HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!Been here for almost 5 years and I love this apartment complex! I moved into a clean, spacious apartment, and have enjoyed filling it with my life. The staff here are very friendly and so helpful, and the community is friendly and inviting! Everything has been very positive! I have been able to work with management to handle concerns that I have had, and received immediate response!! If I ever needed to wash or dry my clothes it’s right next-door to my apartment so I don’t have to walk too far !! There are so many perks to living here! I also enjoy taking a walk around all the areas available too especially if you love experiencing nature at its finest..And Rogers Lakewood and Bicentennial Park are of walking distance as well if you ever wanted to go for simple walk without having to drive!!

The apartment was freshly painted and clean when I moved in, the grounds are kept up very nicely. Theyre very dog friendly, and most neighbors are very nice and easy to live near. The leasing office staff is ESPECIALLY great, and super helpful. They also have very quick response times via email and phone typically. Maintenance is also quick about repairs in apartment. I loved my stay here and wish I could have just taken this whole apartment complex with me to my new job. The staff is informative and very professional, the apts are well taken care of and clean, and I really never had any issue with this place.

Currently live here. They 100% overcharge for your unit, especially for the quality of said unit. The washers and dryers never work either, and eat up your quarters constantly, not to mention that people will leave their laundry in the laundry rooms for hours and won’t move it/ are rude if you ask them to. They have probably the worst staff, especially when you try to contact them. They either don’t pick up the office phone when you try calling or take days to reply to emails. Very disappointed, cannot wait for my lease to be up as I absolutely hate it here.

I would highly recommend Andover Park apartments. The staff is friendly and helpful and the apartments are cozy and well taken care of. Anytime we’ve had something not work, the maintenance crew is always so quick to fix things. We’ve had a great experience at Andover and are thankful to call it home :)

Move in if you enjoy living with mice.

The office staff is amazing and super helpful on top of the 5 star maintenance team they provide! What’s nice is they all live on property and literally there in the middle of the night if need be. I love the fact that it’s basically “countryside”. It’s got a quiet atmosphere and the community in general is very laid back and super friendly! They also do fun drawings for so much off rent and they do what they call resident referrals I actually got $500 off of my rent one month for just having a friend rent with them! I would definitely recommend Andover to anyone!

They have excellent staff and stay on top of maintenance. Apartment is nice I’m rating a 2 star because the rib you to pay your rent $9.95 to process a payment online is ridiculous. That will cause me to move when my lease is up.Yet the are asking for referrals to fill apartments. Stop charging to pay rent especially a ridiculous amount!

The office is amazing to deal with, they are all so helpful and super friendly! The area is nice and very well kept, not a lot of commotion at all. Maintenance is extremely helpful and is always on it. My roommate and I have been very pleased with our time here so far!

I have never met staff that was so diligent and helpful. If there is ever a problem, the maintenance crew is guaranteed to be there that day with in hours to help you. Brittany the manager is amazing. They make you feel at home and are honestly there to help you through any situation you are going through and are genuine with finding you a happy place to stay. The appliances although the apartments are older, it is still a great place to live.

First off lets start with management. Brittany is the manager and is a delight to deal with. She makes sure if you have any problems that they are solved with in 24 hours. The maintenance guys are tops. They are thorough and on top of things. I know that the apartments are old but they are maintained well.

It’s a very clean and great place overall to rent at. Office is always friendly, and maintenance is great. Only really have one complaint about not being able to keep my kids swing outside yet others can have kayaks and playhouses. But it’s not that big of a deal 🤷🏼‍♀️ One of the best things tho is they give a discount because of where my husband works! LOVE that part ♥️♥️

Everyone here is super Nice and helpful. The Property manager Britney is very Kind and helpful And treat you with respect. I have been here for 3 years and been very happy living year no complaints at all.

I have resided here over the last three years. Brittany the office manager has gone above and beyond accommodating me. The ladies on the remainder of the office staff have always been kind and prompt when assisting me in any needs. I’d recommend Andover strictly based off the customer service these girls provide.

The staff in office is most friendly and nice.Im handicapped and they are always asking how can we make it easier.Maintenance are spot on.they came to my apartment at three in the morning to fix my furnace.greatest apartments I have ever lived at.Highly recommend this place quiet and great neighbors.

Was a nice place to live the first 3 years, the maintenance guys are quick and efficient. Office ladies are awesome. Central heat and air is great. Having to move bc the smell of the pot smokers gets into my apartment and 14 months of it is too much. Its no fun to open the door to the building and be met with a cloud of weed smoke.Overall good complex, I just got unlucky with the building ;)

Ive lived here with my girlfriend for two years now and we love it. It is older apartments so things do happen but the maintenance is right on top of it! Our refrigerator went out on Thanksgiving and they brought us a new one within the hour of calling it in. The two women at the leasing office are great! I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice quiet place. The place is clean and residents and staff are friendly. Grounds keepers are pretty quick. Longest I had to wait was one day for a new dishwasher. Lived here with my daughter for 3 years and we both love it here.

Honestly I lived here for about two years now and I would say everything is great living here they recently updated windows which is amazing just waiting for the patios to be updated but besides tht staff are wonderful maintenance is great and I definitely would recommend living here to everyone.

The ladies of Andover have been more than accomodating and understanding. If you just express your problems, they are quick to help and offer solutions. I appreciate their patience and understanding.

