These guys were able to do in a week what the dealership wasnt able to even start, let alone complete, and they did it for a fraction of the cost of the dealership. The dealership was slow, completely non-communicative, wouldnt work with our warranty company, and they were way too expensive. This place, My Auto Repair & Tire Center, is fast, they are able and willing to communicate with us effectively, they were able to work with our warranty company, and they didnt overcharge for everything. Seriously one of the best auto repair experiences Ive ever had.

We have used My Auto multiple times over the last couple years and they deliver consistent quality and honesty and a very reasonable price. They will not sell you something you don’t need. Honesty is key in the auto repair business, and these guys are as honest as you can get! Highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed!

Was met with kindness and professionalism on arrival. After trying to figure out pricing and work that needed to be done they were patient and very honest. Took my car to another shop prior to the visit and was given pricing and work that needed to be done but didnt receive the detailed service and honesty that came from Carpenters shop. The other shop prior to Carpenters actually kept my car for 4 days just for the diagnostic and after bringing my car in to Carpenters it was diagnosed within an hour and finished that afternoon. INCREDIBLE. They helped me with the pricing and what I could afford which impacted me immensely. You dont find this kind of compassion and understanding from any other shops that Ive ever been to or heard of in my entire life. Will definitely return again and again.

Matt and all other personnel at My Auto Repair shop are awesome. They are honest, professional, and good people. They have worked on my Suburban and Jetta for a few years. I was introduced to My Auto Repair several years ago and now have multiple vehicles I take there. This shop is as full service as it gets and they always give me a fair quote and stick to it! They get the vehicles in on-time and they get them done in a timely manner with good recommendations on future work, but no pressure to get it done right now like some other places do. They are managed by professionals who have been in the business a long time who leave other places to come and work there because it is ethical and positive. I saw them treating a single mother of 3 - who was so distressed about her transportation and fear from other estimates from another place - with respect and calmness and showing her what she didnt need to have done that it made me a fan for life. I can trust to send my wife and sister there without hesitation.

We just had a Line-x spray applied to the bed of our truck and also purchased a Tonneau cover. The work done was perfect. But beyond that, the communication and professionalism was refreshing. They were so easy to work with and Joey answered all of our questions and was there waiting for us when we did an early drop off. Great team!!

Made an appointment to find out what what wrong with my car. They were able to tell me by the end of the day. Really knowledgeable & honest people, told me my options straight up which I appreciate.

I came in there was a tire that had a slow leak in it and they didnt care all we did was put air in it they claimed most of their employees are on vacation or whatever and didnt have anybody to work

Treated me like a VIP. Eric, the manager, was professional and kind. Made me feel like family. I like that this Christian business helps teens in need.

I received their “scholarship” for reduced labor costs. I gave them 4 bulbs to change my headlights and fog lights. I told them how to access the headlights thru the wheel wall. They took off the front end of my car! And put it back on crooked, did not give me the other bulbs back for me to keep for backup. They charged me $150 to change four bulbs that I provided. I would not recommend them to do any labor. This was just a bulb change. If they can’t do that right at a reasonable cost, I don’t think they can handle a more difficult job properly.

We always take our car here! Friendly staff and extremely honest people. Matt, Service Manager, goes above and beyond to make sure expectations are met and that everything is done properly. He also tries to figure out what the best economical option is for your repair. They have very good prices! I would highly recommend!

This shop is top notch and for the extremely low hourly rate they charge I usually feel guilty upon paying the bill after each visit! With that said I sure hope the owner doesnt read this review! Their shop rate is literally less than half what I would pay at the local dealerships, and from my experience the work gets done faster and more attention to detail is paid to my vehicles. The last time I was at a normal dealership shop it cost me the entire day waiting for a 30 minute fix, and on my way out I told the manager you guys may not be fast but you sure are slow! He looked at me as if I literally paid him a compliment so it was then and there that I realized the dealerships are assuredly not the only option for vehicle repairs, regardless the make/model. Bare in mind I own a high end BMW, a Mercedes and a Porsche; so visits to dealership shops typically left me feeling like a broke slack jawed fool. At My Auto Repair the manager Jeromy Jenkins always makes time to address my needs, while a number of techs have all proven to be more than competent (there is a guy named Joey who is beyond Wizard skill level, and for the life of me I cannot imagine where they found him). This shop literally replaced an entire engine for me in a BMW 650i, and did so in less than half the time the dealership quoted me on! Additionally the service adviser Matt is always a pleasure to deal with which in comparison to other service advisers Ive dealt with, is like a breath of fresh air. Some of those guys are worse than used car salesmen leaving you doubting your vehicle from the tires to the antenna! This shop will tell it to you straight every time. All in all this place is a God send from top to bottom.

