This was hands down one of the best business experiences Ive ever had, of any type. We had 3 non operational vehicles that had been sitting for 10 years or so on our property. Cool business model and awesome practice! You pay two dollars to access the junk yard, from there you can use your own tools to grab whatever parts you want out of the vast yard of vehicles. When youre done, you just go back inside, pay a fee for the part (you probably pay less here than trying to buy the part online) and leave with your stuff. Easy and painless, they even had 3 fairly new tires and 1 3/4 the way used tire for $221 for my car; not a bad price at all!

Very responsive (even emailed me back after hours when I put in my initial request for information!) and quick turn around. I work early so when I called the next morning to schedule the tow, it was before their normal work hours and they still got me scheduled and set up for a time that was convenient for me. The wrecker service was close to on time and he called to both verify when he was coming and to tell me that he was dealing with some traffic so might be late, but at least he made contact as not many services communicate to any real degree. The transaction of signing over the vehicle was quick as well and the wrecker driver was cognizant of my feelings as the vehicle was handed down to me from my father who had passed in 2012 and I had many memories attached to it from driving family around the area and around the country.

This is the first time Ive ever used a service like this and it was a great experience. I had been trying to sell my car for 5+ months and had no luck. I put in the quote online on their website and got a response within 10 minutes. They explicitly say they give wholesale or scrap metal price so youre not going to get the most if you go to them, but if you just need to get rid of the car this is the place for you. The day of the pick up the tow guy called me and said hed be running late and asked if that was okay which was fine with me, he even apologized again when he arrived. To say this was a seamless process is an understatement. The time between emailing for an estimate to being presented with a check for my wrecked car was 2 business days. The first part of the process is easy. Its getting the tow truck driver to come get the car thats the problem. Also, I learned from the driver that it is the tow service that buys the car and the price they give you is not a guarantee. I spent three days calling the driver, asking when my car would get picked up and when I would get the payment. He kept saying later on in the day, and he would call me an hour before to let me know. I never received a call back from him. Its been three days. I wouldnt use this service. Find another, I will.