I have lived here for over 4 years and it has been the best 4 years . The property manager and leasing agent have been fantastic! They have gone way out of their way to make sure everything is fine and when I had heart surgery they called me every day to see if I was OK or needed anything. The maintenance guys are very good no matter day or night. Very polite and profressinal. So many great people live here and have made many great friends. I love being able to have my dog with me to. I love the pool in the summer and the tennis court also. I cant think of any negatives. I would recommend andover to any anyone. I give it 5 stars.

First, the power outages are ridiculous. Ive been here for less than a year and it has gone out twice for days at a time. Not because of a storm or anything weather related, but just because. After many hours, a generator eventually comes. But until then, theres no stove, no heat, nothing. Cant cook, heat my babys bottles or do anything.Second, the ant infestation is disgusting. We have discovered tiny holes along the baseboard that the ants come in and out of. We spray raid on the ones we see, but there are some underneath the dishwasher and in the bathroom that we cant see. So there are constantly ants. Its gross, unsanitary and makes me itch. And dont let one speck of food fall on the floor (which is totally feasible with 3 kids) because the ants are swarming over it in 1 minute.The windows desperately need to be updated because the draft is awful.I also wish there were a chain or additional lock on the door.Ive also had problems with the electrical outlets. In each room there is at least one outlet that doesnt work. Ive called maintenance and now there are 2 outlets in one room that dont work when before they came, 2 were working.The model room definitely doesnt look like what you get. The whole place is just kind of run down. On the plus side, the ladies in the office are super nice and accommodating.Edit: Surprisingly enough, the regional manager saw this review and reached out to me. The ants, windows and outlets have been addressed. She also explained that the power outages were something going on with nipsco. My husband was very impressed that they took the time to fix what they could after hearing what I had to say. I added a couple more stars for that.

If you are looking for an affordable apartment in the Valparaiso area, close to grocery stores (WalMart, Aldis, Strack & Van Til,) Downtown Valparaiso (outstanding Restaurants on the square), University of Valparaiso...then Andover Park Apartments off of Campbell Street are the Apartments for you. Single occupancy, two of you, family...they are great!!! The Office staff is the best in the Universe!!!! You will find no better place to live. 5 Star!!!

Its a good place to start off when youre looking for a first apartment. Theres only one thing I can say I didnt expect/like, theres no garbage disposal by the sink.

I have lived here for a year and a half and I will say we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was in good shape, maintenance was very polite and quick to respond when something needs serviced/replaced, and the ladies in the office are very polite and very understanding. I loved living here! The only complaints I have is our tub was painted to cover the calcium build up...I have no idea why anyone would think that is a solutions. We never took bathes, only showers. If you filled the tub, you could see paint chips floating. That and the carpet...They told me that they have switch to this brown colored carpet two or three years ago. I loved the color....only problem is its garbage. Our bed frame tore two holes in the carpet straight to the foam below it. That and our door somehow caught the carpet and tore a huge piece up. That and just in certain spots, where high traffic is, also has small holes. I am moving to florida and turning in my keys real soon and hope I dont get feed because I got approved for no deposit...I cant afford the replaced and the move....but over all, not a bad apartment complex!

Ive been here coming on 3 years and would recommend especially for anyone looking that have pets. This is the most pet friendly place Ive ever seen and they do not bread discriminate. There are all breeds here including pits, shepards, chows, etc. They are very serious on the behavior of your pets and also cleanup (dog poo) however so dont think you can come here and let your pets run amok or bother neighbors. The apartments have been updated in the last few years which is always nice. You can tell things are done by maint. And not professionals and the buildings are quite old but not bad for what you pay especially in Valpo. I have a large 2bed 11/2 bath 950sq ft. They have discounts on rent just ask. Any maintenance issues have always been addressed the same day or next. My only complaints would be the windows and doors need replaced as they are very drafty and can drive up your electric bill. That and the stinkbugs that are insane in this area, you cant get rid of them (unless you never open your slider). You have typical apartment issues from time to time regarding inconsiderate neighbors. This area and complex are safe. No breakins or thefts and I leave my bike and other things in the carport. Great place and the elementary school is Cooks Corner just 5 minutes up the road.

Just moved in today. Apartment is filthy. Paint chips everywhere. They claim it was cleaned, and repainted. The painters didnt use an inch of tape. Lines are all wavy. Paint is too thick and colors overlap. Upon further investigation i discovefed its infested with ants. Beware: the model room is NOT IN ANY WAY AN ACCURATE REPRESENTATION of what you get. Only good thing about this place so far is that the ladies in the Welcome Center are really nice and SUPER helpful. Will update to post how this all was handled.Update, 1 year after moving out.Ants were simply vacuumed using a dirty vacuum that made my apartment smell like dirty feet for a day.Rain water had leaked through the walls during God knows how many previous years, creating visible water damage on the bottom trim. This eventually turned into a mold problem.When i went to report the mold, i was told i was responsible for the mold because i didnt report it... while reporting it.Then--get this, to get rid of the mold..THEY JUST SPRAY PAINTED OVER IT. You could see 2-3 inches of white overspray on the walls, they didnt even try to cover their tracks. No trim was replaced, as i could see the nails and seams in the same spots they were before. To stop the rain from seeping through the walls, they put a mat outside the wall. I broke the lease and moved out a week after, which i had to pay for.While moving out, there was a hard rain, and the entire parking lot flooded 3-4 inches. Bad drainage, bad seals, bad maintenance, bad policies. Bad bad bad.

Bad experiences. Do not come here. Signed the lease to find out the apartment not 100% ready. Spiders web, trash, leaking and etc. Hope to see improvement

They never plow or put salt down when it snow then why pay 799.00 a month glad I had friends that lived here so I can see that this place is not worth the mny u pay for it