Matt was quick and honest and clearly wanted to do the best he could by us. We had to have our radiator replaced before we could even get it to emissions. Because the check engine light was on, knowing it would be an automatic fail, Matt advised me to wait on any additional repairs until after the test. That shows a level of integrity absent at most places. Although there was a bit of a hiccup along the way, they met us on the road to make it right, again, very customer service oriented. The repairs needed for the vehicle to pass emissions, were diagnosed and done within hours! Not only did it fully pass, they even did EXTRA work in addition to what we paid for. Great people doing a wonderful service for our community. Im. So. Happy!

I have been a customer of theirs for 14 years. I started with their non-profit Carpenters Garage then joined their membership program. Both programs are wonderful. I started out as a customer but now have a car repair family that I can count on and trust. This year has been an eventful car repair season :( I can always count on their help when the need arises.

Far and away the best auto repair shop in the Vancouver Metro area! We had our car towed to the shop yesterday morning... we figured it wouldn’t be worked on until we paid for an updated membership. Imagine our surprise when we showed up a few hours later to pay the membership and the work was done and our car was ready to go. What?! I was so surprised and happy. Joey Waller took extra care to have our car work done fast and at a low cost. He’s amazing, both my husband and I were floored by his work and attention to detail. I don’t know if you can specify who you want to work on your car, but if you can, Joey is the guy to ask for.We also had a great encounter with Matt Codino who helped us pick out tires and answered all of our questions.This shop and the people who work there are top notch, we won’t go anywhere else!

I have been using this shop for a year now, and the work is always done right. I use my car for my sole income, and when I found myself in a financial crisis with bad to no options, they worked with me to come up with a payment plan. There truly are good, honest people in this world, and I am most grateful.

They were all around great. Kind staff, reasonable prices and they went above and beyond in ways I wasnt expecting. Ill definitely be back. :)

I have used this shop for both of my cars. Matt Codino always has top notch customer service. I never ever feel like I am getting shafted here. These are good people and honest. I would absolutely recommend them. Plus - every penny I spend goes straight to a good cause! Cant beat that.

As much as I like to believe that I’m a mechanic and can do whatever I need to my vehicles, this is the place my family goes when things get serious. Between my dad and I, we have gone to many different shops over the years... with good and bad experiences. This is the only shop we go to now... doesn’t matter if it’s the Honda or the BMW, they get it right... Matt and Omar are always helpful and honest. Just wish they would reopen on the weekends!

Very happy with the service I received. We had some problems getting the correct part (no fault of My Auto) but the kept a positive attitude and made everything right. This is an auto mechanic you can trust and feel safe leaving your car in their hands.

The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because it is hard to get to them since they arent open nights and weekends. Otherwise, they are incredible. They focus on repairs that really need to be done. They dont try to upsell and have very reasonable prices. They are kind and want to help get our issues fixed.

I trust my car to My Auto Repair Center! They got me in right away, found and fixed the noise my car was making and didnt charge me for it! It is not often that you find an honest car repair center.

Wow what a professional bunch of employees. They finished my repair sooner then estimated and at less then the estimated cost. Plus I am glad to help such a wonderful organization that is helping the community and local youth groups. I will always bring my cars here. Well worth the drive from Seattle.

My cars day light relay went out and I was charged close to $400 for it. Then found the same part at autozone for $200.99 and online for $195:( I feel a little upset I was overcharged so much, but besides that everyone is nice. My car hasnt been fixed yet, that happens tomorrow when the part comes in.

Great service, if I won Powerball many parts of my life would be different. However one thing that would stay the same. I would still use My Auto Repair for my automotive service needs I am not sure if they have the tools to service my Rolls Royce, but I am sure they will figure it out and we will cross that bridge when and if we come to it.

Person on the phone was very unhelpful. Seemed eager to get me off the phone. I asked for a quote on the lowest price tires they had and she just kept responding with we only have new tires.

Called these people twice.Both times could not get a straight answer. First time asked for a quote and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Then he came back and said Ill have to call you back . Finally called 2 weeks later. 2nd time called for estimate. Was told Id have to Bri g car in for $ diagnostic. I asked again for estimate to replace timing chain and was put through to Omar. He put me on hold and re eptionist picked up and told me he would get back to me (again) why couldnt he have told me that ? So I asked how long before he got back to me, she didnt know. I asked mi tues, days weeks ? She hung up. Wont be calling them back.
