I had gone into store to have them make a house key. The lady was bubbly and nice it was the labor day weekend. She said if key doesnt work cone back. I thought that was a weird comment. Oh well the key got stuck in the lock. I had to call a lock Smith $140.00 I had to get new lock and charged premium for labor day holiday. I called the lady and said she was right lock git stuck and she fist ne lots of money. Her key machine so oldd looks like she inherited it from her father. I had to Home depot the have a better machine cost a bit more but worth it.

Took my Omega to get fixed and took 6 months to get it back.I am not happy with the work they did and besides that now that I got it back the watch is dirty inside the glass witch it wasn’t before taking it there.Not sure if I will take it back to get it cleaned up or pay someone else to do it.If you have an experience watch to get fixed I do not recommend this place at all.Over priced.When I picked it up I told the lady that it took to long to get it back and she just ignored me and said. You have a valance that needs to be paid.Will I take another watch to them.Hell no!!!

I have done business here for several years. Frank, who has now passed was the reason I always came back. I really miss him. Since his passing I have found Vivian who now runs the repair shop to also be very courteous. She is knowledgeable and helpful.

Prices are very reasonable and they do a great job. Plus, within two weeks if the repair fails, they guarantee their work.

Had a number of watches needing battery replacement. Owner gave me a discount for the number i was bringing in. Gave me a realistic time frame of 30 min for 7 watches. Talked to other customers that told me about their loyalty to the business given the excellent service. Good price fast service and reliable. I will be back for watch issues.

Inexpensive for battery replacements or simple work, havent had any experience for more thorough work but no complaints from me or anyone Ive sent there.

AJR was amazing and fixed my brand new watch that some fast fix repair place in the mall wasnt able to. AJR explained exactly what they did wrong. He was so knowledgeable and you can tell he loved what he does. Those are the best owners. I will be coming back for any watch and jewelry repairs.

I called alot of local watch repair shops for a quote. Some shops didnt answer the phone during business hours, others were expensive to get links removed.I spoke to a gentleman on the phone at AJR repair shop. I agreed to his price and started heading down to the his shop. As I got there the door was locked. I waited around for 5 mins. The gentleman unlocks the door. Which made reasonable sense he is the only one working.He was knowledgeable, and got right to it. 5 stars
