I lived here for a short period of time three years ago. I loved living there. The management was good and responsible.The only downside was that the wall are pretty thin. other than that, I loved it.

Have lived here 18 months.Service for the few things I have needed fixed was done the same day the request was submitted. Prompt and courteous responses from the managers always.Clear notices of when lease expires, changes in terms, and directions for canceling or renewing that are given plenty of time in advance.The wall are thin, but I have had very considerate neighbors, and - although I have no comparison - I don’t think it is much worse than other apartments.

So nice Ive lived here twice.Moved out of the area and when I moved back I chose Chandana Pointe again. The staff is amazing. They are older buildings so they are structurally sound and we rarely hear our neighbors. Maintenance is very fast to fix issues.

Very deceitful. Will tell you one thing vocally, have you sign the lease, then when it doesnt end up being that way, they just say Well ya signed it!. Will not be here once lease ends. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Love living here. Convenient location. Ive been here for 4 and a half years (that kind of says it all). Im treated very well by staff, they are always courteous and will go out of there way to help. Like if youre panicked that you left your curling iron on you can call them and theyll go check on it! Feed your cat while your away and of course any repairs I need they get to quickly and kindly.

Very poor money grubbing and unprofessional. They are dishonest about what their credit criteria is. I told them we had poor credit, the lady hyped it up that she wouldnt know unless she ran my credit. They refused to let us have a cosigner because we made too much. Refused to give the 70 back for the credit check. They claim it is for the process... only come here if you have perfect credit.

Terrible place to live. Awful office staff. Would give 0 if I could.

Have lived here two years and have been very happy with my experience. The office staff and maintenance folks are great, and the apartments are in good shape with a great location to boot.

So far so good. Got deposit put down on an apartment. Like the location & have a garage till I can move in! Agents have been very nice & accommodating!

I lived in the pet building and it was always kept up nicely. I loved living here!

Thin walls. Rude neighbors that simply dont belong.

Filthy, I am trying to post pics and video of the dirty entry ways, from bugs and garbage, to spider webs, and something that appears to be mold, but it could be dirt from years of build up, in this building the occupants are mostly elderly and a dew with mental handicaps, shame on whoever owns this, come take a look, I have photos and video from 5 minutes ago, plus the countertops are cracked loose, when my lease us up Im gone,

Madeline, one of the leasing associates, hung up on me as I was calling about an application and was extremely rude to me beforehand and after when I called back after she hung up. Shes a complete disgrace to the company and does not need to be working in customer service whatsoever. Whoever hired her made a HUGE mistake!!!

KO
