way. They are purely crooks!!

ON A MON. NIGHT? Bit my tongue. About an hour later got a call from AAA and now they said, can your vehicle stay where it is until tomorrow? We have no one.. I hung up and called Orchards/JJJ towing and they were there in 20 minutes. Was the best services any one may have, the driver show up 10 second before me, exact time they said. The price was the best I never used a towing services and I did call many but the prices was so 3 time more like the Chappelles Towing they charge a think for how the driver good looking face, is ridiculous. Triple J Towing charge me $84.00 and Chappelless was charging me $240.00. If I need to call a towing again I will call this towing.

My car stolen,then this towing company and the washington patrol impounded it so I got a letter after a week saying I have to come here pay them and pick up my car.At the end of the week it was about $800 due to pay them so they had me pay them $350 and took my car+title to auction it.

Broke my steering column when trying to tow, they then gave up and left the vehicle in a parking lot and told me to find someone else to tow it. Took weeks to get a new steering column that was used and not even 100% functional. Dont get your tow from them!!!

Called inquiring about auto auction the lady was rude and short as if I could find out online well I cant your website wont access guess I wont spend my money there
