I been in Vallejo for years and drove by this business way to many time without stopping. If I would have known the impeccable service and how they made me feel like part of the family I would have been going there for all my jewelry and watch repair needs. I only been there twice and I will say they made me feel like i been coming here for years. The service and conversation felt like you could stay there all day. Bill had also gave me a pardon gift which stunned me even more. They have incredible prices for high end items. I would definitely trust them with any timepiece or jewelry of mine in the future. Came in two weeks before Christmas to have some work don’t to some earrings said they would be done before Christmas. Two days before Christmas no call so I go in. I’m told they will be done on Christmas Eve. I asked for a refund but my earrings weren’t there. Christmas Eve comes still no call. Further more the owner is very unprofessional and rude I’m surprised they’re in business

I was told that my ring will be ready Tuesday left it on a Thursday by Bill I come in Tuesday never was greeted the first thing I said was good afternoon I believe my ring is ready, she replied did you get a call??? In a irritating response,I said no didn’t I was told from Bill it was going to be ready. I asked if she could call, I believe it was his wife, so I could know when to come in. I got a call Thursday so when I get there bill gives me my ring and charges me. The ring job was not so good ?they replaced a diamond clearly you can see where they replaced it is super noticeable! I guess they had trouble printing my receipt when his wife finally gives to me I didnt care to look at my receipt! I said thank you and walked out. When I get to my vehicle I stared at the receipt and noticed “chocolate” on the receipt no lie I still have it!!! And if they looked there cameras I bet it was purposely done ! You mean to tell me it just happened to appear on the receipt I was very respectful I do not know what happened, but I hope people read this to understand my experience!! I am Hispanic and I believe I experienced a racist episode. I’m not sure where it went wrong but is sad .

I brought in a nice watch for band resizing. The watchmaker did it while I waited, only charged $10, and gave me a receipt for free resizing if I ever need it again. Recommended.

Very unprofessional and a deliberate waste of my time. Came in one night asking for a watch resize and the guy said to come back tomorrow so the lady can resize the watch. I come in the the next day as soon as they opened and now he says they wont be able to do it until a few weeks out. He could have told me that when i came in the first night. Instead, he told me to come back the next day, so I woke up early, and then he decided oh we actually cant do it. WASTE OF TIME

They did a wonderful job making a pendant for my daughters deceased mother with both their pic inside it was awesome they are true craftsman to the max
